No air conditioning in bed room. Also no bar/cafe at pool

Location was excellent with great views from our Ocean View apartment. Our Apartment had pretty much everything we needed and the pool and spa were great even in the rain. Super close to Pacific Fair and supermarket/cafes. We were really happy with our choice!

A couple of little things - no salt and pepper shakers, needed more dishwashing liquid, dishwasher and laundry powder for longer stays but definitely not show stoppers!

Room was excellent, spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and location was stunning. Staff were always friendly and kind, smiled at us. Pool was lovely as was the sauna. Gym looked great. We will be back!

The bathroom fan could have been a bit better, but we found that with the doors open to the balcony, it ventilated well enough. Residents who live in this building advised us that some people park deliberately in the few parks available for short stays. We managed to find a park each time but it did seem like a quiet weekend, during school holidays etc it may be more difficult.

The location was fantastic, a few blocks from the beach, close to light rail, Broadbeach shops and Pac Fair, reception was super friendly

The sunlight in the morning. Our child was in the living room and the blinds were totally inadequate letting full sunlight in at 4:30 am, whereas the bedroom had dark curtains. Also the apartment was clean enough but it could have been cleaned much better. There were dirty tissues and someone else’s medicine under the bed, only two rubbish bags provided for the week and not enough towels for the week, only one hand towel and wash cloth for 3 people. Assuming though we could have asked the front desk for more of these things so it wasn’t a big deal. And with that said, we’d still stay here again, lovely place.

This is my third stay with Ocean Pacific and it never fails to disappoint. The staff are incredibly lovely, the beach views are incredible (could see whales from the balcony!!) and the apartment space is perfect and affordable. I’ve stayed in these apartments with family, solo and with my partner and each time, it has this cosy home feel to it (a home away from home!) Genuinely perfect location to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the beach!

Nothing about the apartment complex or staff - just wished we could stay longer!

Great location. Loved having a balcony with both a table chairs and couch on it. Appreciated having a kitchen and felt fresh in its decor. Always was quiet. Loved the pool

The bathroom fan didn’t work and water leaked around the glass door wetting the bathroom floor. Could there be one of those shower scrapper things otherwise it will get more mouldy. Could the pool open at 6.30am? The nylon undercover in the bed made it quite sweaty.

We had a lovely modern apartment with a sea view - sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, nice large comfortable bed, FOXTEL for a rainy day, easy check in process, nice clean main areas including pool and spa, a short walk to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach shops, a playground and the beach. Really liked the location as it was quiet at night and felt relaxed, not hectic. Would book again.

Loved everything but 2 small points that would make this property 10/10 - Lovely pools but the kids pool was freezing, we called it the cold plunge! Would be lovely if warmer water could run through the fountain to keep it warmer as it was perfect for our little ones. Instead, they used the main pool and spa with us. - We had to be really careful in our bathroom as with hardly any lip on the shower, the water easily wet the floor and was a bit of a slip hazard.

Clean, well-sized apartments, great views even from the 5th floor, the spa and pool were a hit with our kids, and it's close to everything (10 min walk max into Broadbeach central). Reception was friendly. WiFi was good and having Foxtel was a bonus too! They gave us a free cot too and were very responsive on messaging.

A minor point, but we stayed for 7 days but we only got toilet paper and towels for about 3 days. Then our room got cleaned on the last night we were there, which kind of didn't make sense. Not complaining, more a bit of operational feedback that it didn't seem like these things matched our length of stay.

Always preferred Broadbeach over Surfers Paradise as it's a little less busy, but finding good accommodation there can sometime be tricky (I'm not fan of a lot of the hotels there), but this place was a gem. It's an older building, but it's well looked after and well furnished with a comfy bed, decent TV, and is fully self contained with kitchen, fridge, etc. Was worried about the noise as you can hear the pipes in the bathroom, but in the living room and bedroom, didn't hear a thing which is important. Wanted to also call out the outdoor area which had a pool, spa, and BBQ which were a nice touch. While not the fanciest place I've ever stayed, was definitely good value for money, and am keen to stay here again

As mentioned, it is an older building so it might be a bit dated, and you won't get 24X7 reception or other fancy services like you do at hotels, but It's excellent value for money. I'd pick this over the hotels on board beach any day

We have stayed here before and just love the facilities, location, views and layout of the apartments. We had 4 nights this time and next time will definitely get a 2 bathroom place as 1 is not really sufficient for 4 people. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked with appliances and all we needed. The oven was quite dirty though.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. Being relatively new it has followed the trend of open glass screen which just means that water goes all over the floor, which is right next to the toilet so the bathmat is forever soaking wet and you have to mop after every shower.
