Beautifully presented with lovely furnishings. Very comfortable, spacious & clean. Private & quit. Emaculate gardens & pool/bbq area.Located close to everything. Pricing was great! Will definitely return.

We liked just about everything, the apartment was a 2 bedroom ocean view, it was huge, very clean, the beds were comfortable 1 x king, 2 x single, 2 bathrooms, the shower was great, and the other facilities were all of high standard, huge fridge, big TV with foxtel. The apartments are located just outside the main area, but an easy 5 min walk gets you to the Oasis Centre cafes, shops etc, also the Convention centre. 10-15 min walk to the Casino, Pacific Fair shopping centre, also close to the tram stop. I would 100% stay there again. We also had great swimming pool and saunas and spa.

Location is amazing and the properties are spacious and have well equipped kitchens. The pool is lovely and great for relaxing. A short walk to the beach, shops and places to eat. Allocated parking spot is handy.

The apartment could have been a little cleaner. We had to wash all the dishes before using and there was dust on the back of the sofa. I was disappointed with the starter pack! Only two very poor quality toilet rolls and one towel each. We needed up having to wash towels on holiday and buy extra toilet rolls. Not ideal but a minor inconvenience and I would have expected a little better from a four star apartment.

Clean big rooms. Central location

The reception staff could’ve been more welcoming and friendly. On the couple of occasions I had to go to front desk they were actually bordering on being rude. If you work in a facility such as this, people skills is a must. It was also difficult with sharing two sets of keys with teenage children especially as you needed access to pool and absolutely everything with a swipe. The option of hiring extra key or swipe would be advantageous to people returning. When I asked for an extra set the receptionist said they cost $300 to replace. I would’ve happily payed a $300 deposit to have an extra set for ease on holidays. I offered this but was refused.

The grounds were exceptionally well kept lovely to walk around herb garden fruit orchard. BBQ areas. Pool wonderful spa too. So close to beach, restaurants shopping such a great location. Apartment very spacious and comfortable, well appointed kitchen.

Fly screen door on apartment very annoying. Thought we couldn’t get in need a key? Required help as out of reception hours on arrival. Seems door just sticks, every time opening the door either leaving or arriving back the door required force to open. would be recommending door be removed to owner.

The Belle Maison exceeded our expectations! We were so pleasantly surprised at the size of our 3 bedroom apartment and the cleanliness was excellent. The apartment we stayed in was well appointed and had two balconies and our two kids were able to run around and have their own space which was not expected at all! The location of this apartment block is so convenient, it’s in walking distance to the beach, The Oasis shopping centre and the tram stop- all close enough for my 4 year old to walk there easily. The pool and spa was a hit, and were not too cold, both kids loved swimming in them! The staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpful.

This was really hard as everything was excellent but if I had to note something to improve it would be the bed in the main bedroom we stayed in, in apartment 75. It’s very uncomfortable and hurt our backs but this was something we could happily put up with as the rest was amazing!

*Location of apartment was PERFECT for our weekend. *The mattress in the main bedroom was AMAZING  *The set out of the apartment was perfect for 2 couples. *Pool, grounds & gym were great!

*While the mattress in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable, the 2 lounges in the living room were not :( sorry *The art-work above the bed in the main bedroom is hung too low - you can't sit up in bed, and it would be nice to have a baking sheet or tray and salt and pepper in the kitchen

Beautiful grounds and amenities , well kept. Close to Broadbeach. The apartment was pretty good, but could really use some upgrades.

The decor in our apartment was garage sale chic all the way. I love garage sales but there wasn’t any attempt to match things. Prints on the wall were very unusual 😳. There wasn’t any aircon in the bedroom and that was definitely needed. The apartment prided itself on being 4 and a half stars but I’d say more like a cheesy 3 stars.

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable & fully equipped for all our needs.

The only but very disappointing texperience was for one of my guests that arrived earlier than our check-in time & the receptionist was quite abrupt to her. She was told about the 3 hour parking out the front in a not so welcoming manner. The funny thing about the 3 hour parking was that there were 2 cars parked there the entire time of our stay. There are ways of greeting guests in a less abrupt manner than my friend encountered.

Excellent location and had a beautiful pool.

We paid over $1500 for our stay - there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in a room for 2 people. When we were asked at reception for more toilet paper, they wanted to charge extra money ($3 for 2 rolls). The toilet paper was of a very cheap quality, probably cost them 40 cents each roll to buy. I find it interesting that the owners quibble over 80 cents when we are giving them $1500 for our stay.
