The pool was nice, the place was clean, facilities were well stocked in the kitchen, had tv in every room, had good closet space with plenty of hangers and also had chest of drawers. Location was good 14 mins from the airport and less than 10 mins to the marina. It was a very secured gated facility.

We just had to get extra toiletries as 6 of us stayed there for 6 days. We would've liked them to be replenished every 3 days. Also we had to ask for additional blankets as there was none in the 2 extra bedrooms.

Our balcony looked over the pool area which was stunning. The apartment was very spacious and well laid out.

Whilst it was a fairly short walk to a small shopping strip, it is a fair way out of town, through an industrial estate. I couldn't work out how to make the dishwasher work (more my incompetence than a problem with the apartment, in all likelihood, but staff were only available during defined hours during the day so it was difficult to get information outside those times).

Wonderful large apartment on the ground floor, with a super view of the pool and wonderful gardens, with home to home feel. Super well equipped with everything you need. Is in a lovely quiet resort, super comfortable and super clean. Could not fault it .

The property itself was super and could not fault it. you do need a car to access the closest shop or access nice walks. But for us, for what we need it, it was excellent.

The outlay of the resort and the rooms was fantastic, the on site facilities was really great and the location was within easy reach of shops and the city ,Easy to find from the airport and being out of the city meant it was away from the tourist traffic

The beds need to up dated as they felt that they were a few years old

The three bed property was clean, welcoming and had excellent facilities and the resort itself also had excellent facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, putting green, gym, barbecue) and backed onto a golf course which we had access to allowing for a lovely morning run. The apartment was supplied with tea, coffee and milk which was great given we didn’t arrive till nearly midnight due to a delayed flight. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was easy, from booking and special requests right through to check-out. We had a special request for a ground level room owing to one guest being in a wheelchair with limited mobility. Everything provided in the apartment was accessible to this guest, with a walk-in shower in the ensuite and wide, tiled spaces to move around. Even the establishment pool was mobility friendly. All appliances and furniture in the apartment were in good condition/working order. The kitchen was stocked with ample appliances, dishes and utensils. There honestly wasn’t even so much as a squeaky fan, everything was great!

The spacious apartment and location was perfect. Close to everything and the secure carpark was a bonus.

The bathroom fan was not strong enough, too steamy once one showered making everything so damp. Not used to the humidity, so not sure if this is normal for Cairns

The space of the apartment, the items in the apartment made it feel comfortable like a home. Had all the necessary necessities required for a holiday stay.

Noise from the taps being turned on and off, especially with the hot water. It was loud and could be heard through the apartment.

Beautiful gardens with clean barbecues. Great pools, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, short drive into cairns centre, about 10 minutes out. Large shopping centre 5 minutes drive with Coles. Parking for two cars

Would be too far out for someone who wants to be in amongst the centre. Minor point but no tea towel provided to dry dishes, not an issue if you use the dishwasher. Tiles had not been swept or vacuumed under the beds

Great sized apartment and facilities the 2 pools are huge. Love that the kids could hire ball and tennis gear for the courts. The staff were fantastic best customer service.

The beds are a little bit hard not ideal for multiple night stays. A mattress topper would help.
