Staff were exceptional, friendly, and always happy to assist. The location was excellent. Within walking distance to everything we needed.

As the location was right in the city, there was traffic noise, which we expected. We were on a high level. However, the windows seemed to let all the noise in. Perhaps double glazed windows would have eliminated some noise. The ventilation in the room could also be improved. There was no vent in the bathroom, and the smoke detector went off every time we cooked anything, even though there was no smoke, from toast to using the oven.

The shower facility was poorly set out and not so frendly for Older people with mobility issues in my opinion. Traffic noise level was quite high but I can overlook that due to its great location . I guess Noise is Part of the whole Sydney experience anyway.

Great location, easy to get to, friendly helpful staff, bed was bigger then we were expecting. Balcony and roof top access is great for the views and fresh air. If the weather was warmer the roof top pool would have been amazing. Apartment has everything you could need, functional kitchen, good sized bathroom, washing machine and dryer.

The mattress wasn't comfortable for me, however that's not a blanket criticism on it as in sure many people would be happy with it

The place was perfect for a weekend stay. Loved the apartment feel rather than a motel feel. Was a fantastic location, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely be back with the family to use the rooftop and pool. Great value for money.

Location is in a great position for walking around the area. Also they discounted the parking which was so close and handy.

The bathroom was neat & tidy but if you are quite tall you might not fit under the shower as it is in the bathtub.

The convenience of location and my room had a kitchen and washing facilities which was awesome yo use

Information for local activities held down at the harbour and a general map for trains, trams and ferries would help tourists.

Location was great. easy distance to all key locations Sea Life Sydney Eye bit of walk to Sydney Opera House but manageable

However the Bedroom didnt have air condition only the living area had the air con.

Excellent location and fitted our needs. Close to Martin Place for the function we had to attend and then close to good walks, trains etc for our leisure.

Car park too far away but pleased with the price of $37 day.

The location is fantastic, the apartment is clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. For a Friday night in the city it was very quiet and the view from the rooftop pool was stunning.

Comfortable and good location with short strolls to many of the major attractions. Staff were courteous and swiftly acted on an issue found when we first entered the room..

Clean but can do with a renovation.
