We loved the pool and the tennis court. Quality rackets and balls provided. Sauna was excellent!! Quiet location. The room was also beautifully clean with a great spa bath and huge comfortable bed. Super glad it had a dishwasher! Bus and train facilities very nearby, making it convinient for public transport.

Nothing major, but a few things to be aware of. 1. The location is quite far from the beach. 2. Wifi was unreliable and kept cutting out. 3. No food or drink facilities on-site 4. No room service. Do your own washing, including towels for stays up to 8 days. 5. No basics for the kitchen provided- salt, pepper or oil. Bring your own basics.

Location was good, about a 5 minute walk to the Florida Gardens tram stop (chose not to hire a car for the trip). Visited for the Gold Coast Marathon weekend so the spa bath in the room was handy after the marathon. Close to shared walking/e-bike/bike path junction near the Langham Hotel which made walking up to Surfers Paradise or down to Broadbeach easy. Property kept me informed with check-in and check-out information via text.

One downlight not working in the bathroom but I felt this was minor and didn't have any effect on the stay.

Great location - close to G-link and beach. Reasonably priced. Check-in and check-out were easy despite being after hours. Loved the pool and spa. Spa bath in room was a bonus. Decent view of ocean. Cool that they supplied tennis rackets too for playing at their tennis court.

Several of our dishes were not very clean when we arrived, there was a used towel left under the bed, and the floor was quite dirty. The bedsheets and rest of the towels appeared clean though. Small thing but would have been nice to have a couple more towels rather than only one each (pool towels were available to hire from reception but with a fee) and more toilet paper etc supplied but not a major issue.

Great location to beach, short 20 minutes walk to Surfers Paradise shops and restaurants. Off street secure parking was excellent considering the shortage of available street parking in the area. Road access options were great to ensure a number of roads and streets available to reach the property when traffic is heavy and conjested.

Rubbish bin under kitchen sink was left full by previous occupants and this hadn't been checked by cleaning staff. Many of the vertical blind panels were missing in our room and we found these missing blind panels in various cupboards and in the TV cabinet. these missing panels just need some repalcement connection clips so they can be reinstalled.

Close to the train station and the beach.. about half way between surfers and broadbeach. Had everything you need.. kitchen facilities, balcony, pool (not that I got to go there), separate bedroom. It was comfy.. and they were very responsive to my message where other places didn't reply..

Was noisy.. neighbour's were partying so it wasn't ideal. Reception isn't open very long hours..so if you need advise on what to do and places to go there isn't someone to talk to.. perhaps could be upgraded a little as a little dated.. the instructions were good for the TV.. no room service though

Clear and easy instructions for after-hours check in. Apartment was spacious and very well-equipped with everything I needed in the kitchen (lots of pans, wooden chopping board, lots of crockery). Excellent location right near the ocean (and with a great view of it) and a park. Super comfy bed and pillows were good too. Nice and quiet!! (I did request a quiet room). Curtains did a pretty good job of keeping the sun out so I didn't have to wake up too early - not blackout curtains as light gets in around the edges but I was happy enough. There was usually parking on the street right out the front, but on the odd occasion there wasn't there was always a spot in the hotel's underground park. The apartment was clean and the only thing I would say is the corridor smelt a bit funny but it doesn't matter as it's only for getting from the lift to your room. Very effective air conditioner. No air con in the bedroom but you can always leave the door open to the air-conditioned living area, although I didn't need to. Comfy couch and handy to have a table and chairs. Spacious bathroom and tub looked decent although I didn't use it. I didn't use the pool area either but it looked really nice. Friendly staff.

I wouldn't deduct points for it but total blackout curtains would be fantastic. I also wouldn't deduct points for it but I guess a different smell in the corridor would be more appealing!

I loved that it had a washing machine and dryer, as well as, a built-in spa ! Foxtel was an incredible bonus. Usually you have to pay extra money to see movies and that, but this time it was included with the room. Having a full kitchen was also amazing to help save extra bucks on eating out. Very spacious apartment as well.

The beds could use a little improvement. They were too soft for my like and our room had two single beds joined together so there was obviously a gap in the middle, so for couples it could get a little annoying, but nothing major.

The facility is a bit outdated, but everything functions well. We really enjoy the swimming pool and the hot water spa pool in the building. The location is excellent. We booked a sea-view room, and the view is stunning—we can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

The 'After Hours Reception' phone service was terrible. The staff member who answered the call was cold and unhelpful. If you arrive earlier than their office hours, it can be a real struggle, as no assistance will be provided. Since these are self-service single-bedroom apartments, their property policies are quite strict. They also held over 200+ as a bond upon check-in, which made us nervous. We were constantly on edge while using the room, double-checking to ensure we complied with all their requirements. I didn’t feel very relaxed during my stay. I would have chosen a hotel room if I had known about that earlier.

The property was central to Surfers and Broadbeach shopping dining areas easy walk in or the tram another bonus,It is also an easy walk to the bowling rugby soccer and life surf saving clubs and restaurants shopping Mall a short tram ride away .Our room had everything you needed pool sauna spa and swimming pool the staff keep these areas immaculate we would love to revisit this resort although we had some minor issues staff friendly room well equipped .Pool area bbq fantastic.we did have a few issues but would like to thank the owners for our stay we did water your out door plants on our stay .

The biggest issue we had in room 2/28 was the massive climb to try and get into the spa bath with shower with a smooth tiled entrance I did have a fall trying to exit the bath after having my shower slippery and hurt my leg I believe I was very fortunate I had been so aware of the issue and tried to be very careful on entry And egress maybe something the owners could address.The other issue was the electric Kettle it did not automatically shut off and had to be done manually.Im not sure if room is sprayed for flying And crawling insects we had to buy sprays for both as we had cockroaches flies and mosquitoes.I have to say the property next door was very loud while at the pool seemed to go on for hours

It was clean which is the most important for me, washing machine with detergent (same thing for the kitchen I don’t cook much but there was a new sponge and kitchen towel as well as soup) microwave,Owen,stove,kettle,fridge. Balcony was ton of fun, I loved the fact that u could turn the tv around from the living to the bedroom superb. Sub will rise to your bed room I never closed my sunnies I loved my view, see through jacuzzi was the best of all. Stuff is lovely and chill beach is on your feet, neighbourhood doesn’t get any better, I was alone never used the living or the kitchen really :D

The couch on the living room was pretty old but all I wanted was the bed and the jacuzzi plus the balcony I didn’t use he living 😂
