Staff were pleasant and helpful to deal with, communication prior and during our stay was prompt and our requests were easily managed. Location is fantastic with stunning views and easy access to all that surfers paradise/gold coast has to offer. Kids loved having the 2 pools onsite and we were very thankful that there's great coffee nearby. Would definitely recommend Broadwater Shores Waterfront apartments.

The ceiling fans being out of action in 2 of the bedrooms was an inconvenience, but this was offset somewhat by the replacement pedestal fans. Facilities were a little dated, but still functional to our needs.

We stayed here for the first time for 12 days over the Christmas period. It honestly exceeded our expectations. the apartment was spacious and very well appointed. the view was spectacular, and the pools were amazing, one warmer than the other. Bring your family it is definitely family friendly and nice and peaceful. We will be back.

We got our mid stay service 3 days in for 12 days so maybe at 6 nights in would have been better. Otherwise we could not fault it, maybe bring a fan for the second bedroom in the deluxe apartment as no air con in that room.

The apartment is huuuuge!!! The view is fantastic from this place. They have a BBQ as well. The location is very convenient if you're planning to visit the Movie World parks, it's just 15 ~ 20 minutes by car. There are some cafes, a petrol station and a 7Eleven very very close. The staff was very kind and the apartment in general was very clean.

Considering we were a group of six people, there should be more towels, soap / body wash and bin liners (there was only one). Everything else was perfect.

Great communication from reception. Everything was accessible, good location, beds were so comfortable, very quiet place, facilities, tennis courts, great steak house across the road, 7 eleven was a short walk across the road, showers and bath were good and hot, view was amazing and a short walk to Broadwater, undercover lockup parking. Will be booking to go back in the future.

The reason why I didn’t give top marks for cleanliness is because these are self contained apartments that are serviced. You clean your own dishes after use and the people that stayed before us didn’t clean their plates properly, we had to pre clean plates and bowls before we used them.

The views were spectacular. The location was perfect for every thing we wanted. The check in process was smooth and instructions were clear.

The bathrooms didn't have exhaust so got very steamy quickly and with only one air conditioner in the whole apartment the bathrooms and bedrooms were very humid and hot. The place was lovely and clean except the windows could have been cleaned, the ocean facing ones were extremely dirty on the outside but inside was greasy and could see face marks from previous guests.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The check-in process was quick and smooth, staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious and incredibly clean, with modern amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped - and clean. The beds were super comfortable. We particularly loved the balcony, and the waterfront location provided beautiful views of the waterways and watercraft activities.

Limited cafes and bars within walking distance, but quite a few options only a short drive away.

Great location close to shops cafes beach etc ,nice size apartment for 4 of us , the views are amazing 🤩 The staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful even in the cyclone

I felt it needed to be cleaned better Kitchen cupboards dirty the bedroom dusty and carpets and bathroom didn’t feel clean dust and hair The vacuum wasn’t good enough to clean as I tried

We loved our stay at Broadwater Shores, everything was exceptional specially the owners . They are pretty much a phone call or a message away. We stayed there for almost 10 days and felt like our own home , my kids were very comfortable at the apartment and they enjoyed every bit of our stay. Specially the location and view all day around . Thanks heaps To Joanne and Tony , looking forward for our next stay soon!!

The views from the apartment were beautiful. My review is a little mixed. We were initially in a three bedroom apartment but it had not been properly maintained by the owner and there were a number of things that did not meet our expectations. On the upside when I approached management Joanne at reception was incredibly helpful and we were upgraded to a beautiful suite and this really made our holiday a good one.

The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the Gold Coast.

Penthouse was phenomenal! The room photos don't do it justice. Perfect views, lots of space, simple amenities, and the location is quiet but close enough for a drive into surfers. Joanne was amazing to work with from organising early check in, to answering my pre stay questions and assisting me to locate the wifi password in the room. This is a great place for a family reunion with a homely feeling!
