Location is of course great for the tram and pacific fair.

The intense perfume in the common areas was too strong as well as in the apartment itself. There was a fragrance plugged into the wall and fragrance reeds that had to be out outside as it was too strong, but the smell lingered in all of the furniture and carpet. I am very sensitive to smells and suffer from a mast cell condition and it made my trip very difficult as it triggered a flare of my condition. Road works outside also made it hard to rest during he night, I was unaware of the roadworks when I made the booking. It would have been good to be notified and perhaps even given the option of changing to a different style of room to minimise the noise.

Ideal location everything in walking distance of need to be places when visiting for a short stay when in Broadbeach. Check in was a breeze at reception, The receptionist was wonderful . My room was pleasant and I loved the idea of a self contained kitchen with plenty of room with a view. i enjoyed my morning coffee with a nice outlook towards the ocean. With private entry to your room and use of the indoor pool.and other amenities for your stay to enjoy either by yourself or with friends.

Great location within walking distance to good restaurants, beach, Pacific Fair, Draculas and light rail. Lovely sea views from ocean facing rooms. Good pool and spa area. Room layouts are excellent for families with a separate wing for parents.

Our apartment needed a decor update. There was mould on the curtains in the bedroom. I have stayed in other apartments in this hotel that had been recently renovated and were stunning. This time we got the old daggy room, however it still had a homely feel. Shower pressure non-existent. Like showering in a light mist. No good for washing long hair.

I liked the location, as I prefer to be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to everything. I liked being half way between Broadbeach and Mermaid Beach. Room was great! So great having laundry facilities. Loved my balcony and the view. Bed was fine! A little harder than I have at home but it was fine. The pool was amazing! I booked for the pool and we loved it. The gardens were so well tended. Everything was lovely.

A couple of things didn't work - fan overhead in room but we used the split system so it was okay. Dryer needed something wedged under the door to work. I reported both things when we left, nothing was major, didn't affect our stay. My ocean view was partially blocked by a palm tree! One floor higher would have been ideal. I think the doors need fly screens too. The lady who checked us out was lovely and by far the most friendly.

We loved our time at Bel Air and did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived we felt like we had entered paradise. The view as soon as we opened our door was amazing. We were lucky enough to see humpback wails from our room dying our stay. The rooms for a family of 4 are huge. With the shopping centre directly across the road and only 5min walk to Broadbeach, there is a park for the kids to play in. Although it’s winter we couldn’t get the kids out of the pool. I loved that it was accessible until 9pm giving the kids something to do before bed

Property is in an excellent location close to the main strip, opposite the shopping centre and casino. It is typical for the era it was built in with a large family friendly pool and small gym. Property is shared with permanent residents who are very friendly. Property is constantly being cleaned and maintained by staff. Rooms are large and well appointed. Lifts are quick and access is easy via the carpark or many doors.. Aircon is very good!! There is a cafe on site which is run by private operators and is very good quality.

We didn’t use the cafe as it was nearing Christmas and they closed from 19th December. We had two bed apartment and had great air conditioning in each bedroom and the lounge for which I was very grateful. Also in one bedroom there was a ceiling fan. Tv in both bedrooms and in lounge. Good sized fridge/freezer so I could get my ice as I like very cold drinks. Good supply of coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, hobs. Pool area was great with kiddy pool and indoor and outdoor pools and also has small gym. Good selection of books to swap if you want to read.

More dishwashing packets and dishwashing liquid and washing powder needed. Need one for each day of stay.

Great location, close to everything. Great facilities, several pools, an amazing jacuzzi and a sauna. Great complex, well maintained, lots of parking, lovely staff and lots of them.

They overlooked supplying some minor items. For example, they didn’t have any ice cube trays? They only had one type of pillow for the 6 in each bedroom and it was quite high (I ended up using a cushion). Four light globes from 5 lamps didn’t work. We had no dish washing detergent. The TV didn’t work either, luckily we didn’t notice until our last day. The impression is they focus on the complex being perfect but hadn’t bothered to check the suite itself?

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment. Good space. Clean and modern. View no good because of Council roadworks and a little noisy, but that can't be helped. Friendly staff, great shower/bathroom. Good kitchen/lounge. Excellent location to shopping, beach, Casino 👍 comfortable king sized bed. Smart Tv in lounge and bedroom. 👍 electronic key cards for safety lifts from basement to apartment. Cafe on site. Great sensor light on bathroom mirror for night time visits 👍

More hooks for towels and maybe a soap dish.

Property is in an excellent location. Public transport and Pacific Fair directly opposite. Short walk to the Broadbeach restaurants and the Oasis shopping precinct. Ensuite was in great need of updating. Shower screen broken, bath tub well used, vanity taps need replacing. No exhaust fan in bathroom. All in all a pretty uncomfortable room. I would suggest that a small bottle of jiff or something be supplied. It would be nice to be able to clean the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bath tub during the 6 night stay.
