Walking distance to everything with young kids , quiet. Everything you need for a home away from home. Price was reasonable and spacious bedrooms allowed for beds and a cot with ample room to move .

Extra toilet and washing up supplies would be amazing for the eating machines. possibly the front door needing a key to enter was a minor inconvenience only for my situation ( i am not sure if there was a way that I didn’t read about- to let uber eats or the babysitter in the building/ use the lift up to the room without me leaving the room.

2 balconies - pretty decent ocean view on one side and lake view on the other. Both bedrooms have lake view. Looks newly renovated. Within walking distance to Cavill. Loads of cafes/eateries within 5-10 min walk. Tram stop close by.

Construction noise (can't be helped). The heating/fan outlet in the ensuite is right next to the bed and quite noticeable. TV in master bedroom didn't have picture but had sound.

View was absolutely fantastic, view of the beach, and the hinterland, and the city, top floor was awesome, did not expect that. Two bathrooms was great because we went with my parents, so we each had a bathroom. Outdoor pool was heated and a perfect temperature. Spa was lovely and relaxing. Unit was within walking distance to lots of food places and close to beach.

Unit needs a little TLC but it was still beautiful. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but they are never like home.

The apartment was fantastic. Great views from every room. Kitchen is big & cupboard full of everything. The location is fantastic. Easy beach walk to surfers paradise ship, beach. Excellent location. Pool facilities are amazing. Excellent stay for family.

The air conditioning in the spare room & living area. But open the doors & you get an awesome breeze. Also sliding doors do need fly screens

The staff are fabulous and very welcoming! They set the mood for a great long weekend from before we even arrived. The location is great- park the car and you don’t need it until you leave. The room was fabulous- clean, comfortable and a spectacular view. The pool and amenities are very well kept and perfect for a getaway. Great little gym too. We have stayed in over 30 hotels on the Gold Coast and this rates in the top 5. We highly recommend.

It’s hard to rebook because it’s so popular and there’s little availability on weekends- and we can see why! We can’t wait to go back.

Loved the location and being next to the beach, loved the ease of walking, Uber bikes, tram or bus to everywhere we wanted to go, loved the night life and vibrancy of the main beach area, loved waking up to the sunrise over the ocean, loved being visited by lorikeets on the balcony, loved the facilities in the room (even a personal washing machine and dryer!). Weather was perfect in June! Staff were so helpful and efficient over the phone when we needed assistance getting into the building when we forgot our key - late at night too. They sent someone to help within 5 minutes!

Only things would be - needed extra bin liners available. And there was noise from construction next door during the day but that, of course, is only a temporary issue and not the fault of Longbeach's.

Great location and views. Great size two-bedroom apartments. Very helpful and friendly staff.

A little dated but that didn’t impact on our stay.

Fantastic location - 5 mins walk to central Surfers. Large apartment - a bit dated but had everything that we needed. Parking was included and reception was very helpful

Could be abit noisy at night as no double glazing

2nd time staying at BF Longbeach, my fave place to stay - different room this time (as expected) but just as lovely. Great facilities and location, plenty of secure parking.

My 4th time at Breakfree Longbeach. Location, apartments and pools are awesome. Staff is nice, special thanks to Kevin the manager who was always helpful!!!!! Hoping to be back again in the future😊
