My extended family of three generations have stayed at Beach Haven every January or second for over 20 years even before it was ULTIQA, a perfect position with stunning views. The staff are helpful and the facilities great.

The parking situation in the underground carpark is usually difficult and in the past poorly managed. This year it seems to have been a big improvement . The only other issue was there had been some renovation done and there was a stack of old bathroom tiles in the main wardrobe and under the main bed. Inside the wardrobes could really benefit from a quick coat of paint. It seems such a small thing but stands out when everything else is pretty good

The View from our apartment was amazing, waking up to the ocean view was just what we wanted. The Pool area and BBQ facilities were great, obviously recently renovated compared to the rooms that are a little tired. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was exceptional, close to great restaurants and across the road from the beach. The grounds were very clean and well maintained.

The cleanliness of one of the apartments was disappointing we needed to call reception to have the fans cleaned as the dust build up was unacceptable. The kitchen was also a little dirty. We were surprised with the charge for the pool towels, previous places we have stayed in have usually just kept a deposit for the duration of the stay.

We loved the location near the beach, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 5. Bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable, good bathrooms and laundry facilities were great. Short walk to the light rail stop if you were needing to get around. The best part was the indoor spa and sauna which was a relief after a day out or at the beach.

My only gripe is the carpet in the hallway smelt and looked like it needed a good team clean and vacuum ( level 7). Also the couch in our apartment had a slight smell and also needed a steam clean. I understand we were there in January but the cleaning of the apartment on our arrival wasn’t the best.

We love the pools which are some of the best we’ve been to on the coast. Wonderful outside pools which are heated and the back one has an exceptional bbq and lounge area. The renovated inside pool has been exquisitely done with added sauna and steam room. This was very appreciated with showery weather. The unit was beautiful with amazing views, a lovely kitchen and bathrooms. We booked a premium apartment which was right on the front facing the ocean. Comfy and good quality leather couches were great for relaxing. The mall is a few steps away and we found many wonderful places to eat or pick up supplies from nearby Woolies. Staff were friendly and obliging.

The main bed was far too small and uncomfortable. No coffee machine in the kitchen.

The bed was so uncomfortable we both did not Netanyahu sleep and as a result the stay was very uncomfortable and not a relaxing time for either of us unfortunately creating a problem between us where I left the property on the Saturday night and didn't stay. And would love to stay again if the accomodation has been updated to the rating it deserved..I'd like another night credited to my account to revisit the hotel and enjoy my stay...

The strain of no rest and the tension it caused for looking forward to time together which would have gone whole lot better if bedding was comfortable. It needs to be replaced asap so other guests who pay top dollar don't feel ripped off die to poor rest . It spoilt what could have been wonderful weekend ..I didn't even get to use the wellness centre on this stay which was why I selected this hotel . Disappointed overall

location was fantastic, can't get better. The view from the room (22nd floor) was unbeatable. Our specific room had views on three sides which really made the room special. The room (2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms) had a large living area, which we found perfect for our family needs.

My one criticism was that when we checked in, the room was not very clean (needed a full vacuum and there were some small personal belongings from the previous guests). We needed staff to come and do a re clean - which they did immediately. After that, there were no issues at all.

Loved the location! Heart of Broadbeach, close to public transport to see more of QLD affordably! Indoor relaxation pool, spas, sauna and steam room added so much to the trip! A quick way to de-stress each day. Outdoor pools were enjoyable and modern also. Although we didn't use it, the BBQ area and tennis courts were inviting and well maintained. Room was spacious with well equipped kitchen and laundry. Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. Booking procedure was smooth, as was out of hours check in and late flight assistance with luggage. Over all, it was an amazing trip for all! Our ages range from 11yo - 67yo.

I felt 1 towel per person, for an 11 night stay, was a bit stingy. These towels were swapped once in the 11 nights. When brought up with reception, I was told to launder each persons towel (in a family of 5) between pools and showering, in the room each day. The other option being to hire pool towel at an extra $10/head. I feel that this policy isn't ideal.

Rooms were spacious and had everything you need. Bathroom was a little tired but everything was functional and aesthetics aside it was more than adequate. Close to all shops and amenities and great Ocean views. We would definitely stay here again.

Minor gripe. Rooms weren't soundproof and at night the people above us liked to move about furniture. We could hear a lot of chairs scraping on tiled floors and walking about with heels. But it was minor. Also found it hard to relax in pools with so many kids. With 3 pool facilities available it would be nice to have the indoor one kept for adults only during certain hours.

The facilities were excellent. Having three pools and spa which were always very clean and not overly crowded was a huge bonus of this property. The gardens and beach views were also beautiful. The location was exceptional. Close to the beach as well as great restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly also. The apartment was also very clean and had comfortable beds. We enjoyed the lovely balcony with ocean views.

The kitchen could have been better equipped overall but it is a small negative in an overall fabulous stay.

Great facilities with 3 pools ( 2 outdoor and 1 indoor) sauna, steam room and gym. Pacific Fair mall a 15 min walk away. Another smaller mall with Woolworths just around the corner and watching sunrise and sunset off the balcony was fantastic 😍lovely walks along the beach or the esplanade to Surfers and all the theme parks and wild sanctuaries within an hour or less drive away. Would recommend hiring a car right from the day of arrival if you are thinking of doing all activities as Uber adds up and you may end up waiting for a ride and overpay.. Sports bar and a surf club across the road with a park and playground for small kids .. location was great for families regardless of kids age.
