The location was great, walking distance to Pacific Fair and the beach. The apartment block was an older building but was extremely clean and tidy and very spacious with everything we required. Rex, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He went beyond with borrowing us a walker for my 99 year old mother and ensuring the apartment was set up for us.

The oven wasn't working probably and burnt our dinner. The manager was going to get an electrician to fix it immediately he was told.

The location is fabulous! Walking distance to Pacific Fair and light rail station across the street. Secure undercover car park. Short walk to Board beach and Mermaid Beach. The room is comfortable and cozy with AC in the living room and fans in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. TV was great with Disney plus and Netflix options. WiFi was great. Pool and spa were lovely. Checking was easy with really clear instructions. The onsite manager was super helpful and resolved minor issues quickly. We were impressed.

A second set of keys will be helpful. The AC unit wasn’t able to change temperature or easy to switch on and off.

The location. The kitchenette. The living area was nice and comfortable I liked the security of the apartment. Felt really safe there as a solo traveler. Would definitely recommend the place 😊

There were very slight issues with the apartment. Some of the door handles were a little bit loose and in need of repairs. The parking area was a little bit tight but manageable

Great location. Great value. Great caretakers. The apartment I had was spacious with a balcony. Full kitchen facilities and even a clothes washing machine. A huge and very comfortable sofa (I fell asleep on this quite often). Wall mounted TV screen, but not all channels were streaming so well (i don't know if this is a normal as I don't have my own tv). Large separate king bedroom and spacious floor tiled bathroom/shower. The room has its own separate HW cylinder. The building itself is positioned well for privacy and provides a peaceful space without much street noise. Would definitely consider this place again.

Everything was as expected for the money I paid. The location was walking distance to all the things I wanted to enjoy and even better for the things I was keen to visit by Uber/taxi. The room was massive for a single guy as was the rest of the apartment. The bed was fine and if it wasn't I had the option to use one of the other three beds in the place.

I knew things wouldn't be perfect but the price certainly reflected this. There was building going on over the road but nothing anyone could do about this and it wouldn't have mattered where I stayed in the region. The couch was below average and there wasn't many options about TV watching experiences but I wasn't visiting to watch TV or sit on the couch so all was good.

- The suburb is Broadbeach, QLD. - the hotel is located: just opposite ‘The Star Casino’; 10min walk to gorgeous ‘Pacific Fair Shopping Centre’; 10min walk to Convention and Exhibition Centre’; 5min walk to ‘the Oasis shopping centre’; 10 min walk to beach. - the local Police station is just 3min walk away. - Secured locked parking for the residents.

- No swimming pool or tennis court to my knowledge.

What a fantastic location! Stroll to the beach, 5min walk to Pacific Fair for shopping, the bars & restaurants were all in walking distance, We only used our car for sightseeing. Management are super friendly and helpful. Everything in the apartment was comfortable and as we were expecting for the price which was great value.

The location is excellent. 5 minute walk to beach, Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Good, secure, free parking. Very secure complex. The lady at reception was so lovely. Very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was confortable and had everything required for a holiday. It was within walking distance from beach and broadbeach shops, we hardly drove anywhere as all amenities were close to apartment.

The property may need some upgrading however it doesn’t mean that it was uncomfortable

The location was amazing it’s close to everything, pool was good. Room was a good size for my partner and I. it was comfortable. Very good price for what you get, definitely would stay again.

Needs more cleaning products. I stayed for 11 nights and there was no cleaning service even though it says there will be after 7 days, so had the same bedding and towels. The reception area wasn’t open even during opening time so had to wait 20 minutes outside before we could check in.
