This is my third visit to The Grace, and I absolutely adore this place! The impeccable room presentation, space and comfort is a major highlight for me. We had a King Deluxe room with complimentary water and soft drinks. The bathroom is a stunning minimalist design with earthy tones that immediately left you feeling relaxed. The second night we decided to have room service for dinner (since we LOVED spending time in the space) and the Beef and Guiness Pie from PJ O'Brien's was outstanding! I mean, we could've gone into the tavern itself, but it was fabulous to sit in the comfort of our room, with a glass of wine and enjoy such a delightful meal. What a treat! As an added bonus, we had an extra day in Sydney to kill some time, so leaving our luggage with the concierge really made our day much easier. The location is perfect if you want to be right in the centre of the city too. One block from the QV Building and George Street Mall, and nearby cafes, and pop up coffee stations, easy walking distance and no need for transport. Our Uber arrival and departure meant for easy return to the airport. We look forward to returning to The Grace soon. Thank you for your fantastic service.

The hotel staff are helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean with good facilities and the mini bar is stocked and re-filled throughout your stay. The beds are comfortable with good quality pillows. If you have not opted for the breakfast, there is a cafe in the atrium of the hotel that has a good choice of hot and cold breakfast. The location is great for shops and sightseeing.

There are tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but It would be good to be able to get a tea or coffee in the afternoon or evening in the hotel as the cafe closes early.

The location was perfect for exploring Sydney prior to getting on a cruise ship. It was within walking distance of Hyde Park, St. Mary’s Cathedral, the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Australian National Maritime Museum, The Rocks and Circular Quay, not to mention plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast in the Lobby Lounge was an excellent way to start your day of exploring. There is also an attached Irish pub, which is an excellent way to end your day of exploring. The hotel is also a pick-up location for one of the Blue Mountains tours and a short taxi ride to the White Bay Cruise Terminal.

Location, quality and comfort of room, excellent service. 11am check out was excellent. Complimentary drinks in minibar fridge were excellent inclusion.

I love the beds, the room is neat and tidy and the free mini bar is awesome. Loved the pool and steam room area. Staff are lovely.

The shower had no pressure. Room deposit is now $200 and takes so long to be returned back on card.

Location- in the heart of historic Sydney- perfect for walking to see all the sights, despite record breaking rainfall. Room- I chose the mid-range room specifically because I wanted a bath. It did not disappoint- spacious, on a corner of the fifth floor, with views of historic buildings. Bed- comfortable with nice sheets. Minibar- good quality coffee bags available. Free mineral waters and soft drinks. The tap water was excellent, too.

The towels were like cardboard and the tiissues were like sandpaper. At this level of tariff, it could be expected to have better quality with these things. Missing from the minibar/coffee station was a variety of herbal teas and non-dairy or lactose fee, low fat milk. A snack of say wheat free crackers or sweet biscuits would have been a good inclusion in the room tariff.

Location is outstanding. Hotel is beautiful. Bed so comfortable. Heaps of space. Rainwater shower was very luxurious.

Good facilities, excellent staff ,very helpful. Really useful to have a guest laundry. We are travelling for 6 weeks which enabled us to do some washing. A good location. Would definitely recommend. We felt it was excellent value for money

The Akira terrace needs some time and money spending on it. It could provide a good outdoor space , but the outdoor furniture was old and needed upgrading . It needed to provide some shade with umbrellas and maybe a pop up bar for a couple of hours early evening would have provided an attractive option for guests.
