apartment was large needs some maintenance work particularly the PowerPoints are needing replacement. The apartment is old but tidy and very clean. spa pool and facilities were excellent.

a couple of things could really improve the experience. Have someone on site so there isn’t a drama finding information or requiring assistance. The power point in the kitchen is falling off please fix before someone gets electrocuted. please have more that one garbage bag for a nine day stay. we asked the cleaners and was told you don’t supply. Changing towels was good but just a few little things like the garbage bags and dish washing detergents would be a good idea.

The property was literally across the road from the beach, what I soo loved was the pelicans coming in daily and doing flybys past my balcony…soo beautiful! They were getting fed everyday at 1.30pm.. The restaurant underneath was fantastic… great lunch and dinners and good prices as well.. The pool was great…the apartment was as the photos indicated..very nice,very comfy beds…

There was quite a lot lacking in the apartment, no instructions on how to use the TV, there were no face cloths in the bathroom..only one dishwasher sachet for 5 days, only 1 laundry sachet for 5 days, admittedly there was only one person using the apartment…there was only 6 tea and coffee sachets for 5 days..there was no information regarding where the next shopping centre was or any shopping centre or bottle shop, or cafes etc..no brochures at all regarding harbor town shopping, or theme park activities etc, no indication of where the bus stops were and even how to access the busses re tap,and go..

Really good location, central to alot and right across the rd from the beach. Welcoming staff, the reception offered support when we needed us and put us on to Julie who hires cars and lives at The Grand too, making this easy and convenient. Apartment had everything we needed as a Family. Gym facilities, sauna and steam room.

Unfortunately, the pool and Spa were under construction. Otherwise, this would have been cool to have at the end of a long day.

The apartment was very handy and spacious. Easy to use the TV and air-conditioning. Terrific pool and spa area too.

The apartment we stayed in this time was noisy and above the smoking area of the hotel below. The shutters would have helped block out the noise and smoke, but they were jammed and we couldn't close them. Next time we'll ask for an apartment at the other end of the complex. We have stayed in one of those apartments before and it was much quieter.

The view was amazing, the size of the balcony was fantastic and the size of the apartment was large. It was really handy having two resturants directly below and great coffee over the road next to the lagoon.

The carpet was a little stained in places. The second bedroom only had a 3/4 height partition between it and the main living space so was noisy when other people were still up.

We were on the 10th floor and had a magnificent view across the water. The apartment was a good size and there was a TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge area however I found the pillows very hard my husband was OK with them

We arrived Saturday afternoon and the office didn't open until Monday there was no info how to use the cooktop I personally have an induction cook top but couldn't work out how to use it ... no instructions and even the handyman on Monday was at a loss how to get it working.The lady on the desk was obviously hasssled as she said she was only an employee and "she had a family"?So didn't want to hear any complaints I was also underwhelmed with the statement on the "welcome" sheet that check out was 10:00am and overstaying is charged at $1.00 a minute

Great location! Nice and quiet at night.

One air conditioner in the lounge to cool entire apartment, meaning bedroom doors had to stay open and with no blinds in the lounge room, it stayed very bright through the night and early morning. Also, it seemed someone had come in to fix something in our apartment (while we were out for the day) but we were not informed that this was going to happen or did happen.

Just quickly, thank you to The Grand Apartments team we really enjoyed our stay. There are no complaints clean tidy and in perfect spot really. There's also a restaurant and bar food was good and priced well... good facilities with the beach across the road Awesome 👍

if anything to be fair to others the second bedroom wasn't big but served its purpose two single beds with space between the two

The location, and room were fantastic. Our only down point was finding a pair of old used socks shoved down behind the furniture that had been there for some time. I did as requested by reception send a photo of them in situ. As a guest who travels internationally often, I think educating the cleaning staff to move furniture to clean around it would be a good way to prevent this occuring again in the future.

Fantastic location, it had everything we needed. Pool was fantastic, restaurant down stairs was amazing.

Room was very dirty. Shower full of mould bathroom had mould on roof and wall not sure exhaust fan worked, bathroom mirror and tiles had toothpaste from people before us, Very dusty on top of power points/ switches, fake plants ect, kitchen was not clean on backsplash cupboard doors on inside cupboard shelves dusty and bread crumbs ect.
