location was good, views Amazing. Good sized 2 bedroom unit with virtually a wrap-around-balcony at the rear. Good size washer/dryer. Nice sized kitchen and fridge too. Working air conditioning in main part and large bedroom. Would be even nicer during spring and summer I'd imagine too. Majority of holiday makers/tenants were delightful people to run into at the elevator, carpark etc. Abby and family lovely, caring interested caretakers/owner/management.

the sea breeze is great but if blowing back into the apartment, watch out for smoker below on floor 1 if you are on floor too as it blows back up to you.

Great location, very comfortable apartment, had all the amenities we needed. Loved the undercover parking. We used the pool and BBQ area, which were great.

The only complaint that I could mention was that when we arrived, there was one roll of toilet paper for two toilets. We had driven all day and went shopping on our way to the accommodation so we didn't have to go out again. I expected from a self contained apartment that we may have to supply some of our own things such as toilet paper but didn't expect that we would have to bring our own from the start, was just a bad first impression.

Loved our accommodation. We were there for the Gold Coast Marathon so it was important to have a spacious place where we could relax and unwind before race day.. Apartment #3 was perfect for us, right at the front, we could view runners on Saturday morning from our balcony or it was only a few steps outside to get a closer view. Location was also handy, walking and running path across the road and shops just a short drive away..

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. We would definitely come back to stay here.

Bayview is in an Excellent location with great views, and very little noise in the area. The parking was convenient and safe, with easy access to the units. The apartment was spacious, clean & tidy. Lastly, and most importantly; The managers were fantastic and tremendously helpful. They went out of their way to assist with everything and were friendly and approachable. They made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

As international travelers, we did not have the few small basics you would reasonably expect to find in a holiday apartment - such as coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, bin bags, salt & pepper, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid etc. Although there was some tea/coffee (to get us started) we had to buy all these small items for our stay, which were then left behind at the end. Overall, the managers helped where they could, but there was, unfortunately, quite a lot of wastage.

We liked the location very much as it's in front of the beach and quiet. The room was spacious enough, and the bed and sofa were big and cosy. Interior was also beautiful. The security was really good. Only people with the key can get in. The lady at the reception was nice and kind.

The air conditioning was old and outdated, it's hard to turn on. I couldn't find a hair dryer. And we are provided only 2 bath towels although we had 4 people. Lounge doesn't have curtains, so people might see you at night.

Location, ease of access, great for heading to theme parks and beaches. Apartment was clean and tidy and had good amenities. Comfortable beds and decent bathrooms. Secure Parking and great views

I set the washing machine to a cold wash, and we ran the dishwasher, but those combined led to running out of hot water for a shower. Only a small thing but after an afternoon at the beach, was looking forward to a warm shower.

Location was great, apartment was lovely and had everything we needed.

Not so much didn't like but we found from the ensuite bathroom to closet, there is a strip with sharp nails in the carpet and I stepped on them a few times. And the dryer unfortunately didn't work for us but Abbey was very helpful in finding a solution for us.

Location was fabulous ..beautiful views from the apartments across the road from the bay ..loved the walks along the boardwalking track each day ..close to hotels restaurants breakfast and coffee places would stay here again and recommend to others

This is a great place for a family on holiday, excellent value with parking

The apartments are showing some age but no biggie. Everything works fine.

The location was spot on for the sites we were visiting on the Northern End of the Coast. Great views of the Broadwater and close to various shops and eateries. Check-in was easy and hosts were wonderful. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped with utensils/appliances.

Kitchen and bathroom starting to show their age, but hey who isn't. Only minor detail and wouldn't stop us returning.
