The location was great. The apartment size with a separate laundry was handy. It was also handy having an ice making fridge. Julia at the front desk was wonderful, she was very helpful and courteous. The pool area, gym and sauna were great.

The apartment was not very clean, it needed a vacuum and a mop. The kitchen seemed light on for utensils and pots and pans. Very few bowls, saucepans etc. Not enough to cook a meal with. The hairdryer in one of the bathrooms was not very good, it was a wall one that wasn't attached to the wall. There weren't many pegs for the airer, we had to buy our own. It could have been an exceptional apartment, it just needed some attention to detail. We stayed in apartment #1402.

Firstly the location was excellent, the furnishings are beautiful . The parking and security was comforting the staff were very helpful

Disappointed that the towels weren’t changed daily Only two small hand soaps in the bathroom and 4 adults sharing it was not enough supplied No tea towel provided or a small amount of dish washing liquid sadly Toilet paper was 1 ply, I’ve never had that provided in any appartment I’ve stayed in. Honestly it cheapened the place. Maybe think of updating the TV to a smart one, they aren’t that expensive. Maybe a couple of bottles of water would be helpful too The advertisement said it was a sub penthouse but lacked the last finishing touches.

Location & view. The layout of the apartment was great and the amenities within the complex. Carpark was easy to navigate and secure.

The cleanliness. Dirty floors, appliances, glasses/mugs, plates etc, windows. Attention to detail was not evident. We had a couple of dirty towels which were forensically examined by reception to see where they were unclean (they said it was to provide feedback to housekeeping, however felt like they didn’t believe me). We washed all cutlery, glasses, mugs, plates etc. before using. We provided all this feedback to reception upon departure as I’m sure the owners would not be happy with the presentation and upkeep of their apartment.

Beautiful. Perfect location great facilities. Lovely furniture and bedding. Great space for our group. Good the beds could be made to singles. Beautiful views.

The apartment was a bit dirty. There was a spilt sticky substance in the main lounge near the cabinet. The dining chairs had bits of food/crumbs on them and the table floor area was dirty. The TV screen in the main lounge area had wipe marks as did the bathroom shelves. It was like it was wiped over with dusty cloth. I am guessing due to the renovation upstairs that was why all the windows were dusty. We did have to use google to work out how to use the oven. 🤣 More than the allocated garbage bags should be supplied.

The view ,the size of the apartment, we felt safe, the lifts were amazingly fast ,the kitchen was well equipped, the pool area was always clean and we even used the theatre to watch a movie. Great to find toys for kids there,we added a few things to it for the next family’s to use.

No tv’s in bedrooms. The tall table and chairs on the balcony was just to much anxiety, we moved it inside as we had a 3 year old with us. The main bedroom bathroom had a dirty face washer in it. I think for the price I’d expect it to be so clean you didn’t need to do anything. But in saying this I’m a bit OCD with cleaning.

Location was brilliant. Close to beach, lots of options for food within walking distance. Very spacious apartment. 7 people wasn't crammed & bumping into each other

Entry into building was extremely difficult. No way to get into the building, to get keys from locked safe box. Pushed the intercom button & had a male quite abrupt when i called a 2nd time saying i didnt know where the safe box was. Found out it was past the locked glass doors. Had to wait for someone to use their key & we entered behind them.

Common areas fabulous. Reception staff excellent

We stayed in 2 apartments Beds are great the couches really needed replacing. There needs to be a better standard for all rental apartments The fridge in the second apartment underneath the vegetable drawers was revolting. Is took me 10 minutes to clean I left it better than I arrived. The crud around the bath tub and sinks was Unacceptable . Luckily Im not a bath person as I would have had to of scrubbed it with in a inch of its life to use.

The pool, steam room and sauna were great. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-appointed.

There were not enough keys for each apartment. We were a group spread across 3 different floors so only having 3 keys per apartment and not being able to get to the other floors was extremely inconvenient and caused many logistical challenges during our stay.

very central to everything! beautiful views! (18th floor) very spacious apartment! NOTE: we travelled into town for a wedding, so we had multiple family members booking multiple rooms.. although our apartment was amazing - our other familys apartment were out dated and unclean (even though we paid same price for same style of room) so i think we just got the lucky end of the stick fortunately. from our personal experience, we would definitely return :)

our parking space was very difficult to get in & out of - would recommend travelling with smaller size car.

Our apartment on the 20th floor was amazing. We had fantastic views of the ocean and there was So much space for our large family and great facilities in the apartment which made us feel at home. The staff were always very helpful and welcoming. Good secure parking underground.

Whilst we absolutely loved the view of the ocean every morning, even the winter sun made the apartment very warm. The apartment has sheer blinds but some blockout blinds in the living areas would be great as an option to block out sun if preferred. We tried cooling the apartment with the air con but it wasn’t very effective. I could imagine the apartment would get very hot in the summer.
