The location of the property was excellent, a really good size with magnificent views from all rooms. The beds were very comfortable as was the large leather couch in the lounge. Kitchen was well equipped. The pool area was well maintained and generally quiet with plenty of sunbeds. Although we didn't use it the BBQ area looked well equipped and very clean with comfortable seating for you and a few friends. WiFi was good, both in the apartment and around the pool. Karen the owner/manager was charming and nothing but helpful.

Nothing that really affected our stay but it is an older building and a few parts of our apartment were in need of a tidy up. Karen did explain that the updating is ongoing and it is obvious that this is the case.

The location and view were amazing. We were on the fifth floor The size of the apartment was perfect for our family of four. The apartment had plenty of cutlery and crockery and appliances to allow us to cook for family and guests. Beds were comfortable and linen was of good quality. Dene and Cara (on site managers) were friendly and happy to assist with any requests.

King bed (two singles) needs a king size mattress topper so you don't fall into the join. Two of the bedrooms only have shutters which do not block out the morning light. Woken up around 0600 each morning. Suggest blockout curtains the same as bedroom two. The dishwasher didn't work upon arrival (informed management)and didn't get repaired during our 10 day stay.

Fantastic location!! Close to restaurants, shops, no need to use the car. View was unbelievable, able to capture the coastline from the spit, to Coolangatta, and the mountains in the hinterland, all from the comfort of the apartment. Bonus was seeing numerous whales. Standing in the kitchen, cooking etc, was enjoyable with the incredible view. Plenty of room with 3 spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms, plenty of cupboard space.

There were a few things, that understandably deteriorate, due to the salt air and living on the beach, some of the windows didn’t open, and the floor locks, on the 2 sliding doors leading not to the balcony were corroded, it would have been nice to be able to have locked them, as had a very adventurous granddaughter with us.

I recently stayed at this accommodation, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff (Karen) was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had all the information I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I’ll definitely be back!

the location was right on the beach. We could view whales migrating from the living area.

Important! Building to the left of the hotel if your looking out to the beach is about to be demolished. Our balcony had a view of some homeless guys trash left there. Not nice to look at and all the construction is going to be a mess for a year or more! Also, they were building some kind of walking path in back of the hotel and the workers started every morning at 6:30. kinda ruined our view. it’s also not super close to any restaurants so plan to walk a bit or Uber to Surfers Paradise. Lastly, parking garage is tight and not easy to get around in.

The location was excellent, unfortunately big SUVs don’t fit in the underground parking. But there were cheap parks a block away. Karen’s customer service was outstanding and definitely goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. The view was outstanding and felt like you were almost on the beach when in the living area…it was so beautiful!!

Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like enough to mention.

Apartment 15 on the 7th floor was wonderful! 😎👍🏻Fabulous views out to sea and up and down the coast. What a terrific place to see the fireworks on New Year’s Eve!! Loved the location right on the beach. The spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was huge. Big comfortable leather couches in the lounge room and a large dining table with ocean views. Only 15 minutes walk North to Cavill Avenue and 15 minutes South to Broadbeach. The beds were so comfortable and each bedroom had an individual air conditioning unit. The kitchen was really well set up with a massive island bench.

We were fortunate enough to stay at The Dorchester through cyclone Alfred. With front row seats to the beach and the inbound weather, the Staff and building stood up to the test. Great personal service, and the room was a great retreat for the 4 days of rain and wind. Thanks Karen, look forward to seeing you on our next GC holiday

The only thing the apparment needs is a Coffee pod machine.

Beautiful view, right on the beach, staff very helpful, easy access, comfotable. Parking was easy for the extra vehicle we had. Kitchen was in great shape with all the usual amenities.

The furniture is well used and some needs replacement, the leather sofa is cracked and coming apart in places, patio furniture is peeling, staff need to check behind furniture when cleaning as we found clothing and other items from the prior occupant

The location was amazing. Our apartment was on the northern side and lovely and sunny. Being right on the beach, between Surfers and Broadbeach, was ideal. Uninterrupted view of the beach and water - couldn't get much closer. Nice pool and BBQ area.

The apartment was a lot more run down than the website photos suggested. But we soon didn't notice too much because we were wowed by the view.
