Location is awesome. Central to everything at Broadbeach and if you need to go north towards Surfers, just jump on th tram. Everything is a 5 minute walk and the beach is across the road. The styling is lovely too, and I can see why people return to this place and what the following they have is all about. The kitchen has everything you need, so just bring your own food and settle in for your stay.

Not a fan of single beds being pushed together as queens and kings, however, these were better than what I have had like this in other hotels, with the centre point between the two beds not as noticeable, and we slept well. Honestly, you can't really fault this place. Old school, with a modern touch and great.

It was so convenient to so many ammenities all within walking distance. Markets across the road on the Sunday and food choices galour. The staff we're very easy to contact and stay in contact with me to allow for a streamline check in even after hours. Even though it was mid August the pool was still warm enough for a swim with the family because of the perfect positioning to capture the beautiful gold Coast "Rays". Thank you Hi Ho.

The floor tiles were slippery when we first arrived - just prooved that the room was clean to me :)

The location was perfect for the beach, restaurants and bars and the casino, which was where we were walking to during our stay. It was a pleasant, leisurely walk through the streets to the casino past the restaurants and bars, where we choose to eat before our show at the casino. It was great. The beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept very well with the waves in the background as you drift off to sleep. Also the water pressure was amazing. Especially as we stayed on the 5th floor. We've stayed at other accommodation in the area and the water pressure in those properties was quite dismal compared to Hi Ho Apartments. The property owners were extremely lovely, friendly and helpful as well. It was a great stay there. Thanks again.

The only criticism I'd have would be that there needs to be either an extraction fan in the toilet or if that's not possible maybe supply some toilet spray for guests. A very minor criticism, apart from that everything was awesome.

Fantastic Location - walk to everything! Our unit was dated but very clean, comfortable and in line with the price point. It had everything we needed for the purpose of our stay.

Parking arrangement - it is fantastic that parking is available at the complex, however, it is not a case of parking in the car park numbered/allocated for your unit - you just park anywhere there is a ‘Hi-Ho’ sign on the wall. Arriving quite late at night, we found ourselves without a place to park as there were no empty parking spaces and ended up having to park in a ‘no parking car space’ which was off putting. I feel it would make much more sense parking in the allocated space that is numbered for your unit ??!

Size, location, value, well priced, close to everything, convenient to transport, numerous restaurants only metres away, convenience of having kitchen and washing facilities in the unit, off road secure parking.

Unit starting to age and could do with a freshening up. One bulkhead light out in bathroom and one in kitchen bulkhead. Needed a blockout curtain to cut the street light into the unit. Had to have the bedroom door closed to shut out light that then shut out the air conditioning.

The location was fabulous, being so close to the beach and the music festival I was there for. The apartment had everything I needed to cater at home, even though I had to make a cake in a frying pan. I always make do with what I have. There is a full sized fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster, kettle, and cooking essentials. Salt, pepper, a small amount of tea and coffee and small containers of milk are provided.

There is A/C in the living area, but not in the bedroom.

Perfect location

The Hi-Ho were like a home away from home; good amenities and great location being right across the road from a beautiful section of beach.

Getting out of the lift there was no way, that I could see, to know which level the doors were opening on. Several times my friend and I ended up on the wrong floor, going up when we wanted to go down, going down when we wanted to go up. For those who do not stay often some clear instructions on how to use the lift would be helpful; and a number on the opposite wall when the doors open would also be helpful. This did not impact my stay nor my decision to return when I'm on the gc again, but would certainly help to alleviate confusion.

Location was excellent, walking distance to shops, Casino, restaurants and public transport. Beach across the road. Room was average.

Had a 1 bedroom apartment, plenty of space for 2. Comfort was below standard everything was hard to sit on example lounge, dining room chairs, balcony outdoor setting. Most people spend 5 or more nights so comfort is a must. To be fair I was offered another room.

The location is ideal, conveniently situated directly in front of the beach, just two blocks from the supermarket and one block from restaurants and cafes. The apartment is exceptionally comfortable and well-equipped with everything one might need. It is spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and offers breathtaking views from the living room. The room is very comfortable and has ample storage space, which I found to be quite convenient. There is also a great pool available for use.

Only issue we had was that we could not connect to wifi in our apartment. It just didn't work even though we tried asking. I hope they can fix this soon
