Great location with great Ocean and City views. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with fine class kitchen stuff. The Washing machine n dryer in the room is a bonus. Very comfy beds and super clean room. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay at the property. This property is located in a very prime spot, minute walk to beach and mins walk to most happening Cavill Street. Tramp station, convenience store and liquor shop is just at the end of the road. Lynne is an amazing host, very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool is very well maintained and also got the Barbeque facility in a covered area. Safety and Security: I would say it's their priority with secured car park (complimentary) and secured access to the rooms. Overall it's an amazing experience and definitely we will come back next year.

This is clean and comfortable, value accommodation. The building is old and has minor issues like any building. The apartment was renovated and in mostly working order. Don't expect everything this to be perfect for this price. And for this price it was perfect. The light in a bathroom wasn't working and the towel rail fell off. Minor things with no real effect on our stay. We will happily stay here again. The apartment is well positioned and it can be noisy in this area Friday and Saturday night. And that is the only negative for the location. Heaps to do within walking distance. Caval ave is less than 1km walk and heaps of other places on the way. 200m to the tram stop or 100m to the beach. We had a car in our allocated car place. Called the number went to the after hours service and they were great. Was able to park somewhere else without an issue. When we booked this was the lower cost compared to hotels and other options. For what we paid and what we got, I would recommend it here. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The apartment was presented well and modern, a pleasant surprise in an older building of this cost.

For the price, it was brilliant. Things I would say to be aware of, to set the right expectations of a building of this age and price point are; Maintenance was a little behind in some small areas, only a problem if you have some one particular or pickie in your group. Won't bother the average person. Light out in the bathroom, all others work. Towel rail fell off. The kitchen in our apartment was a little underwhelming and not the place I would want to be making big meals for the family, every day. Had the basics (fridge, oven, stove and microwave) and if you're eating out and only using it for breakfast and snacks it is more than sufficient. And you could cook every meal if you needed to or wanted to.

Easy & early check in. Management rights couple Lynn & Mark very nice people who go the extra yard. Lynn sorted out my Foxtel box first afternoon because Dumbo Me couldn't. Thanks Lynn. Lovely apartment on 4th floor, good balcony, with one of those nice views of the beachfront and sea with lovely tall pine trees swaying in the breeze. Good size kitchen and well stocked with all manner of pots, pans and utensils and nice comfy bedroom/bed too with good sized bathroom connected. Only 2 minutes walk to Northcliffe Tram Station which was tops and Northcliffe SLSC not far away up the beachfront. A great location really and a really quiet complex, a bit of car/motorbike noise but that is to be expected in Surfers Paradise. Thanks for a lovely stay guys. Will be back soon.

Great apartment, clean and spacious with a balcony and amazing views towards the beach and surrounding area. Nice location, just outside the busy area but still within walking distance and easy to drive to/from. Surf Club across the road with a great restaurant/bar and a Lifegaurd Station for safe swimming. Kitchen was nicely set up, with enough to cook basic meals and included a dishwasher. Free parking was included also!

Omg it was beautiful and clean the views from the balcony were amazing We had everything we needed and was 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave Loved listening to the waves just so beautiful Close to restaurants and every night a walk along the esplanade We had the convenience of having washing machine and dryer Kitchen had everything we needed it Trams ran every 10 minutes Little outdoor table on balcony to have your first coffee in the morning So close to Montezumas Mexican Restaurant which was our favourite best in surfers for Mexican and Nicolina for italian

The only thing would be the matress was a bit hard and the pool shut at 9.30pm

A superb location, right in front of Northcliffe Beach which is patrolled and safe. The balcony had amazing views and the rooms were spacious. Located 1 block away from the tram and main bus route. Easy 10 min stroll along coastal walkway to Cavill Ave.

The toilets at the pool were being renovated so it was a bit annoying having to go back to your room to use the bathroom.

Always enjoy staying here. Apartment has everything you need ,with a kitchen well stocked with crockery and utensils. Location couldn't be better. Walk to light rail or easy walk into Surfers. Staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. Will be back next year

Location is great, so close to the beach, close enough to the heart of Surfers without having all the noise that comes with it. Desk staff really helpful and if I saw Michael around he always said hello

Unfortunately the pool was out of use on my last day and would have loved to have been able to use it The bed in my unit was very hard, I've stayed in other units at the property before and the beds haven't been anywhere near that hard so had trouble sleeping

Close to the centre of Surfers, restaurants, shopping and pubs. 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave. We had a beach view apartment which was lovely. Spacious & comfortable apartment for a family of 4 and good value for money.

Does need a coat of paint, and freshen up. Beds/pillows need to be more comfortable but otherwise a good beach apartment.

The location was excellent as one street back from the beach as well as a short distance from the main area of Surfers Paradise. The apartment was clean and tidy. Well laid out. Had everything on which one could ask for. Secured premises for the building and car park. Great view of the beach. Some complimentary tea, coffee and milk to begin with which was a nice touch.

Could not really fault anything. The only possible thing was to maybe of had a small bottle of dish detergent could of been left for use in the kitchen cupboard instead of a small satchel and maybe a spare rubbish bag. Otherwise no complaints with everything.
