Variety of restaurants . Concierge service was amazing everyday! Friendly and helpful going above and beyond. Breakfast staff at Agoya restaurant were brilliant!!

Leaflet given on arrival said hotel rooms made up everyday, that wasn’t true. When I asked one day for my room to be made up I was told it’s every second day and in a not so friendly way by reception team. For a 5 star hotel I found that unacceptable. My room TV wasn’t working when I checked in Sunday. I was told it’s a Gold Coast issue and would be fixed by Monday morning. Tuesday still not fixed. The cable behind my television wasn’t connected properly. I had to call three times about the TV .. Again a 5 star hotel, I found this not good enough. App to order room service also not working and staff unaware. All may seem like little things, but it was the way the staff handled it, didn’t seem to care and unapologetic. I was surprised for a hotel such as the Langham.

Loved the rooms, the smell! and the beautiful decor and flower arrangements. Very special.

The breakfast was over crowded and a long wait in a line to be seated. I wonder if scheduled breakfasts would be better where you have to choose a time. Would help with the organisation. For such a lovely hotel, this really lets it down. Makes it feel a little cheap like queing at macdonalds!!

A great hotel with great pool facilities for the entire family. Buffet breakfast was fabulous for the kids with plenty of variety. All the staff members except one were fantastic, particularly Christian at the concierge and Michael, the manager. The room was nicely presented with great facilities. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. The whole hotel smelled lovely and the doormen were superbly attentive and polite. I definitely recommend their high tea and dining at their restaurants.

Angelique at the reception was rude, extremely unhelpful and not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. But the rest of the staff were so nice that she was soon forgotten. We only stayed two nights. On the second day our room was not cleaned until late afternoon and when it was cleaned a dirty teacup was still left on the side table. There were some water spillage in the fridge which was left unclean and half the tea and coffee cups were missing. The staff at the pool kept asking for our room number whenever we asked for dry towels and I found a staff member crouched at the back of their pool desk on his phone.

The hotel was beautiful, elegant and very clean. The rooms were well appointed, beds very, very comfy and the rooms were clean. Amenities in the room were fabulous: Nespresso maker, bar selections, nice glasses and coffee cups, luxurious toiletries. Bathrooms were beautiful. Shower design was great and the free-standing tub was gorgeous.

At least during our stay, the hotel had mostly families staying and the both pools were overrun with loud screaming children. We did not use the outdoor pool to lounge (chairs or pool) because it was terribly loud. The kids were obviously having a great time, but it was absolutely not a relaxing situation for couples looking for relaxation. On the one occasion we decided to use the indoor pool, there were also plenty of screaming kids I assume because it had started to rain so they all came inside. The hotel was lovely, but I think they, and guests, could benefit from having one pool designated as adult only.

The pool set up is a bit disappointing— to begin with it sits within a wind tunnel, but the most disappointing part is the staff. Took 30 minutes for someone to find a menu, and the staff don’t seem to uphold the Langham customer service… I thought the pool staff were guests because they were playing around the pool.

The cleanliness could have been improved - I didn’t feel the bathroom was as clean as it could have been. We had booked a room for 3 people and we only had 2 of everything. With the price you are paying, I would hope these things were thought of prior to having to ask. I have stayed here once before and my stay in 2022 was incredible. Worth every cent. Not sure I can say the same this time. The pool never had a chair to sit at. Beautiful but couldn’t use it.

Thank you to the wonderful and exceptional team at Langham Gold Coast. From the moment of being welcomed we can 100% say we have received Above and beyond Five star service! We travel a lot , mostly for work and this was an unplanned holiday last minute. Even though it was peak season 30th December - we were lucky to get a lovely room and upgraded without hesitation . Our room is full frontal Waterfront views as well as all pool views . A stunning and well planned set up . Everything is thought of, from the large selection of the minibar, cocktail maker set, the in room coffee , clean and tidy and luxurious presentation, the wonderful shower which was large and has a beautiful rain shower and amazing handheld showerhead also. A huge bath with gorgeous bath salts.. even the one time uses of the shavers for hubby was superb. We tried the in room dining several times and everything was spot on - all smiles and kindness every time. They set the dining table with a beautiful white table cloth , napkins , silver service and the food was delicious. We experienced the exceptional dining at T’ang court restaurant and a Devine experience is was. . The breakfast buffet offer a large selection and very consistent . Always refilled and exceptional. We enjoyed the lobby court bar and lovely sitting areas every day and some evenings. The service again was always outstanding and consistent even though it was peak season . You must try their beautiful cocktails . The Akoya restaurant also was really lovely and wonderful menu, kind and professional service. The pool area was a lot of fun, it was busy but there were plenty room room for everyone. The pool bar got quite busy and they keep everyone happy and the place well attended. We hired the cabana on the beach with a lovely picnic one of the days. We look forward to trying the Spa which we are sure it will be be absolutely relaxing and sensational. We walked a lot during the day to many places and location was perfect.

No food or variety of beverages in the room. Anyone who arrives in their room either wants to crack a beer pour a wine have a lemonade and snack on something. We were quite surprised that the room had such a lovely kitchen but no snacks or decent drinks except water and a bit of milk. The pool area wasn’t very clean outside Rubbish under the day beds rubbish in the garden beds and the food took a while to come out.

The property is exceptional - in a class of its own. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beach is on your doorstep and the indoor and outdoor pools are stunning. The styling is absolutely gorgeous throughout the hotel. The junior suite was absolutely beautiful. Loved the huge round bath. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up with a coffee was an amazing way to start the day. The day spa is a must! If you want a couple of days to recharge this is the spot to do it. I wanted to stay for a week! 3 nights just left me wanting more.

The glass doors make a bit of a howling sound when the wind blows. Unfortunately we didn’t find the breakfast that great. Dining room is exceptional, wait staff exceptional, choices are wonderful. But no one could cook an egg well. I tried pouched, over easy and an omelette. The pastries weren’t crash hot either. Asian, Mexican and curries choices & continental breakfast were all very nice. The bed could do with a lush topper - but I’m nit picking now.

The entire hotel is kept so well. As soon as you enter the lobby it’s just beautiful, the breakfast buffet has everything you could want for breakfast, and the facilities are so accommodating. We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfect. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. The view from the balcony was so nice and it was a great view to wake up to.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was from about 2pm the pool is in full shade. It’s only disappointing when it’s windy it makes it too cold to swim. But with that being said it was still a great place to relax
