pool, epicurean breakfast, nobu ... the bathtub,

enough soap and shampoo/ conditioner for one human baby .. not two adults ... with the cost of the room, this should not be rationed, nor the milk available for coffee. There was minimal area to wait before and after checkout. no late check outs were considered.

Great hotel with a bunch of amenities and things to do on and off property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect - bathroom large and spacey with a huge tub and the bed was comfortable.

The check in process was a nightmare. It took us 30 mins but after that everything went very smoothly. The don’t provide daily cleaning which I think is a big miss.

The rooms & hotel were so clean. The pool is beautiful.

The long wait to check in & check out. I booked a harbour room but the view was barely of the harbour, it’s mainly looking at a construction site.

We booked this for our final night in Australia. It was 100% worth the money as this was pricey for us. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Make sure you pay for breakfast included, there's so many different options. The room was perfect and we wouldn't have changed a thing. We paid for the Sydney bridge view and it was definitely worth the money. We didn't need to leave the hotel all day as the restaurants and roof top bar were amazing. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

The room was very spacious and modern. Amenities were good too. Pool was awesome. Brekkie buffet was superb!

Just minor, no in house slipper when we check in the room. Had to call to get some but the staff were pretty responsive.

Amazing breakfast, beautiful view, comfy bed

Some staff are rude. Especially at the restaurant. One server came to me delivering piccolo. I said I didn't order picollo, she glared at me and sighed. She left with grumpy face and not even said sorry when she found out that the piccolo was in fact for other table. Rude. The other one stepped on my sandals two times when she was walking behind me. She didn't even say sorry. So rude.

Beautiful hotel very luxurious, amazing harbour views. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever been to. I have stayed at many hotels in Sydney CBD this is top 1 or 2 overall we will stay again.

Buffett was very crowded and we had to line up for about 30 minutes. Staff were attentive though it was just so many people.

Good location, good breakfast spread - but we came early for breakfast at 8.30am and still waited in line for a bit. If you came any later you would have been waiting for quite a while in line because there were no available tables. Staff were very accommodating

one of our 2 rooms wasn't available until after 4pm. they made it up to us with complimentary champagne bottle, but when you're already paying >$1000 per room for essentially 20hrs, I would expect the rooms to be ready and available on time no matter what

Beautiful room, spaces and facilities were great. Love the service from the valet parking , bellboy, pool staffs to Nobu & Silk & Chinese Tea house wait persons.

The only issue I did not like was the Receptionist (Spanish accent) when I checked in attempted to sell me to Suite and when I refused the upgrade; she requested my family to wait as the room was not ready for check in at 1:30PM. When I approached another receptionist and asking if my family can be waiting in the pool so my daughter can swim. The new Receptionist told me that the room was ready and we did not need to wait.
