The moment we stepped into Adina Apartment, it felt welcoming and very cosy. The front staff, Jenny, greeted us with a warm smile and checked us in without any delay. She was very helpful and patient. Nathaniel was also very helpful, friendly and kind, too. Helped us to arrange for a vehicle to the airport. We enjoyed our stay at Adina. It felt very cosy. The rooms are big and spacious, clean and airy. The kitchen space has a nice size and the deco is nice. The kitchen utensils and equipments are of good quality! It is so near to Town Hall Station and is very convenient as it is also near to the Light Rail. Very convenient as it is near to malls and eateries and cafes. We would surely stay with Adina again. A very nice experience.

1) Water pressure is low 2) Water temperature is not stable 3) Toilet inside the bedroom did not have any hook, and the basin area was too small. 4) The common toilets connected to the laundry room will have water flowing out when using the washer. 5) Should have instructions on how to use the induction cooker & how to adjust the aircon (only managed to figure out the 2nd last day. The 1st few days were too cold, even walking on the floor. 6) Kitchen and bathroom area surface will get very wet when using.

The location was very convenient. Just 10 minute walk to Darling Harbor. Close to Chinatown with plenty of options for restaurants, bars, malls, supermarket, entertainment centres and even a cinema close by. Our two-bedroom apartment was large, wonderfully designed (recently renovated), lovely interiors and very comfortable. Having a kitchen and laundry plus drying machines was super.

Not very much! The temperature controls were a little tricky to use, but we made do. The laundry machine leaked a little, but it was in the bathroom area, so it was not an issue.

Everything about the Adina was perfection. The location could not have been any better for getting around, eating, sightseeing, shopping (incl food for the stay in the apartment - Coles/Woolworths 5min walk away). The apartment itself was beautiful, wonderful view from the balcony, the beds were super comfortable and the daily service was unexpected but most appreciated especially over a long weekend filled with public holidays. The staff were exceptional and the facilities perfect for our family. The gym and pool were very clean and an enjoyable bonus. The Adina was truly exceptional.

We loved everything. We were visiting our son who is studying abroad from Arizona USA. It was a perfect location across the street from the Sydney Town Hall public transit station and within walking distance to Darling Harbour and Square, and many restaurants and shopping areas. There were plenty of coffee shops and bakeries nearby as well as the Woolworth's grocery store with good produce and groceries. Beautiful buildings on the same block - St. Andrew's Cathedral and the Sydney Town Hall. The apartment was beautiful with great city views and it was spacious and clean. Everything was in working order. The hotel staff was fantastic. Great exercise room and pool partly open to the sky. Great beds and bathrooms.

Amazing pool area. Rooms and venue have been recently renovated. We went as a family of 3, so the apartment was spacious, sofa bed was made up for our son, and more than enough room for us. Kitchenette if you need to cook, but honestly there are so many food venues on your doorstep within 1min walk. Loved that it was so close to Town Hall station - so getting around was a breeze. The pool area was probably my favourite feature. A combo of open air and roof coverage so absolutely perfect if you want to be sun safe / protected from the weather - but also open air and feel like you're outside (one end of the pool is exposed. The lounges are all new and super comfy. Gym is equiped with Technogym gear.

Our room had a balcony (which I always appreciate in order to open everything up for fresh air), it was long but very narrow - no outdoor furniture and not big enough to hang out - so just keep in mind.

Zac and Jenny are an absolute asset to Adina. I wish them both well and hope the owners/senior management see the same attributes and value I did. The apartment was beautiful, modern, clean and had a great ambiance to it. Parking was easy and plentiful.

The price. But to be fair, I think everywhere is overpriced these days. It's absolute robbery to stay in most places. With Adina, I feel they have just spent money on renovations and updates, and it seems like they are trying to recoup those costs too quickly. $1000 a night... I don't think anywhere is worth that. Then, to add to this, the audacity to charge $55 a night for parking. Explains why there were many empty apartments and empty carparks. Suggestion... take 30-40% off all your prices and you'll 4-5X your occupancy.

Location is excellent. Staff is great. The renovations are really nice. Bathrooms excellent (good water temperature and pressure!). Bed is comfortable. Very clean. Servicing of the rooms is appropriate, efficient & unobtrusive.

Although it was a studio apartment a 2 or 3 burner cooktop would have been nice. The price I paid was USD 5,000 for 12 nights. That translates to AUD 650 per night , roughly. I find that quite expensive by international standards. I expected about 65% of that amount.

My family are frequent guests at the Adina Apartment Hotel Town Hall. The newly renovated property looks absolutely beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, and the facilities in the room were exceptional. The lighting in the kitchen (over the sink area) in the apartment we had could be better. Best of all is the location of the Adina - right across from Town Hall train station, Darling Harbour, shopping and eateries.

Stayed one bedroom apartment. Had everything you need, very spacious, everything all looked like new, well equipped kitchen and new appliances, dining and lounge, loved the bathroom had good shower, comfortable bed, own laundry off the bathroom. Close to town hall station, shopping and food. Could see centre point tower and look through to darling harbour. Staff very nice and friendly. Will be staying again.
