Very comfortable room and bed. Brilliant location in "the Rocks" area close to the CBD and the harbour. Approx 5-10 minute walk to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Perfect.

The advertised award winning restaurant was closed which was a disappointment especially as we had an e-mail a couple of days before our arrival welcoming us and inviting us to join them for lunch or dinner in our Harbour Room and Observatory Bar. Only the Observatory Bar was open.

The Observatory bar was exceptional, the staff were very friendly and worked professionally to serve everyone. We loved our evening drinks in this space. the location is great, close to Wynard and Barangaroo for transport and a short walk to Circular Key.

Sadly, they have some work being done and we had a leaked into our bathroom with work being done above. While they apologised for the inconvenience caused with having to move on our last day, they moved us to another larger room that had issues as well (tap feel off and window louvre dislodged). They did provide a small financial credit.

Reception staff were very accommodating when I asked to be moved from our allocated room as the maintenance work being carried out above our room was very noisy and totally unacceptable for a luxury price style accommodation. Once moved, Location with beautiful view of water/Barrangaroo. Luxury accommodation with the most comfortable bed and nights sleep ever. Buffet breakfast was exceptional.

The reception lobby was almost impossible to hear anything because of the marble floor etc. Everyone was shouting over the top of everyone to be heard. Also, I had a fantastic treatment at the spa and was enjoying zoning out relaxing afterwards - this was destroyed after I was asked to fill in a survey and mention the name of my masseuse.

We stayed 3 nights with our family and felt pretty special . The hotel and staff were wonderful. Lovely pool and spa. Great gym. Lots of delicious and beautifully presented options at buffet breakfast. Eggs made to order. Coffee seems to taste better in Wedgwood cups. Room service was fun! Beds are huge! The rooms are elegant and luxurious. Beautiful toiletries. They even had tiny bathrobes and slippers for our little girls. Added delight was finding balloons and colouring books and cookies to decorate. Staff were very kind and attentive. Definitely the best 5 star hotel experience we’ve had.

Good location 15 mins walk from the Rocks area. Staff were excellent - very friendly & efficient. Really good breakfast choices. Everything you could possibly want and superb quality. Swimming pool was a bonus - we swam every day & really enjoyed the 20m pool.

Not a very good bar area - odd shaped & uncomfortable seating. The bar staff were excellent though. The aircon in our room blew down on us from a ceiling vent above the top of the bed. Aircon controls just did their own thing. We ended up sleeping upside down on the second night to avoid another cricked neck.

We had two separate bookings at Langham for our stays in Sydney and both of us absolutely loved it. The whole experience, from its facilities, impeccable cleanliness in common areas and inside the room, aesthetic, amenities etc everything was a strong five star. The concierge staff in particular were incredibly polite and helpful. Reception was kind enough to offer us an upgrade on our second stay, but both of our rooms, with and without balcony were simply spotless. We had to ask for their help for an early check in and used their (superb) spa/shower facilities to wake up after a very long flight. Breakfast was execellent, great choice of fresh fruit and pastry.

Wish we had stayed longer. If you’re using their tennis facilities, I would recommend to try to book in advance, as their court is quite sought after.

A lovely, luxurious room with a huge bed, nice bathroom and views of part of the harbour in a very convenient and charming part of town.

Mini bar/room service prices are exorbitant. We could hear the kids in the next room - quite faintly, but you'd expect better soundproofing at this level of hotel. View of the harbour marred a little by the concrete wasteland of Barangaroo below. Observatory Bar is really just part of the lobby, so it's not quite the classy bar it looks on the website. And why do they need to play trashy music 24/7 in all the public spaces?

The staff at Langham make you feel like VIPs- incredible customer service from the bell hop to concierge ,reception , bar, housekeeping and spa ! The location is fabulous to darling harbour , Barangaroo , the rocks and CBD! Recommend the day spa ! Sarah and Benne looked after us with incredible care :)

Not a big fan of dogs and the smell of wet dog through the corridor! (Understand everyone wants their fur family with them - navigating that for those with allergies is always difficult )

I loved everything about this hotel. It was aesthetically pleasing, all the touches of pink were stunning. Very clean, lovely staff. Facilities were great. The pool is the most stunning one I’ve seen in the CBD. I think the little touches made it - extremely kid friendly, bows around the toilet paper, everything that you’d need in the room. Valet service was very professional. Breakfast was delightful, they had everything. The cutest little Langham coffee cups as well.

The mini bar was quite small. No charger in the room. The bottles of water are confusing - doesn’t really elaborate that they are complimentary, focusing more on if you take the bottle home you have to pay.

I celebrated a 50th and the hotel stylist set up something special for me which included balloons, macarons, cake pops and roses. Also concierge purchased products and delivered them discreetly wrapped in pink tissue paper. What impressed me was the high level of quality customer service that was provided by all staff ranging from reception, the day spa, concierge, waitstaff and housekeeping. Everything about this hotel showed 5 star rating and I would definitely stay again because it made me feel special not just from the staff but also from the hotel itself. I appreciated the manners and promptness for small requests.

Nothing
