A nice place to stay with our family. Lovely view of the beach from our level 15 apartment. Heated pool, spa & sauna were appreciated during our winter stay. Neat, tidy & comfortable. A bit of an older style, but clean and pleasant. Loved having 2 bathrooms - one with bath/shower and the ensuite with shower. Very central location. Overall, enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed more than the week. Good value!

Roy is an amazing host and a credit to this rather dated property. The best part of the property is its pool facilities. The indoor pool, hot spa and sauna was among the best I have encountered in my dozen plus trips to Surfers. The warm water in the indoor pool is an amazing comfort in winter,

Annoying how people park in the place marked out for our unit, but Roy was quick to offer an alternative. The unit we were in was really quite sad, the furniture, walls and flooring terribly dated. Owners are not showing enough pride in their units. The lighting was also rather dismal and insufficiently bright.

Unit 22, 4th floor. Very nice apartment, in excellent condition. Close to the tram at Northcliffe, with small convenient store, beer shop and ChickeryChick around the corner. Very close to the beach, just one block down, right next to beachower 32 and surf club. Reception staff was super friendly.

great location close to the beach’s and if your a night time party gal it’s so close to the clubs in town (only 1 tram ride away) great location and has 2 sets of pools inside and outside , the owner Roy was amazing and looked after me throughout my stay very friendly and awesom. if you like theme parks it’s a 15 min drive from the place to SeaWorld (or a 40 min bus ride)

only think tricky is that the room I had the wifi didn’t connect fully when I was in my bedroom so had to keep going to the lounge to use wifi

only a few seconds walk to the beach as well a convenient shop and take away shop an even shorter walk the opposite side of the apartments. The fact that there is an indoor heated pool and spa and an outdoor pool is excellent making swimming suitable for all occasions and comforts. The manager was really inviting and welcoming which is a huge plus. this is definitely a place we will come back to again for sure

there was only a couple things I had an issue with and that is that one lot of power points wouldn’t turn on, the buttons were jammed so the lamp had to be moved to the kitchen bench power points in order to use. and I also think there bedroom lamps need updating but aside from that I don’t fault the place one bit

- location - size and configuration of apartment - friendly nice and helpful residents - close proximity to beach and tram - amenities such as pool, spa, bbq area, etc were well maintained and well presented - The host Roy was wonderful! He was helpful, kind and swiftly answered our questions and addressed our requests.

- there are some kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, toaster) which require replacement as they are showing signs of heavy wear and tear - kitchen is in need of an update but was functional

Great location and spacious rooms with “homely” amenities. Would be great to have a more user friendly method of key drop for early check outs. Dropping the keys onto the front counter through a slit in the shutters, with no obvious labelling, was a bit awkward.

Luggage trolley not provided for guests to bring up luggage etc.

In the description of the facilities, about the bathroom, it says that there is an additional toilet in the apartment and this is not true, there is only one toilet in the bathroom. Another point that should be improved is in the Wi-Fi, because when you have problems with the internet connection, you must call the internet provider yourself to solve the problem, because at reception they do not solve the problem.

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed lovely view, easy check in under cover parking, excellent location.

I would have liked aircon in the bedroom however the fan was fine as the aircon in the lounge room was quite strong and cooled the whole apartment.
