A fantastic location!! So close to the beach, broad-walk, cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, trams and the main shopping centres. The apartment has great security access controls for car parking and apartment access. The pool and spa are a great addition to the holiday also. Lillian is so friendly and funny to talk and work with, making our whole stay pleasurable. A great information pack is emailed to you, before arrival informing you of where and how the apartments work. We would definitely come here again

A little more vacuuming underneath the coaches would make it absolutely perfect

Great location between Surfer’s and Broadbeach, very close to the beach and tram. Staff were a super friendly family. Unit is very well equipped to do a bit of your own catering, laundry etc. Nice pool and spa with the spa heated.

Not much not to like. The property is a little older, with some wear showing on things like flooring and blinds. Didn’t bother me, but if you want all shiny and new, it may not be for you.

We had a great stay. A home away from home kind of feeling and the property was perfect for what we needed. The smart TV was really good. Location was spot on, close enough to Surfers and Broadbeach but nice and quiet. The staff were really lovely and kind. Secure car parking was a relief as we had a rental car the whole time. Kitchen and laundry facilities in the room were really good. Overall would recommend to people considering this property.

The room was quite musty as soon as we turned the A/C off. The vacuum was quite old, but these were very minor issues. The pool was a lot smaller than we expected.

What I did like was Lilian the manager, very friendly, her willingness to please was exceptional. Thank you Lilian.🌸 Close to the beach, and the view to the ocean.

The drapes were fine but the tracks don't run smoothly and difficult to move, hooks missing, therefore did not hang properly. Carpet looked like it needed a clean especially in the living area.

The apartment building is in an excellent location a few metres from a beach with life guards. We didn't have a car, so the closeness to the bus and G-train were also perfect. The property manager, Lillian was welcoming and gave us good tips about amenities in the local area. The apartment was spacious and well lit. We loved that the bathroom was huge. The kitchen with a dining Island/breakfast bar was great.

It was within good walking distance from the beach and the local tram to the city. The pool and rooms were nice and full of character

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner as there was a remanance of the previous tenant left behind. Central AC would have been nice, but the current AC was sufficient. The walls are also a bit paper-thin.

We had a fantastic time! Lilian, our host, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is superb, just a 2-minute walk to the beach with lifeguard patrols and a nearby café for beachside coffee. Surfers Paradise is a quick 3-minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk away. Our stay on the 8th floor offered a stunning sea view as a delightful bonus. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and we only needed to buy ingredients. While this place may not be brand new, it is in excellent condition and exceptionally well-maintained. We're eagerly anticipating our return to this wonderful place. Kudos to Lilian and the staff for their kindness and hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – it's a 100% winner!

Great location for what we wanted. Lovely pool and friendly staff. Excellent facilities in the apartment and felt really spacious. We loved the pool after a lots of days out and beach visits.

For a 7 night say I would have personally appreciated a top up of a few things mid week eg dishwasher tablet,laundry powder, tea towel etc

Location was excellent, the property manager was quite helpful too.

There were not enough toilet rolls for our stay. I did call and leave a message but didn't receive a response. Also, my husband was stuck in the lift for more than half an hour. The good thing was the technician came within an hour on Christmas day!

Great location - it was close to the beach and 2o minutes' walk to Cavill St. The apartment was immaculately clean and very spacious. Our apartment was ocean view which was a fantastic view day and night. It provides a secure parking. The manager Lilian was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out process. Highly recommended and we'll definitely go back there again and again.
