Stayed in unit 2. The property was well located and fantastic price for location. The apartment was clean and in good condition for age and 3 star resort. Pool and spa were fantastic and wonderful both being heated. Provided secure parking off street was a total bonus. Poolside area was well appointed and a great area. The unit had Foxtel and normal TV. It was well appointed with all utensils and plates ect.

The beds were a little hard. Pillows are terrible BYO. The main bedroom fan was broken as it is a remote one. A pedestal fan was provided. The balcony facing the gardens was dirty. The room had a smell if closed up all day. The floors were strange in what they have used to clean as they felt wet all the time under bare feet.

20minute walk from surfers paradise strip with bars, nightclubs and shops. Pool was clean and hot tub was great extra. Pool enclosed by trees gives it more private feel. BBQ free to use beside the pool with a lovely seating area. Beside beach

No lift, had to carry heavy bags up stairs. It is self service, so no housekeeping, fresh towels are given during your stay but there is washing machine to clean your own towels

Loved the pool and location. Great outdoor bbq area. Staff were friendly.

The rooms must be individually owned as the one we stayed in (3 bedroom) was dated. Ceiling fans were old and noisy so hard to sleep in the heat. Ironing board needed someone to hold it so it didn't fall down. Hot tap in toilet sink didn't turn on. Screen Doors to balcony didn't shut properly. Lacked some kitchen essentials. Also, for a room for six, we only had five dining chairs). Others in our party had a more modern room with newer furniture and decent appliances etc. These are minor negatives and we enjoyed the complex as it was great value for money for the time of year.

The location was excellent. Tram station 200mtrs walk away. The resort was smack bang in between Surfer's and Broadbeach. 400mtrs walk in the other direction was the gorgeous beach. Fantastic location. Medium sized 3 story resort with beautiful lush tropical sprawling gardens with the pool, spa and bbq area in the middle of the resort. Very well looked after and very pretty.

Be prepared for stairs. The car park and corresponding stairwell to room could have been a little closer together with signage for each room on the corresponding door of each stairwell.

The property was very clean and well presented. We had everything we needed for our one week stay, which was very pleasant. Staff were helpful. The location is fantastic.

We left the property clean, with no damage and and as we found it. We are now 30 days post stay and the $250 bond is still pending on my credit card. This should have have been removed at least 14 days ago.

We stayed in Apartment 58 which was renovated. Everything worked well - a/c, fans, bathrooms. Had a Nespresso machine. Pool and BBQ area were large and clean. 9 hole putt putt golf was good. Parking was convenient. Good access to beach. Good access to light rail.

Minimal supply of consumables like rubbish bags and toilet paper seems a bit cheap since you normally have to buy in bulk. Slight odour in the Stairwell 9 common area. Location is 15-20 min walk from both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach centres so you most likely need to drive to each.

Loved the location and the beautiful tree filled courtyard and pool area. Beach a short walk and there is a safe bike/walking path into central Surfers. Cafe nearby for a morning coffee overlooking the beach. Excellent! Good cooking facilities and comfortable beds. Liked the outdoor furniture setting.

The only criticism is that the kitchen crockery and cutlery was a bit light on. Three cups and three glasses as well as three plates. Needed to wash up a lot and not worth using the dishwasher. Add a bit more crockery and the kitchen will be great. Also no clothes dryer - one would have been helpful.

Good facilities and space. Pool not busy. Good option for families. Free parking space.

Too difficult with needing to clean everything yourself and stingy on amenities - eg having to aka for garbage bags and washing liquid all the time etc. Location not the best as not much around - be prepared to walk a lot, but recommend car.

The grounds and facility were lovely. Close to the beach and a lovely coastal walking path.

The mattresses were horrendous. They felt like old 90’s mattresses where you can feel every spring digging in to you. It was literally the only thing we struggled with, everything else was great.

The location of the resort was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments were nice however attention to cleanliness could be better.

The apartment could of been a little bit more cleaner an example of this was we found food just under the couches and sand on the carpets on arrival.
