The location is great, very close to China town with tons of eating options nearby. Large supermarket is a few minutes walking distance from the apartment. We had 3 bedrooms apartment on higher floor with amazing view. The room was big and has everything you need, feel like a home.

The pillows were all too high and thick, wish they bas different options. Hotel offers cleaning services on every 4th day you stay but they didn’t really do a good job, only made beds and threw away the trash, the carpet was still so dirty. During our stay, 3 out of 4 elevators were broken and no one came to fix. So going out or back to the room took over 10 minutes.

Location was FANTASTIC! Everything within walking distance offered so much variety, from food to entertainment, and tourist attractions. The room! We stayed in a 3-bedroom suite which provided absolutely everything we needed. It was beyond comfortable for our party of 5 adults! The view from our suite on the 63rd floor was nothing short of AMAZING! Of an evening, we spent our 'downtime' sitting at the ceiling-to-floor window, with a selection of snacks and drinks admiring the stunning sweeping views! Hotel staff went above and beyond in everything they did. A very humble and gracious Check-In Manager surpassed our expectations of discretion and professionalism with his kindness and warmth.

I can honestly say, there is noting to dislike about this establishment.

The location and the spaciousness of the apartment

The lift lobby smelled of garbage. The smell was so overwhelming that we had to quickly get in and out of the apartment so that the smell doesn’t get trap in our apartment. We feedback to the reception, the cleaner sprayed the area but could not get rid of the smell. We literally had to hold our breath while waiting for the lift. We felt that the smell is an accumulation of garbage in all the apartments as the property does not clear garbage everyday from the apartment unless the guests make the request. Note that only one express service was included in our 6 nights of stay. The apartment was not entirely cleaned when we checked in. There were bits of food on the couch and on the floor.

Lovely two-bedroom apartment. Lots of room - seriously was heaps of living space, and main bedroom heaps of room too; great view (sadly was of Darling Harbour rather than the Harbour Bridge, but still pretty cool); two bathrooms; air conditioning, laundry; good wifi; coffee machine, and pool! No noise from any neighbours - was a fantastic place to stay! (The previous place we stayed in Sydney was above a pub with roadworks outside and almost no water pressure - so Meriton massively exceeded this very low bar). Location great being right above World Square, and easily accessible to Town or Musuem stops, and the trams. They also held our luggage for us securely when we arrived two hours early for check in, at no cost.

If I had to quibble something it would be that our rubbish was not changed /room serviced each day but rather we had to take it to the rubbish room on our floor - but only a small quibble. Plus - a $200 bond is taken at payment, I am not sure if this was mentioned on the booking but I only became aware of this when paying. Fingers crossed I get it back (I should!!)

The apartment is in a fantastic location, a well-appointed and spacious apartment, and very helpful staff. The location is central to great restaurants, the tram, and the shopping district, as well as close to Chinatown. We really loved the apartment with great views across to the Blue Mountains - perfect for a sundowner watching the sunset. Comfortable beds, and great ensuites.

I really could not fault the apartment, the staff or the location. I would definitely book this apartment again for our next visit to Sydney.

The room was so spacious, the view was amazing and the location was so great! We waked to shops, walked to dinner it was all so easy. Beds were super comfy and easy to make dark for my little ones naps. Zoe at front desk was amazing, so warm and helpful! To have a room like this in the city with all the amenities was perfection!

It could have been vacuumed a little better, I have a little one and there were things on the floor she could have put in her mouth. Bathrooms a little dated, maybe the grout and shower seals need a freshen up. The Netflix didn't work on the tvs even though the tvs were connected to the wifi.. annoying as we would have loved to watch a movie.

Amazing apartment, views were spectacular. I went for a girls night to watch Michael Jackson and it exceeded everyone’s expectations. Super clean, quiet and amazing.

I recieved an email with important information the day prior to my stay. It stated i had asked for parking. There were no instructions on where to park, except it would be in the world tower parking station. The information could have provided further information. That there are 2 driveways to get into the parking. I chose the wrong one, and by the time I got to reception, they informed me I had parked in the wrong area, I went to move it straight away and it cost me $28 to park there for 10mins. I was annoyed when they showed me the picture cards on exactly where to drive to park in the correct area, these could have been attached to the email so people know where to park. This is obviously a regular occurrence if they hand out pre marked maps…

Spacious corner suite on level 72 (equivalent to the 62nd floor since the ground level is level 10), located on the south east corner of the building, with great views, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and good quality bedding. One of the tallest residential buildings in the city and therefore enjoys unencumbered panoramic views down the harbour to the heads to the east and around towards Sydney University (Camperdown) to the south west. Good facilities including functional kitchen and large living and dining area with ample space for 6 persons.

A little stingy on provisions - basic things like soap, laundry and dishwashing detergent and coffee pods. Reception was happy to assist, so not a big deal, but it's probably better to be on the generous side with initial servicing. Also cleaning to bathrooms (grout etc) could have been better.

Clean and spacious. The 3 bedroom suite was perfect for a family stay. Kitchen has all the basic needed and beds were large and comfortable. Great to have a washing machine in the suite too. all round a great place to stay.

No ability to seperate recycling effectively. Room wasn’t serviced during the day. Use of a travel cot was charged but didn’t even come with a blanket or towel - I had to call guest services for this items. Tv in the room was useless and you couldn’t connect to it to stream, couldn’t connect wifi to multiple devices at the same time without different email address. Not helpful for working.

The frontdesk staff were exceptional, particularly Kiyan who was very thoughtful in trying to check if an early check-in was possible due to our red and tired eyes after a long flight and even called to check that everything was working in the apartment. It would be nice if there are some instruction guide on using the kitchen appliances and dryer even though we were able to operate without it but it would have been clearer with a guide. It is also understandable that there will be longer waiting times for the lifts given the number of floors. Average waiting time was 30s to 3 mins which was alright when on holiday.

One of the bathrooms had a slight pee smell but housekeeping was able to do another round of cleaning to get rid of it. The kitchen facilities were also pretty tired, some utensils were not cleaned properly and the bread toaster was dirty. It would be nice if the fridge had some deodorizer to absorb the food smells created by previous guests.
