Close to Darling Harbour for the ferry and Wynyard Station for the train, buses also stop close by, we also walked to the Rocks area, Cicular Quay and QV building. We had x2 studio rooms on the 4th floor, we requested adjoining rooms, but this was not possible when we booked. Beds comfortable. There was some traffic noise, but no more than expected for staying in the city. Microwave, 2 ring electric hob, kettle, toaster and fridge; so we were able to cook some food in the rooms. Supermarkets close by in Wynyard station. Rivareno Gelato can be recommended. Would stay again.

The rooms could do with a "spring clean" - high and low dusting.

Staff are brilliant, clear, helpful. Location is fantastic in terms of public transport, especially to and from the airport, and the ease to walk everywhere you want to go. Cooking facilities are great, particularly the stuff in the cupboards.

Location is bad in terms of aesthetics, but once you're inside, draw the curtains. Don't worry about a balcony or similar, it's not worth it! Apart from that, it was exactly what I expected. It's got all the things you need, with a few signs of rushed renovation but it doesn't make a difference.

Basic room layout nice and clean, staff very welcoming and helpful. Location was near to railway station back to airport and easy walking to Marina, Sydney Opera House and Harbour bridge and not too far to Fish market and China Town. Local bars are plentiful and a nearby Metro store is great for the self catering facilities.

The apartment is under a motorway bridge and can be a little noisy at times - Unfortunately our apartment had no nets on windows and so could be viewed by the office block directly opposite?

The location is really good and near wynyard train station. It is just across the street to Barangaroo walk...very convenient. A pleasant walk to townhall and chinatown, not forgetting to the Rocks and Circular Quay. The apartment is pleasant but a bit dated as they are upgrading their rooms on other floors. They do coin operated laundry and dryers which is good. The stay was pleasant and i had a wonderful stay. I will def keep this place in mind if i do go back to Sydney.

Don't believe all the bad reviews on Google, yes it is located under an overpass and next to a busy road and at times the traffic is noticeable but we slept right through the night and did not notice much noise at all. The location totally makes up for any noise and you can't beat the price. The staff were wonderful and incredibly friendly. We stayed in a 1 bedroom (room 210) and it was perfect. We almost didn't book because of the reviews and were really worried but it was not dirty, it was spacious and clean, the bed was large and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget and in need of somewhere in the city, close to the Rocks. There is plenty of transport options including train and light rail. There was an ironing board, iron, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, safe, microwave, TV, balcony, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The water pressure in the shower is weak but it wasn't a problem for us.

There was a very bad smell in the room. It looked like it needed updating. There was mould in the floorboards where the door the balcony there must be water getting in a lot of the time.

Great location right next to the Wynyard train station (Westpac tunnel) entrance, and Barangaroo business district, restaurants, and ferry wharf. Room itself was spacious and clean. I paid just over A$500 for a 3-nights stay which is fantastic value for money.

Furniture and fittings were dated. Since the room was on the ground floor and right next to the street, I had to keep the blockout curtains drawn at all times for privacy. I'd recommend a room on a higher floor for this reason. The only offer weekly housekeeping or charge $50 extra for housekeeping on request. They refill toiletries at no charge but you need to get them from reception. If you're staying for a longer period, I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo and shower gel. The TV was pretty small for the large room but it didn't matter to me.

Location brilliant as so central, supplies a little basic, ie no teaspoons, but when we asked for more bin bags, toilet rolls, dish detergent were more than happy to provide. Overall property appeared a little tired, but would still recommend.

Greater attention to supplies in rooms

The location was very handy to Darling Harbour and other spots in the city. We walked 33000 steps over the 2 days. The staff were helpful and friendly. The internal carpark was a plus. The apartment was spacious.

The balcony door didnt lock properly. No reasonable reception could be receieved on the TV. The bathroom door was very Squeaky. We were offered another room but it was much smaller so we stayed where we were. We were able to lock the balcony door with difficulty. As it was the weekend the TV and door could not be fixed. Note that some rooms may be noisy as there is a flyover above the building.

Good location, next door to Wynyard station & short walk to Barangaroo restaurants & bars. Close enough to rocks & circular quay (10-15 min walk). Reasonably clean with everything we needed for our stay.

Dust/fluff on floor in bedroom & living area - hence reason for point deduction for cleanliness. Traffic noise wakes you up in morning & quite a few boy racers around at night for some reason (every night). Directions were really clear apart from the bit where it says it is just across the road after exiting Wynyard station - what it fails to tell you is that the road is on another level; reached either by going up a flight of stairs to the left/behind the exit or by walking along a wall to the right & going across the road where there’s a gap in the wall. You can’t see the hotel from the station exit & sat nav got confused by the road/street levels so we took a while to find it. Easy to see if you stand in the courtyard & look up!
