The location is great, and the service from the receptionist is very nice and welcoming. The room is clean, the kitchen appliances is complete.

In my opinion, the access to the building is quite inconveniece for travellers who bring heavy luggage, especially if the elderly people have to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs to and from the lobby, it's also not wheelchair friendly. But, thankfully when we checked out, the receptionist is very kind and helpful, he helped us to carry our luggage to a safe area while we were waiting for our Uber.

Location was excellent and having a full kitchen, fridge, washing machine and dryer in the apartment was really helpful. Staff was really nice especially Jeremy, Chris and all cleaning ladies. The small shop at the reception and convenience store nearby were also added attractions.

The only reason it missed the exceptional rating was due to few things Sound from the roads downstairs. Maybe double glazed windows to make it sound proof might be good Unavailability of a choice for residents to opt out of Corning everyday if preferred. Maybe a small button outside each room saying “needs cleaning”. Wifi doesn’t reach upstairs. Needs some more boosting.

Great location. Very helpful staff on reception. The air conditioning worked well. Good sized fridge freezer. There’s a handy walkway to darling harbour where there are restaurants, ferry wharfs, and the aquarium and native animals centre.

This is budget accommodation. It could have been a little bit cleaner in the kitchen. We couldn’t get dishwasher tablets for a couple of days although the receptionist tried for us. There are a few steps up to the entrance which was only a problem taking the suitcases up and down.

Good view good location for food easy to get to public transport. Good to have a washing machine and dryer with kids. Staff were good. Good place to stay ( during the week )

The pub across the road goes till 3 am with music pumping people screaming all night, the glass on the sliding doors must be as thick as glad wrap as it comes straight through it. This pub/club definitely lets this place down! Friday and Saturday nights are almost not worth trying to sleep it’s that much noise. If you’re going to try and sleep these nights put some music on the tv or something to drain out the screaming and fighting going on down stairs across the road or go get blind with them .. during the week it’s a good place to stay.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Room and facilities were adequate for stay. Ideally situated for restaurants on Darling Harbour and shops in CBD. Short walk to all transport networks.

Rather noisy as it sits on an intersection, Friday and Saturday nights being the worst nights with revving engines and car horns !! Also pub opposite quite noisy on these nights too until early hours ! The other nights were bearable, though car horns can be annoying at 6am !! It's not the hotels fault but something you need to be aware of.

Location was superb- overlooking Darling Harbour. Facilities were great- comfy bed and a sofa bed which 'did the job'. I didn't use the washing facilities- but these would be essential for any stay over a few days, so excellent facility. Whilst there was a kettle and tea/ coffee, a toaster would have been handy, but not an issue which effected the over all stay.

Cooked a pizza and the oven smoked a little- worth a good clean now and then as this facility is used.

Loved the two level room. Great views. Visited by birds on the balcony which was lovely. Excellent location.

There was no ramp to the front door only stairs so if you have mobility issues not the hotel for you. However reception staff are great helping with bags. Like many in Sydney they could do with employing a handy person on site to fix the small things in the room. They could also give more time to cleaners so the cupboards could be cleaned better. Beds were a little hard and jiggery however resolved by one in fold out sofa and other in bed.

Spacious loft style apartment with a small balcony and well-appointed kitchen. Plenty of complimentary coffee and milk provided (a rarity these days) with a comfortable bed. Washing machine and dryer provided in a reasonably sized bathroom. Double glazing kept traffic noise down, and the air conditioner was effective at keeping the room at a desirable temperature. Location is very handy, with theatres, museums, aquarium, Star Casino, Martin Place and circular quay in easy walking distance. Short walk to Kings St Wharf district featuring El Fresco dining at many restaurants and bars.

Bathroom amenities were good, but limited in quantity. We refused housekeeping on our first morning (didn't require it) but when we visited reception for replacements of shampoo and conditioner for our second day we were given only enough for 1 person, (there were 2 of us) and advised we couldn't have any more due to "security reasons"? Certainly not commensurate with the premium price charged for our stay.

Located in the heart of Darling Harbour, easy to commute to different attractions, including Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Lots of restaurants and shopping centres nearby, and view from room was extraordinary. Moreover, staff were friendly and helpful, I must thank Fikir, the front office staff for his suggestions and guidance, which were truly helpful. Last but not least, daily room service was excellent.

Location is awesome! Darling harbour is just 3 min walk, and many city attractions are walking distance. Room is reasonably spacious. For a family of 3 we didn't feel cramped. Kitchen area included is convenient. And it is stocked with the essentials (dishes etc). Bathroom is a bit compact, but usable. There is a washing machine and dryer provided.

Reception is up a flight of stairs so lugging bags up/down during checkin/checkout was not fun. The elevator does go down to street level, but that access is disabled. This should be rectified at least for checkin/checkout. Washing machine and dryer are provided but no detergent is provided. No one's going to buy an entire box for 1-2 uses - so it should have been provided.
