It was HUGE! The living area alone is bigger than my house. The bedrrom were well spaced and the two bathrooms were so handy with 2 kids & 3 adults.

Shampoo, no conditioner? Lack of useful power points, especially in the kitchen. The only power point in in a tiny space next to the sink. The place needs a LOT of maintenance. The light fitting are all hanging by one or two bolts, the bedroom door handle is about to fall off. The sofas, while comfortable, have worn right through in places. The clock on the wall doesn't go. The vacuum in the bedroom is broken. The air-con unit looks to be in an 'active' position but I couldn't detect is it was actually going. It looked older than my car. And my car is a 1999 model... But, this is nit-picking.

We loved the views and the location. It was perfect for our needs. The restaurants were close by and there was a variety of differing cuisines to choose from.

There were some building works happening close to the apartments which were noisy at times and started early in the morning. There are no pool facilities currently available (I don't believe this was on their website when we booked), however none of these would be deal breakers for us and we would rebook again.

Excellent location, right in the center of Broadbeach. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, very close to the tram stop, very cheap public transport. Can highly recommend it. The staff were fantastic, especially Lyn. We got caught up in the cyclone and our flights were cancelled so we had to extend our stay which the staff were very helpful with organising.

Very good location and big size apartments.. walkable to beach . Building is in main mall ,so you have everything at doorstep .Safe place

1. No play area or Pool. They are under-construction 2. Instructions to reach reception desk can be better 3. There is construction behind the building, if you are in construction side, it may be very noisy. 4. Some minor issues with Kitchen lights

Close to everything. In the middle of Broadbeach. Great price for what it's worth. Great location.

Stall had a missing screw and by the end of the stay. Leg had broken off. Very dusty so we ended up giving it abit of a clean. Vacuum didn't work at all. Pool and gym not operating. Still enjoyed the stayed, regardless.

Great easy location, so handy to shops and beach and a supermarket right across the street. Thanks for the stay.

It's is a shame the pool isn't up and running. We were aware of this I just hope that it is getting fixed. On a house keeping note so you can keep the house tidy, more rubbish bags (and toilet paper) would have been handy. We were staying for 8 nights and really needed more provided.

The location is superb. This was the second time we have been to this location. Unfortunately the pool and exercise area was under repair and not available. However that didn't bother us. Overall we were very happy with the accommodation and will go there again in the future.

Would have been better if the pool and exercise area was available.

Love the location, so convenient to get everywhere. Right in the middle of the Broadbeach precinct, Woolies directly opposite. Wasn't a fan of on of the bedroom windows not closing properly, no matter how many times I tried to shut it. Also, we weren't able to get free to air channels on our TV

Have stayed here a few times and have loved our apartments each time. Very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is supplied. The location is perfect. And the couple who manage Victoria Square are lovely to deal with.

Unfortunately the whole outdoor deck was closed due to a leak in the pool. Whilst we realised this couldn’t be helped, we were a little disappointed. But, this hasn’t stopped us from re booking again.
