We absolutely loved our stay amazing apartment they had everything we could possibly need to accommodate our stay the hosts were just down to earth amazing hardworking people who were always willing to go the extra mile for us they keep the place so well also we loved the pool n spa n bbq area, my only gripe n it's more a personal preference was the hardness of the double beds but the stunning view certainly made up for it as a first time visitor to Australia It was a super impressive welcome to the country and the Gold Coast, we particularly like broadbeach we stayed 18 nights and had a chance to get quite good at the trams buses etc n preferred our we area over the more busier places we will definitely be back again ☺️

Views East, South and West - Quiet - Good location to the centre of Broadbeach

The Washing machine seals were "grimey" and needs a good clean - hesitated to use it. Seals to the fridge also require a clean as they were a little mouldy. This may well be a result of the humid climate - but does need some attention. Locks to East facing sliding door was unable to be engaged. The ironing board was very difficult to unfold and fold. Door to main room could not be closed without a "shove" as it binds on the door jam These are all a bit picky as our stay was great - just observations to assist in making the stay even more enjoyable.

The location is superb with everything within walking distance - beaches; restaurants, kids playgrounds, supermarkets, public transport, medical. The apartment 3 bedroom was huge and with 4 kids we never felt cramped, great cooking facilities made mealtimes easy - most important the airflow throughout the apartment was great - 3 balconies a bonus, pool and spa fab

Cosmetically the apartment is still in the 90s and due for an update - minor issues such as busted blinds, locks that did not work on toilets. A few items need refurbishing - the cleaners had not cleaned under beds for some time - however that did not detract from our stay

The location of course! close to everything and literally a block from the most gorgeous beach, and fabulous restaurants and cafe around the corner. Very quiet considering in the middle of Broadbeach and a wee park across the road made it feel lush when you walked outdoors. The accommodation was roomy and breezy, and met our expectations. Sue and Barry were lovely and we enjoyed staying here.

ok this is actually a bit of a game changer for me personally, others might not worry about it too much, anyway - it would be nice to have the apartment provide dishwasher/laundry powder/rubbish bags/extra towels to suit the time booked (and amount of people) - one packet of each, one rubbish bag and a couple of nescafe gold sachets feels a bit stingy. Its a drag to have to go to shops to buy cleaning products just for a few nights.

The location was awesome, so close to everything, restaurants, Oasis Centre etc. A roomy apartment with everything we required.

Our only slight problem was with the dining table & stools. Lovely furniture but not for 3 ladies over 70. We had difficulty getting up in them & pulling ourselves up to the table & vice versa, they are very heavy. We would have liked a chainsaw to saw the legs off! 🤣. Alright for the young though.

Facilites and location excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Very spacious and perfect for our family of 5 to spend a week. Would definitely recommend and will most likely book again when we come back.

It would have been good if the apartment was supplied with things like a tea towel, dishcloth, extra bin liners or a few cleaning supplies for the apartment so we could do dishes and clean up as we went, as we had to go out purchase these. Otherwise everything was great.

Easy check-in with keys prepared for late arrival easy access. Free parking in own numbered spot. Apartment was lovely and large with 2 bathrooms and garden view. Great thought to include some card games which we had lots of fun with. Pool and spa were awesome for the hot weather! Games room was great including pool table and table tennis. Close to walk to everything for food, shops, casino and beach :)

Only thing was the games room pool table was a bit worn and need new pool cues.

Location and view were good.

Parking space was small for a large suv, parking next to another large suv, could not open doors, had to take everything out before parking. The visitor parking was always full with the same cars, you could not just stop for a quick 10 mins and run in and out. Maybe they need a 10 min park bay. The bedrooms were quite hot, as the position of the air con is facing away from the hallway/bedrooms. Construction across the road started at 6.30am everyday except sunday, so that was disappointing, we were woken everyday early by loud noise.

Excellent location, close to amenities & beach. Apartments well catered for your stay, Bruce & Sue were so helpful & accomodating. We would definitely come back & stay.

Given the age of the building like anything maintenance needs doing, there were some lose tiles on the floor however they weren’t a hazard in any way. However couldn’t fault how clean the whole building was.
