Superb location on waterside with very usable balcony. Stunning views from a delightful apartment. Helpful staff….a few small issues dealt with suitably (insufficient forks for number of guests, no instructions for washing machine in regard to do you turn the taps or not). Easy parking underground and on street. A don’t miss - pelican feeding at the nearby fish market.

Not so suited to young children (<10yrs): Lush cream carpet, cream Leather sofa/chairs…constantly worried about spillages by children. Tables with thick heavy unsecured glass tops…constantly worried about them being tipped / broken with children using them. Large openable windows BUT NOTHING TO STOP A CHILD FROM FALLING OUT

Lovely apartment with a great view and free parking. Excellent selection of cafés and restaurants right next door. Comfortable furnishings in the dining, lounge and TV room. Very good in apartment laundry facilities. Highlight - Shane the manager! Efficient, attentive, friendly and helpful. Property management is a thankless job, but Shane excels.

Limited utensils and consumables i.e. 4 glasses, 4 plates etc, 2 dishwashing tablets for 5 nights, insufficient toilet paper. Essentially scrimping on the basics needed. Bedroom - Bed very low to the floor, limited coat hangers. TV in the bedroom would have been good.

The view from the apartment was fantastic, with a good-sized balcony to enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable mattresses and crisp bedding. The kitchen was well-appointed, with everything you would need to cook meals for your family; however, we ate out.

The window coverings were inadequate—gaps allowed too much light! Unless they change the blinds for blackout drapes, you will need a sleep mask. I also recommend a stainless steel kettle. Cleanliness could be better- I had to pre-wash the cups and cutlery we used.

Great view sunset and sunrise! Pent house #39 have seen better days. Furniture def outdated and you could smell the musty old stench in the carpet. The only renovated parts were the kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The aircons (2 only) were placed only in the living room (didn’t work well) and kitchen. Kitchen aircon was working well, but no one wanted to be spending most of their stay on the kitchen table. Rooms just fans, but cannot compete with the heat! Windows only opened 10cm due to no security screens. Reception is unattentive most of the time. All in all, a very nice stay and well worth what you pay for close to eatery within 10metres walking distance 💯.

No shampoo etc No hair dryer Had to wait 10 min to find how to get inside,no one at reception,no answer to reception button outside,had to ring someone to let us in The fact that next door had a happy dauschound . Got in the lift with us,could hear it bark on our balcony and when we were inside.

the uninterrupted views of the Broadwater were magnificent with full length sliding doors from the huge living room and bedroom a very short stroll take you to numerous restaurants and coffee shops very lovely walking and. bike track the whole length of marine parade there was a wonderful pool and bbq area There also was a games room area with comfortable seating large tv a very large collection of DVDs and a pool table, it would be a fun area for family get together every day at 1.30 the fisherman feed the pelicans, I would certainly feel the very short stroll to the fish shop north is well worth the visit to see these beautiful birds being ged

I felt that possibly some of the china could be rearranged no tidied up for easier access if dining in so it was just a suggestion it wasn't to say I didn't like it

The view was sensational, the apartment was extremely spacious and had everything needed including a functional large kitchen, the facilities also had pool, small tennis court and ping pong table which was fun ... the manager was also super friendly and helpful.

Whilst the main living areas of the apartment were air-conditioned, the hallway and bedrooms were not. The weather was hot and humid so sleeping at night if you aren't used to the heat was an issue. A mattress on the floor in the lounge room fixed the problem.

Spacious unit, nice kitchen. The views were lovely and a beautiful breeze.

Airconditioning in our unit didn't work. Got told on arrival. 'It's really cooling off'. Then after that told the air conditioning doesn't work. The weather was not to bad so didn't need it but it looks like the air conditioning is old and the outdoor unit is rusted. When.letting out a unit it should be expected that things work properly.

I loved the views, both ocean and city, the apartment was spacious and the balcony was great with all the rooms having doors onto the balcony. The sea breeze at night was nice and cool. I loved just looking at the people exercising and walking their animals on the footpath below and the boats and water sports we could see from our room. The city lights in Surfers Paradise were great at night to just look at.

The television was a bit tricky to work out. The remote control fans and lights in the main bedroom either has an electrical fault or some other unknown phenomenon as when I turned the light off it would turn back on and then the fan would turn off, this happened on a few occasions, but eventually worked properly. There wasn't an oven tray to heat food in the oven so I had to purchase alfoil trays to accommodate that.

The apartment was spacious. The view was great. I loved the swimming pool. The apartment to the lifts, to the parking lot was safe. I loved the security of the building. Perfect place to spend a few nights and explore this part of the Gold Coast.

The washing machine was not functioning, I had to take out my clothes and hand wash them. I only attempted to use the washing machine once which was the night before my check-out.
