Lovely apartment, very clean & comfortable. great location, directly across the road from center of broadbeach restaurants, cafes & beach

Kitchen was very sparse on utensils, no vegetable peeler, a few more little tupperware containers & a platter or wooden boards & small dishes for charcuterie/afternoon cheese & biccies for happy hour. We ate out every meal, but when you’re on holidays it’s nice to have happy hour snacks & would be good to have something to serve them on. Luckily Woolworths was across the road so I bought some serving platters & small dishes from them.

The location and free parking are great selling points for the property. The apartment was very spacious, light filled, clean and modern.

Some small things we noticed (not deal breakers): - Not serviced and you are expected to take the rubbish out etc. at the end of your booking (we weren’t aware at the time of booking, plus a $100 charge if you don’t comply) - Blinds don’t stop light from coming through in the morning - No tissue box (lol) - Parking could be tight for cars larger than a hatchback - Pool was quite small in comparison to the other pools at different accomodations and was always busy (we didn’t use it for this reason during our stay)

Amazing location right across from the beach, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Parking was free, although we didn't need to use the car as everything was so accessible. The apartment had a lovely view of the beach, it was spacious and clean, it had great facilities including a washing machine dryer, pool, gym and recreation area. We booked a few weeks earlier and got a great price too. Can't really ask for more to be honest.

The bed was very soft and bouncy which created some partner disturbance, but we could overlook this as we have definitely slept on worse beds in other hotels. It was hard to find something to complain about.

Pool, location, apartment setup

Didn't get separate beds for two kids, blinds didn’t block out the early sun rises at 5.30am would have preferred and did ask for curtains. Also there was alot of outside noise that was VERY LOUD at early hours of the morning - single pane glass. Also requested blankets not quilts but later received them.

I liked the size of the unit & how new it looked. The location was great too.

The pool steps were not even & the last one has a big drop to the bottom of the pool. Someone could really injure themselves or badly hurt their back as it's very unexpected the height drop. Also on the edge of the steps under the water the tiles have chipped & it's very very sharp. It could really cause a very bad cut or open up someone's skin very deeply. The pool in the morning one morning hadn't been cleaned & it had a big pile of hair in the corner & a band-aid as well. Wasn't a good feeling seeing that, I didn't want to put my head under as I was worried I might get sick with a water born virus. It just didn't look nice & clean unfortunately.

New clean rooms. Maybe a little too we’ll lit with the led lights. Wonderful, fast elevators

DO NOT bring a big car. By chance we bought out smallest and even it struggled to access the car parking area. Reception hours are quite limited for a property charging these prices.

Broad Beach is a magical place. Restaurants and cafes are easy to access, by walking. Amazing shopping, Culture is layed back, to dress up and go out, people are so welcoming love a story, all staff at Ko Ko just so welcoming and helpful. Beautiful people from house cleaning to staff at front desk, nothing was too hard. Countryside around Gold Coast is to die for too the beaches, to movie world, living my dream i paid to drift and drag with the pro's stunt guys and meet the team, awesome experience from coming and been brought up on the family farm to marrying love of my love to marriage failed 23 yrs. ago .. separated for 13 yrs., my trip was about finding myself again. I had so much fun, STAR magical place, shopping pacific fair, OMG how lucky to have Pacific fair right on your doorstep, I did not want to leave, Bryon Bay loved the culture and people. 10/10, having the police next door makes you feel safe, i had a laugh watching the guys park their car, was funny how no straight parking in between the two lines, go to work still tired understanding when you put the force uniform on trying to work out the public adult brains, not an easy task or job, do have to take your hat all to the women and men, why, no running to work, thinking what will today bring today. Parking tickets greedy Council, Council should help the homeless in need, spend their time giving back to the community, instead off ripping the public and holiday makers off. I gave to homeless as well, we are all human., everyone has a name, cost nothing to help its free and receive a smile and a thankyou is priceless.

Brand new apartment, good location near the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

The reception was supposed to be open until 5PM but when we arrived at 4:35 there was just nobody. As foreign tourists without phone it has been very difficult to get our key and reach the apartment.

Excellent location for a young family - couldn’t have asked for better. Quick walk to the beach (lifeguard patrolled) and a large fenced children’s playground. Across the road from the apartment is a large strip of modern restaurants down a small boulevard. 1 min walk on the boulevard and you come across Oasis Shopping Centre itself with restaurants but a large Woolworths supermarket. So we didn’t need to drive anywhere for the beach or food - fantastic for a family. Nice covered heated small pool and gym facilities. Koko is also a residential apartment and the locals we came across in the lifts were all so lovely saying hello. Highchair available for $5/day. Furniture in our apartment was toddler friendly - no sharp corners, stable.

Bit tight to walk around the bedrooms with the large bed taking up most of the room, difficult to put suitcase on the floor, with a portacot set up even more difficult. Slightly moist smell in the bathrooms due to a drain in the middle of the floor. Underground parking was a bit daunting with our large hire car as parking spots were tight and some tight corners to enter/exit the parking lot - however throughout our stay we built up confidence to maneuver these more easily.

I like the spacious layout of the apartment. Had a great lounge area, kitchen, dining table and beautiful view of the ocean! Love the way the apartment was styled and that it was in an awesome location.

The blinds were not blackout and the sun comes beaming in as soon as it rises. Also, the reception closes early which impacts ease with check in if we were to come in after a certain time. We booked the one bedroom apartment and they closed off the ensuite and other bedroom which is fine but I feel that it would have been better to lock the second bathroom and allow us to use the ensuite connected to the main bedroom as the one left open was small.
