Good location, comfortable bed. Nice outdoor area. Kitchen well stocked.

TV reception was almost non existent (due to aerial). No lounge only an extra bed which you had to sit on to see the tv. Tile floor meant the bed rolled across the room every time you sat down or got up. Room very dated with a lot of work needed to warrant the cost being charged. The bathroom door had a hole in it & it didn’t hang straight. I realise the property was damaged in the cyclone but the price was too high.

very comfortable, affordable, spacious. I appreciated that the room was made available to me so that I could arrive and setup in my room before attending an afternoon festival. I thought it was very efficient and helpful of them to accomodate me.

It was hard to find where reception was, needed more signage or a greater explanation provided in check in notes (although it is possible that it might be in those notes and I did not read them properly). Outdated decor but that is not a bother for me just wanted to make that comment in case that is helpful - modernising would likely mean a rate increase so it might be that remaining as is is good enough so that it remains an affordable rate.

Easy to find, Comfortable, lots of under cover parking at the back of the motel.

The rubbish bins were not emptied from the last occupants, there were also opened soap packets in the shower

The room was excellent Clean and tidy desk to do work at Microwave oven and fridge if required .Swimming pool was tidy and clean bed was comfortable - airconditioning work well also a fan if required . Quiet at night could not hear traffic - stay was very good

Al was good no issues -all wentb well for the 3 day stay .Restaurants were with in a couple of Blocks and Hotel handy --

The apartment was easy to find and a great central location for our visit . The room although older was clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, I was charged twice for the room but was contacted about this and the overcharge was repaid. We even stayed an extra day and the staff member who helped with this on a Sunday was great and made it easy.

I found everything fine nothing to complain about.

Its very noisy on the side we stayed at - double glazed glass would really help. Ear plugs were provided but I am unable to use them as I need to listen out for an alarm in the night (son with medical condition).

The beds were soft and clean. Kitchenette was well stocked and had everything expected to make a few meals away from home. A bonus in the room we had was a courtyard and laundrette. The staff were friendly and provided everything we needed.

The property is aging and has a few cracks or issues, however that is expected for the age and price point.

I had a ground floor unit with a small courtyard, perfect for morning coffee and the location to the broadwater was only a few feet away. I would definitely stay here again.

The tv remote didn't work properly

it was a great time with the apartment, no issues at all and we have good time with my children. I will still book them for next time. we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. The quality of the sheets and towels was good. Check-in was easy. Excellent value for money for a one night stay.

The property is on a main road so traffic noise is to be expected. Construction noise also can’t be helped.
