Customer service was very open & friendly from the very start, the manager kept in contact during our trip to the Gold Coast as it was a 6hr drive & we requested late check in. Location was fantastic, with the Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Complex a short walk away. The apartment was very clean & exceeded our expectations - parking was a little tight, but we do have a 4WD and were expecting that. We had access to great Wi-Fi in our room & used it daily to complete business work on laptop with no interruptions or issues at all. Overall, very happy with our stay!!

The only thing negative to note was not an issue for us at all & I did leave a note upon exiting the apartment - the window blinds had become dislodged from the walls which may create a safety issue if a child was to stay in the apartment. Again though, this did not affect our stay nor our opinion on the apartment!

Clean, neat and tidy. Loved the laundry so that we could head home with a clean suitcase rather than a heap of washing to do.

Nothing not to like really. A couple of mentions though: the dishwasher didn't work for us so we had to hand wash our dishes, the front door doesn't successfully auto-close to the lock position - it stays ajar and we came back one afternoon to discover that we'd left the place unlocked. Luckily, nothing was taken so all's well that ends well. Lastly, the tap in the ensuite shower is missing the lever to control the hot water and cold water. You can still control it so no worries, but you might like to get someone to fix it.

The location and how spacious the apartment was. We were lucky enough to have 2 carpark spaces. All the amenities that were included made our stay even better.

A better clean of the bath tub and providing extra towels at the start if people are staying longer. However this was not a deal breaker we did get extra towels on day 3 plus we had a washing machine and dryer so we just washed them.

At Easy Quays apartments we stayed on Level 2, Apartment 5. The apartment was super clean, had a nice modern layout and the view we had from our room was great! Not to mention it is close to a lot of your local stores, Harbourtown Mall, theme parks.

I could be wrong and may have missed out on information about this, but being a family with small kids we were hoping there would be a luggage trolley to take our belongings to and from our car. That would be the only thing I didn’t like, but it was not a major!

Very spacious, two bathrooms great kitchen and secure parking under the building. Very comfortable bed, plenty of storage.

I couldn’t sleep with the window or screen door open as there were too many noises outside such as security gates opening when cars came and went and workers moving garbage bins on mowers on the property early in the morning. Closing the windows or doors rectified this issue.

Great spacious apartment. It had all the necessary amenities & appliances for use. The location is perfect it’s not in Surfers paradise with the busyness but yet very close to all the places you want to visit in Gold Coast. It is right next to Harbour town outlet shopping & eateries. The host was responsive to queries & very helpful.

Shower extraction fan/airvents didn’t work this would be helpful for when showering & when using the toilets as the the space didn’t have any windows.

Nice quiet location with a lovely view across the lake. The apartment was well equipped with all household implements, and it was just a walking distance to the shops for additional household requirements, With our overall experience we would highly recommend.

Had a bit of a flap when returning to the apartment late one night as the gates were closed. Took a bit of a while to work the keypad. Needs more lights.

Location was great. The apartment was clean, although stuffy and I think the person smokes in the room, but overall it was great. Pictures on internet was different in person, but was still great.

Had some issues with our car park - this was sorted just a pain. Had no access to TV - this was very hard with kids. Couch was extremely uncomfortable, they were reclining chairs but the power cables were not supplied.

The apartment was spacious with two rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and balcony with a nice view over the water. The shops (harbour city) are in walking distance and the theme parks ( WB world, wet and wild etc) are 15-20 minutes drive away. The staff was friendly, attentive and responsive to all our texts. Great location and a very comfortable stay. Will recommend a 100%

The property was clean and conveniently located to shops and family. The letting agents were responsive to inquiries and quickly fixed a broken light over the bathroom sink. The oven was good. The children enjoyed the pool.

The amenities were a little ungenerous: no coffee machine, essentials for cooking like olive oil, one tea towel, 2 dishwasher pills for 4 nights, no kitchen surface spray - and no plug for the bathtub!
