the staff were really lovely. The room was nice and spacious. The facilities were good. The hotel was located on a main road but once we closed the door to the room it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel was very close to the main street and an easy walk to the shops and entertainment. I loved that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel. We only stayed one night to it was good that we could just stay in one place for meals. The food was delicious!

The bathroom was very clean and functional but it had a funny set up where the door opened onto the shower and it was awkward trying to get past the hand basin to get through to the bathroom.

Lovely country motel. Bed was really comfy. Handy to have a mini fridge ( freezer worked amazing). Liked that they had a safety chain on the door. Great location. I would definitely stay again. The owner rang us when we had not arrived by our estimated arrival time.

Pillows were not comfy, though the bed was. There was a patch missing from the lampshade ( not a biggy) that I thought could easily be fixed to help the esthetics of the room. There was two ear buds in the bathroom bin upon entry.

The location is great, being close to the CBD and hotels. Staff were pleasant and accommodating, the room itself was nice, clean, and appeared to have benefitted from a recent refresh. Good water pressure and heat from the shower, and the bed- although showing signs of wear - was comfortable enough with plenty of pillows for a solo traveller and enough for two. Biggest plus was the inclusion of a Chromecast in the room TV, giving the opportunity to cast your own steaming apps. I don't know why all hotels don't do this; it would be so convenient and welcomed by guests.

Where my room was positioned at the rear corner of the complex, there were three cars parked right next to it with people coming and going at all hours, and also a well lit area, making it difficult to get to sleep. The loungechair in the room was rather uncomfortable, but that is a somewhat subjective assessment. I would return to stay again, but would request a room to the right side of the complex with dedicated parking out front of the room to mitigate the first issue.

One of the best places to stay for comfort, affordability and service. The staff on site and absolutely amazing and with Liked · The property is clean and well presented. Our room was clean, tidy and well presented- not to mention the shower was nice and hot and the bed was absolutely divine. There is free washing and drying services for guests. Undercover parking The on site restaurant does an amazing meal for a great price And the service is absolutely top notch, both the restaurant staff and the Managers are extremely polite and go the extra mile to help you. One of the best motels I have ever stayed at.

Nothing

The room was clean. We had a king bed and it was very comfortable. Given how close it is to the railway, it was really quiet. Would definitely recommend a king bed room. The highlight was they provided us each with a cold bottle of water in the room which was really appreciated as we were in Bundaberg in very hot and humid conditions.

Queen bedroom - stay away from these. The bed was not comfortable and they are having issues with moisture in room 21. We were moved but we’d already unpacked the car before realising how bad it was. The manager was great.

We felt very welcome, the lady at reception was very helpful. We were in the family room, it was on the top level. The bedding was comfortable and clean. All the utilities were excellent and crockery and utensils were also spotless. If you love trains or need to go on a train it's not far from the railway station. You could hear the occasional tooting of the train. But it didn't disturb my sleep.

The parking was a little angular but it was achieved, it wasn't a deal breaker.

Staff were lovely, check in and out was a breeze, location is excellent, room was clean and spacious and ample amenities provided.

Mattress definitely needs replacing, was quite saggy and not at all comfortable. Water pressure almost non-existent and took a long time for hot water to come through. Also maybe assigned parking would be better as vehicles from other guests were always parked in the space right in front of our door. We had huge dance duffels to get in and out of the car and it was tricky to manoeuvre around these vehicles at times, especially late at night after a long day of dance.

Travelled to Bundaberg for a property settlement and stay at this motel which was closed to where we settled. Stayed the night was quiet and clean plus we enjoyed the happy hour and stay on for dinner which was excellent. In the morning we ordered Merlo coffee takeaway which we enjoyed.

everything was good

Staff were brilliant. Cannot fault them in any way. I was travelling for an event and knew I would be arriving before check-in. Communicated this in advance and they had a room ready for me. I certainly did not expect it. Room was much larger than expected and very warm without heating which was nice. Very Clean.

Ad said Undercover Parking which is why I booked this motel as undercover parking is very, very important to me. Unfortunately statement is not entirely accurate. Room I was allocated was only 2/3 undercover. Other rooms would have been 50%. Admittedly I drive a long car but to me undercover parking means the car is 100% undercover not 50%, not 2/3. Saw multiple Hyundai i30s the night I stayed and they barely fitted undercover. Only thing that would stop me staying there again. Everything else was faultless.

The super friendly and accommodating staff! Even after we checked out, we needed to wait for our bus, and walked in the rain. They offered help and accommodation for us to keep us dry from the rain.

The cleaning could be a bit better when we arrived.
