The location was excellent

We were asked to pay a $500 security deposit on arrival, I asked her where it was stated when I booked the room and she said it is there somewhere, we stayed but did not pay the deposit. I booked an ocean view room and was given a ground floor apartment with trees blocking the view, when I went and questioned about having an ocean view she said that I should have rang them and told them what I wanted when I had booked on booking.com and proceeded to say it was ocean view The unit was only standard with cleanliness and when getting into the beds there was gritt all over the sheets like sand so would assume that the sheets were not changed when previous tenants left. There were no clear directions on where to walk as there was maintenance being done. Very unfriendly and unapproachable.

Location was great you can walk to broadbeach and surfers it is a 24 min walk to both. View was amazing and it is so close to the beach.

I have stayed before in a three bedroom apartment and the apartment was great. The two bedroom apartment was in a little bit of a poor shape for the money that you pay. The balcony had a big crack, there was cracking in the walls and window sills with rust and the doors were rusty. The main bedroom did not have hotel sheets on the blanket it has some colourful pink thing over it and the pillows were very flat and scrunched. Last apartment was great this one was a bit of miss with some of the things above. They also did not warn people that there will be renovations at the premises before you booked, once the booking was made a message was sent to advise.

The location and views were fantastic, the access to the beach was great to have. the staff were friendly and helpful to our needs, they assisted us by giving us a guaranteed spot to park our Minibus onsite which helped our group out greatly.

The only real disappointment was the cleanliness of the main bedroom shower, it requires a deep clean to remove orange coloured gold from a lot of the edges of the entry door and tile edges in room 35 From a maintenance stand point the air conditioner in room 35 master bedroom had an error code on it and required attention. it wasn't very cold like the other air conditioners in the appartment.

Location was fabulous, apartment was spacious enough room for 5 adults. The views were amazing. Staff that we did see were super friendly & helpful.

As it was an extremely last-minute booking we were ok with the A/C's not working in the bedrooms because the ceiling fans sort of made up for it (A/C's were reported not working the morning on the day we booked, so they hadnt had a chance to get them looked at when we got there). But the A/C in the main living area was fabulous and the sea breeze was amazing. We made do with the one A/C and it was fine.

The Apartment fantastic views from both ends. It was much more spacious than other apartments at 170m2 so great for a family. The apartment was right on the beach and a short walk to restaurants. Highly recommended for a family stay. We had a fantastic master suite and two small bedrooms - great for us but this maybe not suitable for couples sharing. We enjoyed watching the whales and dolphins swim past.

Block is well maintained but dated - newer units in the area are however generally smaller. The in apartment amenities provided were the bare minimum - too small a supply of toilet roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc.

The location is just unbelievable!!! The flat is large and has an incredible view!!!

A bit dirty like shelves, stove hood. Swimming pool tiles dirty, broken not so well maintained. The quality of wifi is extremely bad so cannot use internet. Glass pendants are collecting dead flies.

The apartment we stayed in had ocean views from all rooms and was beautifully appointed and kept. It was effectively the entire front of the building (2 bedrooms + lounge.) The living area and kitchen, although a bit older, were much larger than modern apartment sizes - and the master bedroom with ensuite was easily the same size as some entire hotel 'suites' I've stayed in! I can't remember the last time I stayed in an apartment with two bath tubs (one a spa!) The appliances, included a very modern smart TV and Foxtel channels. Access to the beach was super easy, and the car park was a good size and easily able to accommodate our small rental car. From other reviews, it sounds like some of the apartments are very different and maybe we were lucky - but we were very happy with this fabulous Penthouse! The building manager was efficient and the lady who showed us the apartment and checked us out was lovely. Looking forward to coming back!

Location to beach, main shopping area,

Lack of basic necessities such as toilet paper, cleaning products, bath plug that fits the plug hole, operating instructions for appliances, flickering lights,

Perfect location for our family catchup , so so spacious. The Spa and pool were excellent as was the tennis court. The Host was relaxed and accommodating, big Thank You. Wonderful views , spectacular in fact .

I really don't want to complain over small issues, but here we go. The dishwasher rollers need repair . The pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Glass and cups were chipped. Toilet seats were loose in the main ensuite. The toilet roll holder was also loose. These are small things that can be easily fixed, I wouldn't accept the issues at home so in such a property I don't expect to encounter them . The couch was old but acceptable, especially with children. Would have loved coasters and place mats, but that's just me. Once again a big thanks to the Host at reception.

The staff were friendly and accommodating/understanding. The location is amazing just a walk across the path to the beach. The view was just amazing

There was a lot of damage to the apartment. Edges on walls were coming off. A blind in master room was broken and I couldn't raise it to use the door to get outside. There were renovations going on while we were there so we didn't get to use the pool.
