Loved the pool, spa & sauna. Our room (303) was nicely renovated to be fresh and clean inside. It’s a fully functional kitchen so great you can make meals instead of eating out every night.

Needs vacuuming under the beds and between the sofa cushions. Only 20ml of dishwashing liquid, one sachet for the dishwasher and washing machine provided. It’s a complete waste to buy all from the supermarket then throw when you leave. Not only expensive but bad for the environment. 4 rolls of loo paper provided but at least you can buy individual rolls from the local convenience store.

The location is amazing, close enough to the main Surfer's strip, but also far enough that it wasn't too noisy. The view was amazing, we were on level 26 - just beautiful! The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice! The shower had great pressure and was a lovely warm temperature for the cooler evenings.

We really had no major complaints. On our last night, the apartment directly below us was playing very loud music, which was a bit annoying, especially as we had an early flight - the sound very much travelled up to where we were - and we were a little disapppointed there was no way of contacting someone to try and deal with it. But that was one night out of the whole trip - really not that big a deal.

This hotel was in perfect walking distance of 2 main tram stations, allowing our daily commute to be easy and painless with us being first time travellers. We were on the bottom floor which was good as one of our travellers is not a fan of heights. The after hours check in was also a breeze. The beach was within walking distance but die to our busy schedules we were unable to find a beach day.

There were issues with the location of the power plugs being so far behind the queen bed, which resulted in my cord becoming damaged, not severely but damaged nonetheless. Some of our guests had issues with the pillows being too firm.

The location was fantastic and easily accessible to local shops and walks on the beach. Also easy to get to the exhibition centre for the cheerleading event

I was very disappointed to not be informed prior to our stay that there was going to be building works going on during our time there. It was frustrating not to be able to directly access the amenities such as the pool due to these works. It was not safe for my daughter to have to go to the pool via the basement and then walk on the Main Street herself hence this impacted our enjoyment. Also it was quite noisy a couple of the mornings. I would have appreciated notification of these works prior to give me the opportunity to decide if I wanted to stay elsewhere or even offered a discount as it was disruptive. There was also other guests smoking marajuana and these two nights we were unable to sit out on the balcony due to the horrible smell.

The apartment was good and spacious although the furniture and general repair of the apartment was a little tatty, and scruffy. Also there was construction going on over the road so that was. a bit noisy and annoying although couldn't be helped by you guys. There was also repairs going on your building, again couldn't be helped and didn't cause too much bother but still not ideal.

There were couple of little things to note: The light in the second bedroom wasn't working. There was not too much spare toilet paper and rubbish bags and when I requested more was told that what was in the apartment was really just to start you off and if you needed more then you should purchase it yourself. I thought that was a bit petty considering the cost of the apartment and we were there for 5 days. Not a big deal but it's the little things.

Liked the cleanliness, location, view, pool and 2 x bathrooms were so convenient

The only problem we had. We couldn’t find Simple salt, paper, or coffee for start at least. There was not enough tea, or toilet rolls but at least there was enough to start with. It doesn’t cost much for salt, paper, couple of coffee capsules and little bit of oil but very inconvenient when we arrived late and in a morning we had everything to have our breakfast but not salt, paper And coffee. Also, the towel for the pool was for hiring!!!

Walking distance to everything in Surfers Paradise, including trams close by. Beach one block away. Multiple restaurants everywhere. IGA short walk. Views all round of beaches and city life. Staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Our 2 bedroom Apartment was extremely spacious with very comfortable furniture. Balcony with lounge chairs, little table and chairs as well.

My own personal ‘uh oh’ was no A/C in the main bedroom - me being an extra hot body, but hubby and son couldn’t have cared less. I always have the A/C on at home at night so, to offset this, I just put the A/C on in the main living area, left our bedroom door open and the fan on high so the cool would eventually find its way in. I lived. 🤪

Not a fan of after hours check in but the service provided by Surfer's Century was unreal. We arrived after dark and they were so helpful and instructions were faultless. The property had superbs views of the ocean and it is within walking distance to Cavill Avenue where there are lots of restaurant choices. The beds were extremely comfy and unit was a good size for a family holiday.

We were there for for a long weekend and not a lot of time spent in the apartment so it's hard to say what might need improving. If I was to give some constructive feedback then it would the window in the ensuite bathroom was not entirely shut so cold air and noise travelled through it.

I asked for oceanview apartment, and got all our rooms & 3 balconies facing the ocean view. The apartment was spacious with 2 bathrooms, laundry room, a spacious kitchen, living and dining area. No issues with shower, hot & cold water as needed. Kitchen with electric cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, clean dishwasher and all required utensils. I liked the cleanliness of rooms, sheets and extra blankets. Access to swimming pool till late evening 9 pm. Security is well maintained, with easy access to the key lock box. The apartment is a few steps to beach and near to train station, few steps from the bus stop. A short walk to surfer's paradise market and restaurants. Absolutely loved the sunrise view and city night view from the apartment. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you!

The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. We had a small issue to be fixed and it was done right away. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The beautiful beach was just down the road. BBQ facilities are great.

A couple more tea towels and dishcloths would be nice, also no oven mitts.
