We were on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool and very close to the ocean. This was our first trip, so we were very theme park and shopping-focused. But next time, I would spend much time at the beach just across the road. You can see the sea from where we are because of the oceanfront buildings, but you can also hear it.

I thought it was serviced but must have gotten mixed up. So after a few days, we needed to get washing-up materials and we stayed for 8 days it was hot but the laundry facilities were in the apartment and that helped a lot. The extra cot was an inflatable mattress, it would of been nice to know that before we arrived but it was functional and fit in the room.

The view from apartment 1103 was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were classy. I could hear the waves rolling in from the beach. They allowed me to store my luggage upon check out. Really close to the tram at Northcliffe and Northcliffe Life savers club. Pool and spa looked great. Overall the facility was very well maintained. Rocking chair was a nice relaxing touch. I didn't want to leave

The thin roller blinds in the lounge and bedroom. I had to sleep with a mask on as they did not reduce the light at all and in the lounge I could not have them down and the sliding door open as they banged on the frame. I had to have them down to see the TV but even then they weren't enough to reduce the glare to see the TV. Curtains block out and sheers would be a much better option and would make this apartment perfect

Exceptional view, perfectly located for beautiful meals at the surf club about 300m away. The entire complex is very safe. Excellent parking facilities on site, easy and convenient check in. 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 min walk to central Surfers. Convenient for our week at the Coomera Indoor Sports Centre. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Were so kind as to post my daughters necklace back after leaving it there.

There needs to be more attention to the cleaning. Some of the fittings and fixtures are old and in need of replacement. The beds are very hard. Fridge was not staying cold but discussed with the staff who were working. There are no block out blinds in the main area of the apartment and no aircons in the bedrooms, so be aware if you need to sleep at all in daylight hours it will be next to impossible. Be prepared to bring basics with you such as bin liners, cooking spray etc etc.

No exhaust in the main bathroom Exhaust in the stove is not connected to a vent hence the smell is not being expelled properly More towels should be provided Tissue box should also be provided Receptionist seems to be not as helpful - when i called to ask the property location as Google failed us, she could not give full directions so we ended up working it out ourselves.

The location was perfect and the apartment 504 was very large and roomy. We walked on the beach every morning as it was so close - 100 metres and we loved the pool and spa. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable as it is too old and saggy in the middle. We also didn't want a shower over the bath as we are getting older and it is too dangerous for us. I actually slipped and fell to the floor once. The shower needs non slip strips or mat.

1101 is a lovely apartment with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Very clean and well appointed and a very central location with easy walking distance to Surfers. The pool was nice too.

The TV's in the lounge and master bedroom appear to have not been connected to the antenna correctly and as such do not recieve any free to air channels properly. When reported to the nice chap at reception, he said he would have a look - which he said he did and was unable to fix, and that he "might" call an electrician to get it looked at. The issue wasn't fixed during our stay. Netflix etc is still available though. There is no hair dryer for those who may need one. No window coverings in lounge room for privacy from the apartment building nearby and for the morning sun streaming in. There were curtains in the bedrooms..

Was happy to have a nice big kitchen, with an oven & dishwasher. The bed was fairly comfortable and the shower was nice. Would have appreciated some shampoo/conditioner but was happy to at least get some laundry detergent and washing liquid. Loved having a balcony facing the ocean, lovely place for morning tea/coffee.

The dyer was partially broken but said we could still use it. It worked fine other than leaving black streaks across all of our clothing … a larger fridge would have been nice as well but made do with the mini fridge

Loved the view! Loved the proximity to the patrolled beach, light rail and can still walk to Cavill Avenue. Very comfortable bed. Spacious clean and welcoming apartment with a lovely balcony to sit out in the fresh sea air and drink in the views of the ocean and the pool/spa area.🤩

Just a few maintenance things - - Glass mirror of Cupboard door - glass moving from frame. - batteries need replacing in fan remote. - One of the outside chairs was broken

Generally ok and a good place to stay on the Gold Coast.

The unit we stayed in could do with a freshen up and some minor repairs. A bit shabby. Also a bit stingy on supplies and inclusions. No face washers. No shampoo etc, only a couple of soaps. No tissues. Would have been good to be able to make a decent coffee, either plunger or pods. Providing only instant coffee satchels just doesn't cut it now.

The view and location are amazing! The guy on the reception was welcoming and helpful.

The couch was extremely stained and looked gross! We had to put a blanket over it. Also the chairs outside were so rusty and stained my pants, the other outdoor seats cane furniture needed cushions.
