We had 3 bedroom apartment on 19th floor.. Great views lots of windows. Nice furnishings. No air con however it was in May so not hot. I believe each apartment is different because they are individually owned.

Fantastic location 1 street away from beachfront. Spacious and very well appointed 2 brm/2 bathroom unit on the 9th floor with full laundry and deep bath. Great views of the water and sunsets, walking distance to Cahill Ave. Spa and heated swimming pool.

Main bed was very hard and as bouncy as an airbed - not great for 2 people. I like a firm bed, but this was uncomfortably hard. Pillows were also either very hard, or flat. Not much ambient lighting - all were very bright

The location was absolutely stunning. A short stroll to the beach and not too far from the town centre. It was a very comfortable stay for two families (6 people). It had two good bedrooms, lots of open area in the dining/living area and absolutely stunning views of the ocean and the city on both sides. The gym, pool and the spa were very nice and clean. The property was overall clean. All of this at a very reasonable price.

The property looked a bit run down but everything was still in good order. The kitchen had a few things missing like a good knife and some basic cutlery. One of the kitchen sink was blocked and we could not use it. But overall, we had no complaints about the property.

beautiful apartment great for family's lovely pool area close to trams 3 blocks away quite and safe Steve was very helpful and said we should have mentioned our issues at the start..yes but it obviously these are built up dirtiness etc over time and have been missed regularly

Apartment showing alot of wear and tear ..rust, black mold, worn stained carpets ,stained bedding ..really is ashame as it just needed upkeep

The location is perfect. central to everything. Tram stop just around the corner which made it so much easier . The balcony off both rooms and the views off both sides were stunning. washing machine and drier were tops to have aswell.

The cutlery and crockery weren't clean. You only got 1 towel each which was hard with the beach,pool and spa all aaround you. Lucky for the washing machine and drier. wish we had a balcony of the lounge like the other rooms.

Favourite thing was the 3 bedrooms, 1 for my adult daughter, the ensuite bedroom for myself, and a queen bed & bunks beside them for my cousin and her husband, all with stunning Surfer's Paradise views. There was easy access to the bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dining area and comfortable lounge room leading on to, can you believe it, a formal dining room with gorgeous dining suite and French doors opening up to the sound of the surf. There was out front street parking available for my cousins car, the light rail had a stop just down the road, and the beach was an easy stroll away. Oh did I mention the crystal clear pool, the large heated spa pool, sun loungers and a gym if you seriously, need to work out while on holiday. :-)

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect :-) We had a courteous host who let us in and signed us up. We parked in the carpark underneath the building and took the elevator up. Only 2 apartments shared our floor so it wasn't over crowded.

Great location, very clean and staff exceptionally friendly. The apartment is large and had everything we needed for our stay.

Unable to find additional parking close by as arrival time of other guests was late evening and all off street parking taken. If travelling with multiple passengers try to limit to one car as no additional car spaces are available. Also not air conditioned, however there are beautiful cross breezes with all the windows open.

Great staff, excellent location. Views are amazing and the outdoor is the perfect place to chill out. Short walk to the beach and not far too Surfers Paradise central. Pool was a nice way to cool off. Safe and secure parking.

The washer, dyer and TV could be updated at some point. One of the doors from the room to the deck would get stuck when trying to close it. Elevator can be a little slow.

Location was great for the beach and tram to get into town , great apartment plenty of room , the beds were amazing so comfy

The garbage disposal didn’t work so was very smelly in the drain , some areas could be cleaner but was fine for our stay

The view we were giving and we got to leave car there and walk everywhere, wasn't happy at first that there was a 300 dollar bond fee which is hidden in policies should more vigilant for people like me who hate reading but overall brilliant place might even come back sometime as long as we get the good view 😀

Windows need a bit of TLC hard to open then as they are rusty, but that just finding something negative it was grest
