The apartment was spacious and clean with good basic equipment suitable for holidays, towels, a couple of toilet rolls, small soaps, small dishwash and dishwasher powder. You need to buy some more supplies after the first couple of days which seems reasonable for the low cost. Beds were comfortable and had already been made up for us. The management kept the pool, spa, outdoor and indoor common areas spotless with regular cleaning. The Manager was friendly and helpful, we appreciated his kind efforts to make our holiday more enjoyable. This is an older, small property which is showing signs of its age but it is kept in very good repair. Our apartment had a view of the pool from our balcony which we all appreciated and there are only three floors so it is more family friendly than a high rise tower.

The location is excellent - only two blocks from the beach and about 20 minute walk down to Pacific Fair. The apartments are spacious and well equipped and the balcony great. Everything was very comfortable. I liked that the apartments are not high rise and all units overlooked the pool. The pool and garden area were nicely kept and attractive.

There didn't seem to be any onsite management or staff and some evenings there were very large noisy crowds of teenagers in the pool - for hours. This is likely a one-off and on the whole it is great for families. Some deep cleaning would be useful - oven needed a clean.

The bed was very comfortable. The pool was heated so great for the season. The pool could be viewed from the units balcony which was nice. the location was a short walk to the beach and a nice cafe on the beach for a morning coffee. You could take an easy walk to to Broadbeach of Surferes Paradise on nice path or on the beach or if you didnt want to walk the tram was only a short walk for a 50 cent trip in any direction.

Really wonderful family experience, close to all the action. We had a 3 bedroom apartment, clean and tidy with all the necessities for the kitchen and laundry. Everything was easy and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The tv had the local channels but no wifi going to the TV for internet apps, Netflix etc. We solved by using Hotspot from our mobiles so not too major but slightly annoying-first world problem I guess.

The apartment was a great size. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it a very comfortable stay. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable. The balcony was big with a great view.

The beds were too hard. There was smoking permitted out on the balconies so we had to close our balcony door occassionally to stop smoke coming in. Would be nice if it was completely non smoking.

We loved the space in the apartment and the facilities. It was a bonus having a full laundry and two bathrooms. The decor in the living areas was up to date and stylish which made you feel like you were on holiday. We also found the complex quiet in comparison to others we have stayed in. Being close to beach and tram station was also great

Bedroom areas were a little worn and could do with a paint touch up.

The place was great. The staff were all lovely and accomodating. It was clean and tidy, the apartment was spacious and accommodated all 6 of us without any issue. It was quiet here and seemed very private with the way the trees and plants surrounded the place which was a plus for me. It was comfortable and overall an amazing apartment to stay in! It was within walking distance to the beach and tram, and about 25 mins walk from surfers paradise which was great to walk along the beach, makes the walk not feel as long. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Honestly there was nothing we didn’t like, the only comment I could make is that we were told after 7 days we’d get fresh sheets, towels etc. but never did. Although I’m sure just talking to them in the office would’ve fixed that so I don’t really fault them on that.

My family LOVED our 9 day stay at Surfers Beach! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, kitchen, laundry facilities etc, we all LOVED the pool we were in it every chance we got - early swim and a late swim. Great air con and fans. Terrific location, 5 mins walk to the beach and to the tram, which would take us anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the deck with great furniture. Highly recommend to anyone with a family wanting to stay on the GC, hope to be back one day. Thankyou!!

Everything was perfect 🥰 our apartment wasn't serviced during our 9 days, which was disappointing. Some clean towels, and a quick scrub down of toilets etc would've been appreciated, but we still loved staying here.

Check in process- was informed the day before we need to be there between 930 and 1130 to be able to pay the $400 deposit we which had to be paid via the efpost not over the phone which we arrived thinking we would have early access to the apartment which we didn’t. Apon arriving for this transaction we were greeted with an absurd amount of rules and things we couldn’t do. We were also informed that we shouldn’t have been booked for only 1 night - you are happy to take my money though ! - took far to long for our deposit to come back to our account

The pool was really warm and open until quiet late I'm a smoker so being able to smoke on the balcony was helpful rather than having to leave the entire building with children. The cooking facilities and room facilities in general were amazing with a big family and the gentleman who signed us in and out was very friendly. Transport was only a short walk around the corner and overall I would highly recommend and would stay there again.
