Good location for our stay where the main purpose was to watch a tournament at Runaway Bay sports precinct. Short walk to restaurants that open late into the evening and the bus stop for direct bus to surface paradise. The apartment was very spacious with adequate facilities for simple cooking.

There was no elevator but our luggage wasn't heavy so it was fine. We needed to empty our rubbish bins and take them to the large bins at the car park at the end of the stay, it's not a big deal but normally I would expect that to be part of the included service.

Apartment just a bit tired, needed a bed side lamp, new dishes and cutlery. Sound proofing to other apartments not the best. ie i coukd hear snoring and they probably coukd too! But apartment was great for someone who was away for most of the day time.

Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with nice views across the river. Close to Broadwater 'beach', bus stop immediately outside. Good air con, fans in bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Nice outdoor area with two pools and barbeques

Apartment is privately owned in a managed holiday resort so each apartment varies. Cleaning & maintenance was below par (microwave in disgusting state; no TV remote; no bulb in living room light; no hairdryer) - minor issues that management hadn't been aware of but would have been in a 'normal' resort. No wifi. No shade over pool No lifts - request ground floor apartment if you cant climb stairs.

The apartment was a good size with all that we needed. The pool area was lovely and we were able to sit near the river's edge, watching the sunset. Very peaceful, apart from the birds, which we loved!

The apartment could do with some maintenance and a more thorough cleaning check.

The staff were lovely, were seen but barely heard… everyone staying there were respectful of rules etc… was very peaceful amenities etc were maintained every day… it felt relaxing and homely but you still knew you were on holidays 🤗

Just a few attention to details in cleanliness of our particular room… Thick dust on top of fridge, under single beds rubbish and dirt (hadn’t been cleaned for a long time)… there was an ashtray on balcony hadn’t been emptied… lint bag in washing machine hadn’t been emptied… nothing major just little things

Location and area was awesome, shop nearby and you can walk to the beach.

Everything was amazing, only thing is we left early in the morning and the office was going to open at 9am so I didnt get to recover my Bond deposit of 150$. If they can arrange with me to transfer my bond dirsct to my account. Thanks

We felt very safe, nice and peaceful stay

We were really looking forward to a hot spa in the evenings but it was cold, who wants a cold spa? No one, I barely seen anyone use the cold spa, we chose this place because it had a pool , spa and tennis court. The spa was cold so we didn’t get to use, the tennis court was only half court, my son was supposed to keep up his training while there but couldn’t because it was half court. The pool was great tho

Proximity to where we needed to be for our daughter's competition. Management were very friendly. After-hours check-in was very easy.

No lift - there is only stairs to all 3 levels. No a/c in bedrooms - only 1 in main loungeroom. Only 1 tv - which was in main loungeroom. No Foxtel/Australia or dvd player.

Location is good. Close to the Broadwater but quiet. Pool complex is great. Apartment we stayed had only recently been put into letting pool so was well maintained. Updated bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Outlook from living area is lovely with a view over pool area and the canal.

Lack of elevator means walks up steep stairs from carpark. Luckily we were on ground floor. Would not like to have to carry suitcases to 3rd floor. While crockery and cutlery were good, glassware was a bit random. TV system was complicated and not easy to use. Carparking spaces are a bit tight for larger cars.

We chose this property based on its location and price. We were visiting family and needed to be within driving distance of where they lived a little further north. The grounds and the setting for this property are just lovely. Extremely well maintained gardens, paths and common areas - everything was immaculate. The pool area and the bbqs were also exceptionally clean and well maintained. Apartments are individually owned and therefore furnishings etc will vary - be aware that this complex is far from brand new and the decor reflects that. This was not a problem for us. We were allocated an apartment on the second floor - this had a decent sized living area, with a small kitchen and a dining area within the open plan space. The bedroom was also well sized, with a comfortable bed and mattress. The ensuite was clean with a large shower and double vanity. View from our living room balcony looked across the pools, the gardens and the canal. Staff on check in and check out were very friendly and helpful, recommending a nearby pub and other amenities. Local IGA is a short walk away. Would definitely recommend this property - it is suitable for families and couples seeking clean affordable accommodation on the Gold Coast.

The pillows have seen better days. Some basic pantry amenities (oil, salt, pepper, paper towel etc) would have been welcome
