It was quiet and clean. Nice views. Great location.

The staff at the cafe downstairs. We were going to have breakfast there. They were setting up and it was 8 minutes prior to opening. We were happy to wait but the staff were rude and dismissive. They just snapped 'we are not open'. Another couple were standing looking in the cabinet as well and they experienced the same. We just walked across the road to QVB building and found somewhere else. The other couple walked away too. The staff should have said "we are opening in a few minutes - feel free to have a seat if you are happy to wait".

Everything. Large room, comfortable, little fridge, fantastic pillows, good shower AND a bathtub! Hotel was also great. We were greeted with a free welcome drink in the Marble Bar which is beautiful. We also had some food and cocktails in the bar with a great rooftop overlooking the Queen Vic Building. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful with a choice of everything you could need. The pool area was a lovely addition with sauna and steam room. The hotel is close to Darling Harbour for loads of restaurants and the nearest train station is Town Hall. A tram stops right outside and goes down to Circular Quay.

Sausages were a bit gristly (minor quibble). One thing which could improve is communication. Room and hotel guide is via a QR code - not everyone is tech-savvy!! Also could have done with a guide to the local area, not just the hotel’s bars and restaurants!!

Hilton is right in the city opposite the QVB Building and is right at the light rail station. Cant beat this in terms of location wise. I was put in the upper floor and it was good. Good view from the window.

Room may be a bit small but its sufficient for me. The only thing is probably the fact that guests were not told that the meaning of the red light on the light bulb of the door means that you do not wish to be disturbed/do not want room to be made up. Even though I did not turn it on, it was turn on by the previous person staying in the room which resulted in my room not being made up.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Sydney for 9 nights in an Executive King Room. The hotel's location is superb, situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff at the Hilton Sydney were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries. The facilities were impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I did encounter a downside during my stay: the rooms are not adequately soundproofed. It was easy to hear people walking by and the sound of doors opening and closing, which occasionally disrupted the tranquility of the room.

No trouble with the booking and very handy all city places we needed to visit and transfers were convenient.

Vehicle access was difficult but roadworks present in vicinity. Although we spent $NZ1,000+ on Food and Drinks over two days, no discounts were available from "Hilton Honors" as none of those facilities were actually owned by the Hotel and we would have appreciated advice of that beforehand. We included breakfasts but were not able to have breakfast on the last day owing to having to transfer to the Airport and although we explained this on check in and when checking out, no accommodation was able to be offered to us and at $NZ500 per night, we thought it could have been (cancel and re-book last night without breakfast?).

I liked the idea of staying in the Hilton. I wanted the whole experience. But I felt a bit let down when there was no shampoo. When we ordered room service I got hung up on 3 times. After 30 mins We had to get dressed and go to the reception to order breakfast. When it arrived I didn’t get any cutlery no honey for my croissants. Not a big deal but it was advertised as honey and butter. Next day same deal but this time no butter…..

The location was fantastic - right in the CBD. We felt very welcomed right from entering the building. Our arrival was soon followed up with a message from guest services asking if we required anything, and they also messaged before our departure to ask if we needed any travel arrangements made. Our room was on the 39th floor with amazing views of the city. The facilities were clean and in perfect working order. We slept on the most comfortable pillows and bed and had the best nights sleep! Our stay was only for 1 night, but it was amazing!

There is nothing we didn't like, the perfect stay!

The hotel staff made allowances for slightly early check in and late check out. Our bags were securely looked after. Rooms and facilities are great. Very comfy stay. I am a keen swimmer and the full size swimming pool was the best facility I have ever experienced at a hotel. Thank you.

For some reason the breakfast we had for room service was a bit off. The pancake stack was a couple of cakes which tasted salty. The honey preserves etc for the croissants were missing and the breads were cold. The milk for my tea was absent. But when the staff asked for our feedback, we were refunded and offered an apology. So we have no real complaints, I am just being honest. A busy hotel must be so hard to run and sometimes small things don’t quite go to plan!

Bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't but there were options to select which we didn't notice. Room was cosy and compact but it was very nice and had everything we needed. Location was great too. Close to everything, trains, light rail and taxies, shopping and walking distance to major attractions. Staff were very friendly and reasonable in their approach. Breakfast was more than I expected, and coffee was good. The staff there was super friendly. We were lucky to have access to executive lounge and it was a great place to wind down and have a glass of wine in the evening. Staff was friendly.

Nothing to mention really. The gym was little too busy, but I understand it's open to public therefore it's what we expected.

Great room, absolutely superbly clean & standard kept throughout the entire stay. The room itself felt very cosy and well appointed, nice ambient lighting is used rather than just awful cold overhead lighting like a lot of other hotels use. Anyone who knows Sydney would be aware the hotel is located in quite possibly the most central & convenient location possible. Breakfast was great, well worth adding to the trip. Staff were polite & helpful. Overall very pleasant stay

not a massive fan of the pool attached to the gym situation. Doesn’t really give off ‘relaxing hotel pool’ vibes
