This property had beach and mountain views which were great. The unit was clean and tidy. The beach is on the other side of the road from the complex which is great. The balconies were roomy and had great furniture. The Broadbeach Bowls Club is only ten minutes' walk from the complex, which is great for meals and drinks, Central Broadbeach itself is only a twelve-minute walk from the unit block which includes the magnificent Kurrawa Surf Club. At the back of the units are north and south bus stops which makes it very easy to get to other destinations on the Gold Coast. We used this a lot which was great. The units have a great central location without being too busy. Unlike some unit blocks your unit has a dedicated car park for your vehicle. The pool area and other outside facilities are great as well. We will be going back.

Lack of shelf room in the bathroom. Only one lift was operating when we were there as they are replacing the second lift. We were warned of this prior to booking. It didn't really cause us much inconvenience.

Booked this room for our family to stay in for my sons wedding. View was exceptional! Top floor 3 bedroom apartment was huge and had views from every room. Patrolled beach just across the road. Staff were very accommodating on our arrival. Bathrooms were dated but that didn't bother us. Would definitely stay at Boulevard North again!

Would have given 10/10 if wasn't for being approached in the car park and accused of parking in the wrong spot when we were parked in spots allocated to us. After emailing reception received response that it was not us but another guest that had parked in the wrong spot.

Top location right across the road from the beach. Great little coffee shop just around the corner. Room was spacious and well equipped. Our room had three separate balconies. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The room included free WiFi and access to a smart tv. The pool and spa were clean and well kept. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of the two lifts was out of service on our arrival but was working by the time we left. This was listed on the site. Some numpty glued the lock for the car park on our first night someone had to go through the hotel and open it from the inside for the first couple of days. The staff were very apologetic that it couldn’t be repaired over the weekend. The office hours are limited. No huge drama (except for the car park lock issue) so just something to be aware of.

We enjoyed our stay so much we will be booking back here again. My family of 10 all stayed here over the weekend. In 3 different rooms on different levels and it was very nice. We enjoyed our room on level 16 we had partial ocean views and city views from the main bedroom. At night it's a beautiful site. All 3 rooms were designed nicely and had a retro feel to it. The pool was a hit with the children. We had all the amenities we needed. Although we didnt see staff the booking process and a quick phone call after we returned home they were lovely. Would definitely recommend

Location and hospitality - the staff were very friendly. Huge 'thank you' especially to Barbara, from the reservations team, for the excellent service right from the time of me making this booking (which was for my parents trip, for their anniversary). Communication was of the highest standard, no question was too hard! I appreciate the special requests that I had made to be honored in some ways, thanks for the little anniversary gift left for my parents in their room, that was kind & an example of you going the extra mile. We will recommend your place to others & will definitely be back :)

Some basic needs things to be added e. g. Wall clock, more rubbish bags, recycling items bags, etc....but, these are just minor things, but may make stay even more comfy in general for travellers.

Booked the apartment as it had all the facilities we needed and was close to the beach. Staff rang to arrange collection of keys as we were late arriving. Room was perfect for our needs, and an excellent view of the ocean from the 16th floor. Bed was comfortable and all facilities were ideal. Altghough we were advised 1 lift was undergoing repairs we had no wait times. Individual car park in basement and trollies to take luggage up. Easy 5 minutewalk into centre of Broadbeach for shopping. Beach was directly accross the road from apartment. Would highly reccomend.

It’s very close to the beach, shops, cafes/restaurants and transport. The views were fantastic.

We paid a lot of money. We were only provided with one sachet of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and powder for the washing machine. With a family, that is not enough for a week. When I requested another roll of toilet paper, I was told that I would have to pay for any extras in the future. I also had to request an extra rubbish bag. We were required to take the rubbish down to the rubbish room in the basement. I just feel that when you’re paying all that money, you should get a bit more than a room with a view and a bed.

Absolutely fantastic location on the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Easy check in, nice pool and tennis court.

The communication was fantastic on email but there was no one on reception the entire time we were there. Was quite expensive, almost $500 per night and in need of a refurb, peeling paint and cracked tiles. There was only a tiny 2 seat sofa for a 2 bed apartment, we are a family of 4 and had no where the 4 of us could hang out and relax.

Location is great, between broadbeach and surfers paradise. Close to all amenities, everything is walkable. Comfortable beds and great to have a washer and dryer.

The apartment could do with a refresh. Cooker was poor and we could have done with more cooking equipment to manage meals in the apartment. Bathroom was adequate but again for the price looks tired and could do with updating. WiFi dropped out a lot. Only currently one lift available for the whole complex.

The apartment was very quiet, clean and comfortable for two people. The views from the balcony and the bedroom were lovely. We could see whales jumping and rainbows after the rain passed. The location was fabulous. The beach was across the road, and walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and public transport. The staff were lovely! Very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was sad to leave the place but hoping to come back soon.

The place was great and nothing that I didnt like, really. The only thing that it had missing was a coffee machine. But then again, an excuse to get out and have one at a Cafe.
