Location was excellent, so close to beach and all restaurants/shops etc. The heated pool and spa were great, very quiet, mostly had them to ourselves.

It is very dated (but we knew this when we booked). Little additions could have made the stay easier like extra loo rolls (only supplied x2 half rolls for a 7 day stay) also a few spare clean towels and a dishwasher tablet. There is no free wifi which seems very strange.

Large fully equipped and comfortable in convenient location. Easy to get to all of broadbeach attractions in including one of Australia's best beaches. Beds were really comfortable. Great to be able to do laundry while there. Definitely stay longer on next trip.

Traffic was annoying but that had nothing to do with the complex and it's a high density area so can't be avoided. I would have rated a 9.5 if I hadn't kept being woken up. Perhaps take earplugs.

Fantastic location - lovely view of beach, quick walk to beach, lovely garden area, restaurants and shopping centre. Very secure building, comfortable and roomy apartment, and parking at rear. The property managers are really friendly and very helpful and quick to respond with any issues.

The spacious apartment was great although it's a older building it was comfortable and plenty of room for a family. The location was fantastic and the views from the balcony of the beach were great! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

No ac in the bedrooms as they got very hot and stuffy

The place has great potential, but could benefit from some extra maintenance and a deeper clean, particularly in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. Additionally, the laundry room ceiling had a mold issue.

The location was great and great sea views and close to everything and within walking distance to restaurants and beach. Property manager John is super friendly and helpful and made our stay feel welcome and comfortable.

Excellent location and great value for money. Easy to book and also easy to check in. Staff very helpful. All good. I would have no hesitation staying again.

The location was perfect for transportation, and also only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The building was older but in reasonable condition and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The property manager is really friendly. we arrived 12am which is out of the check in time. the manager proceed us through smoothly. thanks!

great location! it didn’t advertise the air condition. but it has in the living room which is really benefit for us.
