Location was fantastic, super close to the beach which was beautiful! Pool was awesome, though a little chilly for July but the spa was well used by us all. Apartment was spacious and comfortable and has most of what we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved being able to prepare food for ourselves in the well resourced kitchen. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Value for money!

The only thing I would suggest, for apartment #60 is the addition of a vacuum cleaner. A broom was fine for the tiled areas but I like to keep our space clean while staying and a vacuum for the carpeted bedrooms would have been good.

The facilities are great, particularly the pool area, pool and spa. The unit was a perfect size, and our front balcony overlooked the pool and garden. The location was excellent. Jon was an excellent manager and available to help. He and Leah run a friendly and relaxed holiday environment.

The only issue was that the cleaners did not do a thorough job before our stay. The Laundry was not clean, layers of lint on the floor, the ceiling fans were coated with 1cm of dust and the balconies were covered in leaves and sand. They’d not been swept. A surface clean had been done through the apartment but not a thorough or detailed clean.

I hope you’re doing well! I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to rent the house. I really love the location—it’s so convenient and pleasant. Also, the house is very well-designed, with great space and layout. I’m really happy with my choice!

I wanted to share some feedback after settling into the house. Overall, I’m very happy, but I noticed a couple of things that could be improved. The cleaning could have been more thorough, as there was dust under the bed. Also, the beds are not very comfortable. I hope these details can be considered for future adjustments. Great apartment - beds comfy - air con cooling - surprisingly quite once doors closed as we did read previous reviews re the plane flyovers and it was fun waving to the people on the train from the Currumbin Bird Sanctury when we were sitting on the balcony. Loved seeing the birds.

May we suggest that the cleaners use another form of cleaning product on the tiles - left a funky sticky feeling that was not nice to walk on. Went to mop and the mop head needed replacing and the mop replacements were not the right size so had to do by hand with the new mop head. Perhaps investing in a steam mop. Also suggest to remove the dried/dead flowers..energetically it was very heavy ..pretty silk or even a plant like a ZZ plant that needs hardly any water or plants in water like Peace Lillys (or similar to what is sitting on the air con unit outside) would feel a whole lot lighter and brighter and would also match the decor of the awesome pictures on the wall - bit of Feng Shui :-)

Loved the location, being close to the beach was fantastic for the kids and also having access to the pool at the accommodation was an added plus, loved laying around the pool in with the sanctuary atmosphere it was very relaxing. Until the planes flew over 😅 I'd definitely be back though.

Only thing I can comment on was the cleaning, while it was tidy we still had to wash dishes when getting them out of the cupboard as they were still dirty and/or dusty, showers definitely need to be cleaned better including soap dishes, for people staying for a number of nights it would have been nice to have had extra dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher and extra toilet paper.

Beautiful grounds. We used the pool daily. Had free underground parking which was helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. We will definitely return.

Not clean. There was no vaccum so asked for one and received. Apartment needed a good clean. Lots of dust under the beds, on furniture. All drawers needed to be cleaned as dirty - not even wiped out. The second bathroom could use a new toilet seat and the bathtub needs a good deep clean. I washed the floors as felt grubby when walking in.

Loved the location- bus stop just a few doors down, across the road from the beach and playgrounds, and a brilliant corner shop with pretty much everything you could need. Staff were also amazing and so accommodating, with excellent local recommendations, and truly doing anything they could to help our stay. We were only here for 3 nights but would happily stay longer next time.

It was a little noisy thanks to the planes overhead and nearby roadworks. Nothing that some earplugs couldn't help with, though. I struggled to think of a negative- we will be back!

We enjoyed the location, the ease of getting in and around the area. The unit was very functional, and definitely met our needs in that regards. Also great because we were with another family (over from Scotland) and there were good facilities for us to congregate together - bbq area was excellent, accommodation was roomy enough for us to dine together in one or other of the rooms.

Our apartment could have been cleaner - the patio looked like it hadn't been cleaned. We would have liked to have proper detergent - so ended up buying some and leaving it in the unit for the next person to hopefully use - to us it stands to reason that if you provide good cleaning materials, then we can clean your place more effectively. Some of the plates that we got out of the cupboard needed to be cleaned (I don't think we're overly fussy). Same comment really for the washing machine - providing good washing powder would be better in our minds too. The fact we were under the flight path was a bit of a shock to us at first (they come in very low), however it didn't actually affect us - it was quiet in the nights and early mornings, and we were exploring most of the other times.

It was school holidays and I was staying in my own, that out the personal first up, however it was the perfect location for what I needed their very worth it. The manager gave a full on-boarding, including evacuation instructions. He was very welcoming and friendly. When he knew why I was there he also took the time to show me on a local map exactly how to get to where I needed to go. The apartment was large and spacious, very clean, the full sized kitchen had all the necessaries and more. Well maintained grounds.

Nothing really, it was a little pricey for one, is all. The bird sanctuary amusement park ride right next door was noisy, however I wasn't in my room much through the day, so it wasn't a huge problem, and it was very quiet at night.

Comfortable, spacious apartment, well-equipped. Lovely area, 2 mins walk to the beach. Fantastic pool and spa in the courtyard which the kids loved Lots of palm trees in the courtyard and bush around the property so felt very peaceful.

Fairly close to the airport and on the flight path so noisy with incoming planes but got used to it. Otherwise a very quiet area
