The view was unbeatable (especially for the price), the location was perfect, between surfers and broadbeach, quick drive to pacific fair and a few steps away from an incredible buffet breakfast at the langham. The pool was also perfectly heated which was a bonus. We loved our stay.

Perfect location on Broadbeach, uninterrupted views with direct access to the beach. We were in beachfront apartment 2B and loved it. The pool/spa area is lovely, great tennis court and plenty of lawn areas for lounging around in the sunshine. There is a cafe next door (part of the Jewell apartments) with good food and coffee, however we preferred to walk up to the Northcliffe Surf Club (15 mins) and get excellent coffee from the van there. It is also an easy walk in the opposite direction to the Oasis shopping centre. Florida Gardens light rail stop is a 5 min walk behind the building. The ladies on reception were lovely and helpful.

A great unit with all we needed for our stay. Modern, spacious, clean, and quiet (minimal noise even though we were on the second floor close to the pool area). The location is fantastic - great view out to sea and easy to walk anywhere if you didn't want to take the car out. This would have to be the best place we have stayed in for GC holidays - will definitely book again.

There was often a wait for the lifts in the mornings. There were two, but it appeared often staff had one "blocked" for what looked like cleaning, housekeeping etc. With guests checking out as well, it made working with one lift harder. You also couldn't use the stairs to go up due to being unable to get through locked doors onto your level (meaning you had to come all the way down to the ground floor and wait in line for lift again...). It would be good if you could freely use the stairs to save time and pressure on the lifts. Otherwise, a great stay!

Large 2 bedroom apartment, with great large couches and dinning table, bed very comfortable. Cupboard supplies in the kitchen had everything you needed. Right next to the beach, outside pool, spa and tennis court are great features along with a lawn area for kids to be able to run around and they were working on upgrading some walkways leading out to the back gate to the beach which was looking great. Situated next door to the Langham which has a restaurant and cafe for quick snacks, in the other direction a 8 minute walk down to the bowls club which has a bistro, another great cafe and a fish shop across from the bowls who do great battered fish by the way.

Extremely tight carpark garage, would benefit if there were directional arrows on floor showing way back out for first time users. The apartment we were in was looking tired and could do with a kitchen and bathroom cabinetry refresh. The outside of the balcony doors leading from the balcony had some sort of salt residue all over the handles and needed a good clean. Also our fault but we unplugged the wifi accidentally to charge something not realising, maybe a sign above saying 'Do not unplug wifi' hubby couldn't get it working for a whole day lol. Breakers North is an older style apartment complex that does the job.

Loved that the property was absolute beach frontage. The BBQ area was just over the walkway from the beach which was great to have family friends with kids come over. Fantastic views. The location was also great. 20mins walk to Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise. Very relaxed environment and the apartment was spacious with lovely views. We woke up to the sounds of the surf. We didn't have the absolute beachfront apartment. Ours was to the side on the 12th floor. But the property sits at an angle, so we still had lovely, uninterrupted views to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony. Staff were also lovely and helpful. On a Sunday, the light in our kitchen wasn't working. I went down to reception to report it. They said they would send someone straight away, which I thought being Sunday we might have to wait a day. But no sooner did I go back upstairs, then they had the maintenance guy waiting for me outside the door.

Certainly nothing major, but the walk-in wardrobe/bathroom situation in the master bedroom does not offer much privacy. The walk-in wardrobe had 2 swinging louvre doors, and with hanging space either side of a small walkway. Then there was the entrance to the bathroom. They had removed the doors to the actual bathroom, maybe to modernize the look. You could see the holes where there used to be a door. So as soon as you open the door to the wardrobe, you come face-to-face with your partner sitting on the toilet! We just had to be organized in the morning as to when we needed to get changed and use the bathroom. A few shelves or drawers would also be very useful, as it was all just hanging space. And a soap holder in the ensuite shower, and sink would also be a nice touch.

I loved the view from our balcony , being able to hear the ocean at night while you sleep is unforgettable. The convenience of having a bathroom/toilet attached to my room was amazing although I have not slept so soundly in years so didn’t need to get up to go to the toilet a million times throughout the night . This unit was perfect for us.

That I couldn’t have my morning smoke with my cuppa tea on the verandah , I understand not smoking in the house , cause I don’t do it at my own . But I also understand that some people are more responsible and respectful than others .

The location is exceptional, absolute beachfront as in the name, the pool and spa were clean and the grounds of the hotel are well kempt. The staff are friendly and the hotel has little amenities that are good like a vending machine that is well stocked. The views from my balcony were sensational, the sound of the ocean was very relaxing and I could stroll right across to the beach from the back access gate. Air con in every room (2 bedroom apartment) was a huge plus for comfort. The kitchen was very well stocked with tupperware, cookware and crockery. The TV was huge and had access to Netflix and other streaming services, internet was fast and reliable. Parking was secure and plentiful, lifts in good order and trolleys for baggage provided.

The building is slowly being renovated, and so there were signs of wear and tear in my apartment. The room was quite dusty and the windows could be difficult to open as I think the sea air has ceased them up. Also, I needed to check out early and noticed there was no lock box to drop the keys into.

Located in the middle of surfers paradise and broadbeach, we had so much to choose from. Beach straight outside our windows. Pool, sauna, spa, tennis courts. Great coffee and brekkie spot next door. Huge rooms throughout our unit in 1B, from our fully stocked kitchen to our amazing lounge room. Great showers jn both bathrooms too. We will be back!

Only criticism was possibly new mattresses as they were a little lumpy, in places the springs could be felt.

The apartment was much bigger than we expected. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets were nice and quiet, not noisy like hotel sheets. The heated pool was a perfect temperature for both hot and overcast days. The beach was right there behind us, with the life guard tower and flags right there, so we didn’t have to walk a long way to swim safely. The balcony had great city views. Great location for Uber eats.

The only issue we had was the wi-fi was pretty spotty inside the bedrooms. We had two kids with us, with their iPads so they spent to majority of the time hot-spotting to our phones whenever we were home in the evenings or first thing in the morning.

As a last-minute booking during the QLD school holidays I was surprised and delighted to find this hidden gem at a reasonable price for a three-night getaway with a friend visiting from the UK. We booked a two-bedroom ground floor apartment which was beautifully renovated and very comfortable with all the mod cons! Our short walk from the back of the unit to the pool or beach access was not a bother and actually encouraged us to spend more time outdoors enjoying the communal facilities. I very much miss having my morning cup of tea overlooking the whales playing in the sea. I would definitely recommend this location and property to others and will hopefully be back soon! The location between Surfers and Broadbeach was ideal, but more importantly you're so close to the beach and removed from the Gold Coast Highway and all the roadworks further south.

One dishwasher tablet for a three-night stay seems a little stingy - I would think one per day would be a better option. There were also a relatively small number of plates, etc, which seems strange for a unit which would sleep at least four people. So you would either be constantly washing up for meals or having to rotate turns to use plates.
