We booked three apartments for a multi-generational holiday. All of the apartments were clean and comfortable, with good views. We all enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the short walk to the beach. The apartments were well-matched to the occupants. We appreciated the special gift left for us as the trip was a celebration of birthdays and retirement.

Unfortunately, the dryer in one of the apartments was not working and there was no airer which was a bit of a problem for the occupants as they had small children. The managers were advised but it wasn't rectified prior to our departure.

Great apartment, location was fantastic. Comfy beds and other furniture. Returning same time next year!

One lift was broken for our stay which made waiting for the lift longer. Will be wonderful once outdoor pool and BBQ area are open with new renovations.

The location was perfectly close enough to everything we needed, especially the tram stop just down the road, which made it easy. Staff were wonderful at Acapulco, very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. Decent size balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed.

No ice cube trays - which is very minor Suggestion would be a good clean out of the ensuite basin It was a bit tricky to lock the glass door to the balcony at times

Friendly and accommodating staff The appartment was clean, comfortable lounge and very spacious. Location is great

The lift being out of order was a problem The bed in the main bedroom could be a bigger size. A double bed just isn’t big enough.

The only complaint I have was the noisy road works everyday, one night it went till 3am, and construction building across the road EVERYDAY, it was so noisy and did ruin our peace. Maybe a heads up would have been ok

Great location across from the beach . Apartment was clean and tidy and very spacious. Provided a late check out too.

Only one lift was working at the time . So it was a bit of a wait sometimes .

The outdoor pool was under construction and we weren’t notified when booked. Foxtel wasn’t working in our apartment.

Lovely big unit, comfy bed and pillows, very clean, walk across road to beach and surf club, close to light rail, staff lovely 😀

The view, proximity to Surf Club - right across the road. Spacious room with updated bathrooms and kitchen.

Elevator was slow. Some additional start ups provided such as coffee and tea.

Apartment was styled beautifully, modern and very roomy. Great location. Right opposite beautiful beach. Easy walk to heart of Surfers or take the tram, with tram stop at the end of the block.

Undercover car parking was not allocated to rooms. Last day of our stay we couldn't get a park even though we were advised we would definitely have one. No view from our floor which was disappointing when we paid for ocen view.
