I liked EVERYTHING. It was such a nice large unit it started to feel like home and we wished we could live there forever. It was large, landscaped beautifully, had a large balcony that overlooked the large pool and had BBQ facilities as well as being opposite a beach and a park. Super close to Seaworld and 15-18 minutes in a car to all the other theme parks, Top Golf and Outback Spectacular. Super friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more. Our kids loved it as much as we did.

There is no aircon in the bedrooms. I thought that might be an issue but the aircon in the lounge and the ceiling fans in the bedroom kept the apartment nice and cool.

We were extended family of 7 so we booked two 2bedroom apartments on same floor adjoining which worked out perfectly with sharing meals & grandkids could go between apartments, they had balconies which overlooked the pool so we could monitor the grandkids playing in the pool. Very big kitchens, washing machine & dryer came in handy, drying racks for bathers & towels, big fridge, every bedroom had its own bathroom, although tired looking & in need of refresh & update, need decorating, but these apartments were ideal for the large family we were. Location excellent, could walk to several restaurants & close driving distance to all theme parks. Staff in office very helpful with a couple of issues we had, she cheerfully resolved for us even though she was alone in office & busy, she left to come help us out with our problem. Car parking is free & in basement, very handy.

Decoration, need to paint as skirting & walls, door trims very knocked about & shower glass door jammed each use & looked corroded, could do with a replacement shower to feel better. Also only ceiling fans in bedrooms, definately need air-cond as it was way too hot to sleep at night with doors shut for privacy for sharing in apartment. Also sun thru curtains woke us up at 4am & bedrooms got very hot throughout day. There also was no fan in the bathrooms & toilets so they were very hot & stuffy. Stairs were a bit hard to manage every time leaving apartment & to go to pool but we were warned beforehand so were expecting this issue.

The pool was amazing. A little bit too warm on a warm day but I loved it all the same The apartment was super spacious. plenty of room. Suggest to put dish rags as well which we bought. And a sharp kitchen knife which we also bought and left behind. Super spacious apartment - loved it. Staff were super friendly and VERY helpful. The location of the property is EXCELLENT. So close to public transport to Southport and Helensvale etc ! Loved the fresh towels, and freshly made bed with new linen after the first week. We definitely will visit again.

Suggest to put dish rags as well which we bought. Better kichen knife and dishwash rags which we bought and left behind Neighbours very noisy - next time hopefully we can get a more quiet apartment. The vacuum cleaner in the cupboard was missing a vital piece so were unable to vacuum the floors

Rooms are not refreshed unless you stay longer than 6 days No air conditioning in rooms except lounge room at night it can get a bit uncomfortable Remotes for ceiling fans don’t work correctly Issues with lights in both bedrooms Blinds in living room missing and broken so people outside could see in If you run out of toilet paper you then need to buy your own Reception hours are hard to see the managers. Perhaps they could be adjusted so guests who have early starts or laters finished would be able to catch up with them.

Great pool. Great view of the pool area on the balcony. Convenient place near everything.

1. Not enough towels. 4 nights but only ONE towel was provided per person. 2. Your attraction facility is the POOL yet no pool/beach towels were provided. We had to share one towel between two people each for the pool. And the left over clean 2 towels between 4 of us for shower after pool. 3. Again 4 nights stay yet only ONE hand towel was provided. It doesn’t dry quick enough to dry all the dishes. 4. 4 nights but you only provided ONE kitchen liquid wash. We had to go buy a bottle. 5. 4 nights but you only provided the ONE garbage bag already in the bin - NO extras. 6. Would be good if you can please provide Salt & Pepper. Just that only 1/30th of the bottle would be used per stay, hence us travelers don’t buy it.

Our apartment was very comfortable though basic equipment provided, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated & very nice to hop into at the end of a day exploring. Location excellent for children & even though between two roads the rooms were very quiet.

The stairs to the 3rd floor, particularly as I thought I had booked a ground floor apartment. The kitchen was lacking some basic requirements but we managed well enough. The back bedrooms could be a little hot in summer as the air conditioning is in living room but main bedroom has own air conditioner.

Spacious well equipped apartment with great air conditioning and comfy beds. Good showers too. Secure parking and a lovely pool. Fab location and reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

My own fault, but I didn't realise that there were no lifts and arrived after the office closed, so wasn't able to explain that a recent knee injury and rehabilitation meant I find stairs hard work. Of course, our apartment was on the top floor. I managed to hobble up and down. If you have mobility issues I would suggest this isn't ideal accommodation.

The hotel was at an excellent location. The room was nice and we had park/ocean views. Facilities was great. The staff were super nice and the hotel was fair priced. We were sceptical because of bad reviews but we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was not as bad as many have written. We had a great holiday and it was good to stay here. They even let us swim after checkout and opened the gate for the car park so we could leave later. It was not inconvenient for them at all, they were so lovely and helpful. The pool was never full, we pretty much swam with the whole pool to ourselves most of the time. Great relaxation for the whole family.

As some reviews said, there’s mould in the bathrooms. But we came prepared and took a spray bottle of white king mould killer. Used that and all the mould was pretty much gone. Was happy with the bathrooms after that. The only issue was one of the towel I used on my baby had a corner of mould. We took a spare towel though so we just used our own one instead. It wasn’t a big deal for us but something they could check for future guests.

Affordable, especially for good wifi connection, a pool that’s clean & perfect temperature as well as car park per apartment. Spacious two bedroom apartments. Staff were accommodating to our group of 14.

A bit outdated. Needs a revamp and tidy up. Stepping into and out of stairwell doors going into pool (maybe a “mind your step” sign would be great. Minimal basic start up stuff - it’s ideal for overnight stay but maybe not more than 2 nights. Be prepared to have your own (laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, 1 toilet paper per bathroom)

Great location, close to the Broadwater. Everything was only a walk away. I liked the fact that there were 2 x exits to the property; one on Marine Parade and the other on the GC Highway. We could just walk across the GC Highway to a few restaurants and food outlets.

Walking up 3 x flights of stairs after running a marathon was tough. But that's okay; I knew it was a distinct possibility, so it didn't deter me. Really nothing I could complain about. The reception area was a bit hidden, but there was adequate signage to find it.
