Location and views were amazing.

Furniture with obvious wear & tear could be replaced, relying on guests to wash and put away dishes may not be the best option uess checking as things had to be washed prior to use.

Excellent location. Close to tram stops and literally 2 minutes from the beach. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with good communication before, during and after our week stay. We got upgraded to a 2 bed apartment on the top floor and the views were awesome. The apartment was clean, comfortable, modern and well equipped including a full kitchen with all pots, pans, utensils etc. I can't barely fault it to be honest.

There were essential construction works going on during weekday working hours. This was communicated with us before and during our stay. It was a shame but wasn't a huge issue as we just planned our time out to coincide with the works to avoid it.

The location was excellent near the beach with wonderful views over the ocean. It was also close to restaurants and shops. The new windows and doors to the balcony were great kept the noise out and were easy to use to get access to the balcony. Great to have onsite parking though the spaces were tight for large vehicles.

Though they had done some renovations due to cyclone damage the bathroom and kitchen were very dated. The utensils and crockery for meals needed to be updated to enable guest to self cater if they wish.

The rooms were clean & tidy, fantastic view of the ocean. Very central to the trams, buses & restaurants.

The steps to the property are not user friendly when having to lug up suit cases, neither bathroom had any ventilation fans so the mirrors fogged up, the main bedroom did have a tiny grate which was letting out the steam but not enough. Not enough toilet paper so had to ask for some (which was given) however when we ran out again we tried to ring the after hours phone a couple of times but no one answered. The pool/spa was closed when we arrived so the staff offered to give us a 20% discount off our room which we were very happy with.

The view of the sunrise from the bed or the balcony is absolutely astonishing! The apartment is close to everything but far enough away form the bars and clubs. It’s right by the beach. The flat itself is nicely set out. Perfect for a couple with up to 2 youngish children (you have to go through the room to get to the bathroom). There is easy parking, and the kitchen is well kitted out. The flat comes with 1 sachet of soap/dishwasher soap/washing powder and 1 tea towel which was just enough for 2 people for 3nights. The balcony furniture is lovely and makes for some lovely lunches listening to the waves.

No salt/ Pepper/oil. They are things that are used commonly but expensive to buy for just a few nights. The mattress is quite springy/cheap. It’s not great for people with back problems. The key system isn’t the safest with the apartment number written on it. It’s easy to lock them inside the flat and then you have to pay and wait hours to be allowed back in (happened to other travellers). The check in system isn’t great with the office closed before check in on the week ends so you have to go to them to finish checking in during business hours - this can be annoying if you have morning plans. All minor things but worth thinking about.

We come to this property for the view & have done for several years. Also the location suits us as it is near facilities & light rail which we use regularly.

When we arrived we were on level 2 which did not have our usual view we were looking at the rear wall of the building in front of us. As we were booked for 2 weeks I alone approached reception to change rooms but was told this was not possible as they were fully booked. My husband & I re approached reception & the manager was consulted & our room was changed to level 11. As we are older we come for the view & location. The facilities provided in the room suited our requirements & as explained my husband was not well & we came for our holiday there for the view. We were ever so grateful management changed our room & we had a lovely stay as we usually do. In future we will contact the property direct & book our room. Again we loved our stay.

We stayed in the superior apartment for 3 nights and it was beautiful with great views. Balcony a handy size and good size TV, Wifi and modern clean bathrooms. Reception staff were lovely. The pool was nice but didn't get much sun, the spa was lovely and piping hot. Close to Surfers Paradise and the beach only across the road and great prom for a long walk. Good restaurants, bars close, tram line and buses close and we only paid a dollar for an all day card to use on the trams and buses. Went out to Burleigh heights to see the sun setting which is a must if you are spending a few days in Paradise.

Location was central to everything we needed and around the corner from Cavill Ave. View was more than amazing and the beach was across the road. Accomodation came with free car park, although transportation was easy with trams and buses nearby if required. Shower had great pressure and instantly hot, clean facilities. Washing machine and dryer were in the room if needed.

Just to be a bit fussy the pillows were very hard to sleep on and cushions a tad grubby. More linen could have been accessible in the room. Furniture may need upgrading. Although we stayed during the schoolies event, the music was extremely loud from our room. Otherwise everything was great.

View was fantastic, on the beach front, all apartments appeared to have ocean views. The apartment was a little old, but clean and tidy and decorated very modern. The roof top spa was lovely when operational, although the chemicals were a little too strong. Pool was refurbished while were staying at the Surf Regency.

We stayed for 2 weeks, and had housekeeping after the first, they were very quick to deliver towels, change the bed and take out the rubbish. However, didn't clean the bathroom or vacuum which would have been nice. We also had a fold out bed for 2 nights that we paid $80.00 for when our son joined us, however he couldn't sleep on it due to the springs sticking out of it and being a complete banana bed. I'd like to think they'd look at a refund as I did complain on check out that we paid for it but were unable to use it.

Fantastic View over the ocean from the balcony. Mountains are visible from the bedroom windows. Short walk to the beach and shops, including supermarkets and restaurants. The flats are a bit old but very well maintained and clean. There were sharp knives in the kitchen and enough cookware to meet all our needs. We cooked most of our meals at home.

The check in was a bit confusing with the phone installed near the door not working. There is a large sign with the old / wrong number and a much smaller one with the new / correct number to call if the desk is unattended (which it was)
