I liked the location, as I prefer to be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to everything. I liked being half way between Broadbeach and Mermaid Beach. Room was great! So great having laundry facilities. Loved my balcony and the view. Bed was fine! A little harder than I have at home but it was fine. The pool was amazing! I booked for the pool and we loved it. The gardens were so well tended. Everything was lovely.

A couple of things didn't work - fan overhead in room but we used the split system so it was okay. Dryer needed something wedged under the door to work. I reported both things when we left, nothing was major, didn't affect our stay. My ocean view was partially blocked by a palm tree! One floor higher would have been ideal. I think the doors need fly screens too. The lady who checked us out was lovely and by far the most friendly.

We didn’t use the cafe as it was nearing Christmas and they closed from 19th December. We had two bed apartment and had great air conditioning in each bedroom and the lounge for which I was very grateful. Also in one bedroom there was a ceiling fan. Tv in both bedrooms and in lounge. Good sized fridge/freezer so I could get my ice as I like very cold drinks. Good supply of coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, hobs. Pool area was great with kiddy pool and indoor and outdoor pools and also has small gym. Good selection of books to swap if you want to read.

More dishwashing packets and dishwashing liquid and washing powder needed. Need one for each day of stay.

Property is in an excellent location close to the main strip, opposite the shopping centre and casino. It is typical for the era it was built in with a large family friendly pool and small gym. Property is shared with permanent residents who are very friendly. Property is constantly being cleaned and maintained by staff. Rooms are large and well appointed. Lifts are quick and access is easy via the carpark or many doors.. Aircon is very good!! There is a cafe on site which is run by private operators and is very good quality.

Great location, close to everything. Great facilities, several pools, an amazing jacuzzi and a sauna. Great complex, well maintained, lots of parking, lovely staff and lots of them.

They overlooked supplying some minor items. For example, they didn’t have any ice cube trays? They only had one type of pillow for the 6 in each bedroom and it was quite high (I ended up using a cushion). Four light globes from 5 lamps didn’t work. We had no dish washing detergent. The TV didn’t work either, luckily we didn’t notice until our last day. The impression is they focus on the complex being perfect but hadn’t bothered to check the suite itself?

Property is in an excellent location. Public transport and Pacific Fair directly opposite. Short walk to the Broadbeach restaurants and the Oasis shopping precinct. Ensuite was in great need of updating. Shower screen broken, bath tub well used, vanity taps need replacing. No exhaust fan in bathroom. All in all a pretty uncomfortable room. I would suggest that a small bottle of jiff or something be supplied. It would be nice to be able to clean the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bath tub during the 6 night stay.

Clean, comfortable, close to the Pacific Fair shopping centre and tram station so for 0.50c you can go to any destination needed. The pool was large and lovely temperature and the cafe at the hotel was great for a coffee and breakfast, very friendly and delicious food.

The styling was older Would’ve been nice to have a choice of food/drinks near the pool, spending the day by the pool was made a little harder needing to go back to the room for drinks and lunch, and a cocktail by the pool while on holiday wasn’t an option. Some light quiet music playing by the pool as a suggestion would also bring a bit of atmosphere.

Awesome place to stay. It was just myself, and my three children 15, 14 and 6 staying in the sub pent unit. We also had friends staying at the same hotel who had stayed there many of times. They were the ones who recommended to stay there. Our room became available early so after a super early flight, that morning and us all being tired, it was so good to be able to settle in the room early. View was incredible. We have booked again over New Years Eve. We cant wait. Thank you ❤️

The location of the hotel is excellent, just across the road from South Broadbeach Tram and Bus Station as well as Pacific Fair shopping center, it's convenient for anybody who wants to easily get around the Gold Coast as well as do some retail therapy.

There is currently large construction and road works happing outside the complex, and due to the site being a major Gold Coast road most of the work is done between 10pm-5am to avoid excessive traffic delays. It didn't manage to get a uninterrupted nights sleep due to my room being on the second level.

Location was exceptional. Right across from Pacific Fair and Casino. Small supermarket and pizza shop Right next door.

I would have liked 2 extra towels and a pair of sheets in the room. We had a washing machine and dryer, but we were also out and about everyday. You could hire them from reception, but staying a week I would have thought there would be ample in the room. Just an opinion. Walking distance to restaurants, the Loose Moose was a great place. Walking distance to the beach.

It was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The close proximity to pacific fair and the tram was also a big positive for us. The apartment was dated but everything was functional and met our needs. The pools both indoor and outdoor looked lovely, unfortunately we didn’t get to use them during our stay. The water pressure in the showers was good. The free wifi was really good, we were able to cast netflix to the tv. Really handy to have when there was nothing to watch on free to air.

The road noise at night made it difficult to get a restful sleep. I would definitely request a quieter room next time. The gym is a little outdated, could do with a refresh. We found the apartment got quite warm and we needed to use the a/c more than expected, especially in the evening and early morning.
