The location was amazing, staff were friendly and the apartments were nice and comfortable.

The only negative was the lack of cleaning. When you pay a large amount of money for a holiday, at the very least you expect the accommodation to be clean. We were unable to use the kitchen and utensils as they were all sticky & oily like. The bath had a build up of grime. The washing machine was unusable because of the dirty grime build up. We found used tissues and old food scraps around the apartment.

We loved how modern the room was, the location on the water, how friendly the front desk staff were.

The only fault with our room was not enough amenities provided, we have a toddler so we stayed in at night as it was very cold. We had a 4 night stay and were provided no hand soap in kitchen or bathroom, 1 dishwashing tablet, 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and no tissues, no laundry detergent, 2 towels for 3 people. I don’t mind packing some stuff for our stay however I would never think to pack hand wash. Other than these small misses, the place was amazing, staff were 10/10, location was also epic. I would recommend to anyone!

Very clean and presentable apartment with all facilities - TV, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, etc. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Balcony overlooking the water. The shower water pressure was particularly good. The swimming pool and surrounds were lovely and very well maintained. Undercover parking was available and easy to access. We arrived late (after 10pm) but the instructions for access were very straightforward and there were no issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good. it is a little outside the main Surfers/Main Beach areas but it is quiet and not too crowded in the surrounding area.

Nothing stands out. The curtains do not very effectively block the light out in the morning.

The room had all we needed. I specifically wanted a room with pool access which we got. Was great having air conditioning, cooking facilities AND clothes washing machine and dryer. The reception staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful. The apartments are located on the water front and close to everything. Free parking was great but it was tight. We had a park next to a resident who had covered the side of their car to prevent damage understandably. We sorted a system of letting passengers off before parking.

The dishwasher had flashing lights so didn’t attempt to use, was only supplied with one dish washer tablet for a week’s stay. We opted to wash and dry our dishes, had to buy dish washing liquid as was only provided with 2 small sachets. Only 1 tea towel too. Also, the extractor fan above oven did not work. We had to manage our own rubbish which was a hassle too, taking rubbish out each day to dispose of. The apartments obviously have residents living there full time who clearly aren’t fans of visitors - they are not friendly or overly happy to see you which makes sharing a lift etc awkward. The kids didn’t use the pool as often because of the side ways glances and disapproving looks they received from residents.

Loved the view, the comfort and location. Maybe the only down side was the lack of supplies - just one towel each, only coffee or tea , no plunger coffee or plunger pot, not much washing up liquid, wash products like soap etc . We did ask reception and they kindly gave us some extras , but I believe because I hadn’t booked to stay an eight night, then room cleaning/ replenishing supplies wasn’t on offer .

As above - i think the lack of amenities for the room but the reception staff kindly gave us more to stock up when we ran out

Best apartment for the price in the area. The pool was huge and well-heated. The outside entertainment area was spotlessly clean. The apartment was bigger than expected. Ducted air-cond

The bath-shower combination has never worked, in my opinion, and this apartment was no exception. The bath buckled underfoot, and the shower was too low for us at 6 feet plus. The rest of the bathroom was fabulous. The bed was not comfortable. Nothing a mattress topper couldn't rectify.

Beautiful apartment with view over the broadwater - spectacular balcony in our condo. Huge lovely pool. Small nice gym. Booked it to be near a sports tournament but location exceeded our expectations - beautiful ocean front walk across the street. Great coffee shop on the beach 10 min walk away. Some decent restaurants options in an upscale more formal version of a food court 20 min or so walk along the water (some closer too). Very friendly helpful staff.

Everything was great.

Location was perfect & waking to the sound of the ocean each morning was bliss. Our two bedroom apartment was clean & had everything we needed to be self contained.

The pool was empty due to an accident that shattered glass into it. Whilst we accept these things happen I feel that we should have been notified of this prior to our stay given we only booked the same week of our stay and we were advised at check in that the accident occurred the week before. This meant that our children could not swim and was one of the deciding factors in our choice of accommodation when booking.

The view over the bay is lovely, and we took advantage of sitting out on the spacious balcony every morning with our coffee to watch people out on their boats and other water activities.

The road noise at the front. Marine Parade is much busier than we imagined, but the road may seem quiet to others. A good coffee machine would have been a nice addition to the apartment.

View was fantastic, apartment was clean. Some of the cooking equipment needs updating, fry pans electric grill pretty worn out with minimal nonstick surface left on them. Otherwise, the unit was fantastic.

leaving. As above, some of the cooking utensils need to be replaced due to being worn out. The car parking spaces were a little tight, so we were concerned with potential damage from other car doors etc. but there were no issues.
