It was a really big 2 br 2 bath unit on a lower floor. Myself and a buddy were staying there, so didn't need romantic views. Although we were overlooking the park back from the beach so it was still a pleasant outlook. Location is great, maybe 300m to Oasis shopping centre and lots of eateries and Kurrawa Surf club right over the road. Casino is maybe 10-15 minute walk. Quiet area. Debbie on the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The kitchen cabinetry and appliances are probably due for an upgrade. (Unit 4, Level 2) Benches look to have been replaced recently and are fine. Just cupboards etc. Oven and fridge are dated

Staff are polite. The apartment was clean. We shower twice a day in Gold Coast. So it’s a bonus to have washing machine. It has indoor, outdoor pool, sauna and spa. The children love it even it’s a raining day. Walking distance to 6-8min to Oasis Shopping Centre - cafe, restaurant and woolies, very convenient.

Dish Washing machine- can never clean the dishes properly. We end up cleaning the dish with old fashion way. Perhaps invest a good dishwashing machine is more eco friendly. Aircon- we have aircon in living area and master bedroom. However no aircon in 2nd bedrooms. With just ceiling fan, the 2nd bedroom still hot and uncomfortable.

Best location on the Gold Coast. Close to the ocean, park, Broadbeach shops & dining, Pacific Fair shopping centre & the light rail tram. The reception staff were friendly, professional and accommodating with our requests. Very good communication about the bookings and after hours check in process. We loved the recently updated facilities. Complimentary car parking. Fantastic views of the ocean and surroundings. Very comfortable with quality furnishings. We had enough lounge and dining chairs for all six guests. The apartment & complex were exceptionally clean. It was a very quiet apartment & building. Quality manchester - we loved the fluffy towels. Plenty of matching glasses of various types. Many platters & salad bowls..

We expected a few luxury touches for the luxury superior suite. We were surprised by these: No pod machine. No salt, pepper or oil in the kitchen. Only a couple of sachets of dish washing, dishwasher & laundry detergent, a cheap tea towel. Basic tea, coffee & sugar sachets provided but not enough as the suite is for six & booked for four nights. Maintenance of Light bulbs. Several needed replacing in the stove top, master ensuite & in the only lamp in the lounge room. The toilet paper was average but okay because six rolls were provided. The orientation of the master bedroom bed was looking sideways to the ocean view. No tongs or salad servers.

Location, views, facilities. We have stayed here a few times now and it’s always fantastic, no need to use the car. The renovation of the general areas is gorgeous.

On arrival I had to vacuum the couch as the previous people had left popcorn all through the chairs, so that was a bit annoying considering what we paid to stay there. The windows were extremely dirty but I did notice that the cleaning was scheduled for the following week. We found a lot of rubbish under the beds. Considering we booked 12 months in advance we were hoping to get a higher floor but were on the lowest for ‘ocean view’ which was more of a park view - it’s always nice to be higher as the traffic noise is a lot less as well. There was only 1 knife available which wasn’t very sharp, made cooking difficult.

Great location, lovely apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, perfect for families with children. We would book again.

We booked a high floor with ocean view but our apartment wasn’t even halfway up the building, we were quite low on floor 9. Was still a great view, but could only see water and the park from our balcony and no sand on the beach, booking a high floor you’d think it would be slightly higher than halfway up so you get a better view of the beach and ocean. But that’s just being picky, the rest was great.

Fantastic location with a great view of the sea, plus walking distance to amenities and the beach. Apartment itself was beautiful, well-furnished and well-equipped (i.e. lots of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls etc) for a couple of weeks' stay in Gold Coast. It also comes with a couple of sachets of dishwashing detergent, a couple of sachets of laundry detergent and a couple for the dishwasher.

I have to concur with the other reviews that the wifi experience in the apartment is not the best. Basically, we were fine in the living room but it is really spotty in the bedrooms. It was bad enough that I had to download a movie on Netflix in the living room so that I can watch it without issues in the bedroom. It was annoying but our overall experience was still great.

Location, location, location! Plus great facilities like both indoor and outdoor pools which was great when the weather turned to rain, plus steam room and sauna, and very tidy pool block amenities.

The TV in our room was a joke. Why have a crap TV in a Luxe resort it makes no sense. Room 83 I'm looking at you and your Soniq TV....seriously? Everything else in the room was top notch, the King Size Bed was so comfortable, Spa tub with views of the ocean, but all let down by a low rent television.

Love the view and the size of the unit. No. 78 is not too high and not too low to get a good view but not too high that everything seems far away. It’s such a big 2bedder compared to the newer units

The kitchen could be better equipped. Not enough baking trays for the oven and generally a bit short in the kitchen. The second bedroom will be very hot in summer as noted in the guest book

Location, views, facilities, staff - great. Have stayed here before (different apartments) and will definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, the bbq area needed maintenance - we only got to use this area once. It's a fantastic area and we were disappointed that we couldn't use it again. Mattress topper on bed wasn't fitted properly and had to be adjusted - through the night. Small things - it really is a great place to stay

Beautiful location, close by to transport, shopping café’s & restaurants also all within walking distance. Staff were super accommodating when we arrived early and held our bags for us until check in. Plenty of room and facilities were great. A longer stay is definitely on the to do list.

The shower door didn’t have the plastic water catcher on the bottom of the door so water ran straight onto to floor where you stepped out. We also found a bandaid in the bed 🥴. Also a few stray hairs in the carpet - shag style. All in all small things that are easily amended.
